I didn’t see it but my son did. He said the special effects were amazing, but the story was dumb. I’d still like to see it though.
Crystal Chappel is a good actress…and I welcome the talent. Just wish they will pair her up with either Justin down the road, or someone new, NOT Bo or Daniel either!
But….I loved the hat! I’d rather see the hat on a slicked back hair style with a thin face, then a chubby face. IMO
We could really use more Horton’s on this show! Yeah I know…Lucas is a Horton, but he only recently accepted this in spite of his mother. BUT, he’s going off too! Nathan!!! What’s that? He’s a Horton only by fault. Mellissa is really an Anderson, I’m not even clear as to why she became adopted when she was an adult or older teenager….I forgot. She married Pete Jannings, but…Nathan was conceived as an affair with….Britta Englud’s brother Lars?? I’m assuming…They ruined Jeremy, Nick’s in jail,how about Julie’s son & grandson….did Tommy have children? We’re really scrapping bottom !
I’m enthused that "Maggie’s" character will have a dramatic storyline…but I hate the fact that a "Horton", the main core family, will again be reduced in number. Please writters! keep the roots!
Everything you just said could be reversed to side with Stephanie. It’s all about what character you can identify with better.
It’s very simular to the "Belle / Mimi" situation… I tend to support the heroine or good girl type, IF they’re wronged, and Stephanie was certainly sabotaged by Melanie, as was Max, and Phillip, and even Nick, kindof. But, he did it mostly to himself.
Hands down " the Garden of Eden" although the sl with Stefano dressing up like Elvis to conceive a child with Susan Banks doesn’t rank high in my book either!
I was raised watching soaps…my mom watched all of them I think. So, Day’s was my favorite, and my mom would keep me up to date. Out of school in the summers I would watch, and as I worked as a hairdresser in Macy’s, the tv dept. was on the same floor, I’d sneak out on my break and catch as much as I could. Then I got married, had 3 kids and watched while I put them in for their nap at 1pm….Soooo, off & on for about 45 years!
Forgot to mention who I wouldn’t mind to see leave….Kinsey, Chad, Will. Seems we have the same gang we had a few years ago,
Mia (Belle) Will (Shawn) Chad (Phillip) Kinsey (jan Spears) Gabby (Mimi) and the boy,forgot his name….but Mimi had a boy friend too!
I feel for Stephanie’s character. She lost Max’s affection because of the shennanigans Melanie pulled, to force Max to take her side over Stephanie’s…that led to their breakup. Then when Stephanie moved on, discovered she had feelings for Phillip, again Melanie was right there putting the gabosh on that, ultimately ending her engagement to Phillip! I give her credit for even trying for awhile to be civil,much less a friend with this girl.But, to my amazment, many people have been routing for this very girl who has caused so much trouble and tragedy for so many people…because of her greed.The writters have spent considerable time working her character through these obstacles and neglected IMO to pay attention to a key character( Patch & Kayla’s daughter)who is sentimental to this show. I liked the pairing of Stephanie and Phillip,against all the odds, they managed to get together. I thought they had great chemistry, and thought it was cool cause they are dating in real life! I always thought Phillip had a good and a bad side, myself. And I admired Stephanie for trying to urge Phillip to do the right thing in bussiness and in his life! But here again…alot of people found it appaulling that she wanted to change him…go figure, I’d want my daughter to be more like Stephanie then Melanie. Not that I don’t like Melanie….but she is a bit animated, and get’s on my nerves sometimes. I guess what I’m trying to say is that, I feel the writters have dropped the ball with Stephanie’s character, and focused too much on changing Melanie , and rewarding her with all this story, at Stepahnie’s expense.
