My husabnd always laughs at me when I question…out loud…the believability of most of what happens in Salem.
Wasn’t it EJ (the Glove) that caught Carrie & Austin together on the roof while she was married or engaged to Lucas? This is when he first came on the show.
It always cracks me up that the doctors give information to anyone who asks about anyone in the hospital…or in Salem. Sometimes people don’t even have to ask, they just be in the same room with a doctor who knows a diagnosis. The doctors just can’t stand to keep the info to themselves. They seem almost giddy to spread the personal information. Same goes for information with the Salem PD….I really laughed a couple of weeks ago when Taylor couldn’t get any medical update on Maggie’s condition when she was shot "because she was not family." I thought "that was a first!" So she went to the Police Department and got the information from Abe!!
How many hospital rooms have a side door in addition to the front? And only people who want to sneak into the room seem to use it.
Maybe he has the beard when he returns since he has been on his "walk about", and then…thankfully, shaves.
Not only have they forgotten his leg and his infertility, but what about his face transplant. When Viv came back to town, she should not have even recognized him since his face is completely different.
I, for one, do not even remember that much detail about the Shawn and Belle tropical location set….and certainly not the salt and pepper shakers. I see nothing wrong with reusing the set. Yes, they could have rearranged a bit, but even if they didn’t….we all know these are sets anyway.
I say "save the bucks and reuse the old sets."
I have seen a couple of the interviews with him after his winning and he has remained bith humble and gracious. A winner on and off the ice! This is the type of athlete that should get the media attention and the product endorsements.
Remember when many of the posts about this story line were about the possible Christmas Miracle, Sami getting Sydney back on her doorstep, etc. None of us thought we could endure that happening and having to wait that long for it to happen.

My first memory of Days was when Addie saved Hope life and was hit by the car. I was pretty young and this must have been very traumatic to watch because Hope has always been my favorite character, even when she was about 5 and played by a really adorable girl. Although I hate how she acts at times, she will always be my favorite. I never really put the two together until I started typing this, although there have ben many times I asked myself why I had such a strong allegiance to her. Funny how the young mind shapes your entire life!
