Roman is a Brady, Shawn’s son. John’s mother was Colleen Brady, Shawn’s sister. Since Shawn is Sami’s grandfather, Colleen is her great aunt and John is her cousin. If EJ is John’s son, he is also Sami’s cousin.
real Princess Gina who was older than Hope. But, there’s an age issue with EJ the character: he was actually born well after Shawn D. and even after Will. Yes, Will was born before EJ but due to some idiot writers, EJ is now older than all the kids who were really born before him so he dates their mothers! How ridiculous!! Abby is now younger than Philip, Will, Shawn, etc and yet she was born before them. Sonny should also be way older than Will but now they seem to be in the same age bracket. Will and Phillip were born in the same year but they are years apart now.
That said, blame the writers and their insane desire to age some kids rapidly and de-age others or keep them the same!
Thou shall suspend all believability when it comes to characters’ ages.
#2 seems to have become, Thou shall suspend all believability when it comes to parentage.
My husabnd always laughs at me when I question…out loud…the believability of most of what happens in Salem.
The Gemini Twins (Rex and Cassie), originally "no-man’s" kids…and then Tony DiMera’s kids (I think)…and then Kate and Roman’s.
Chloe as the "no-man’s" kid…and then Dr. Craig’s.
Melanie as the "pimp’s" kid…and then Dr. Daniel’s.
Brandon (Nicole’s bro) originally the "no man’s" kid…and then Abe Carver’s.
Belle’s daughter (whose name I don’t remember) as Philip’s…and then Shawn’s.
