It’s not so bad when it stays put, but when it starts falling in his face, and it’s clear that whatever styling product used in it, didn’t work, it looks greasy and dirty.

That would be fine if he was playing a skeevy character, but it doesn’t really bode well for the, ‘executive’ look.

Sorry, Jay, you’d look so much more handsome with a different do.

This subject comes up from time to time, and I need to remind you all that this is venturing into personal criticism of the actress which is not permitted here.

Well we’d all look like a million bucks if we had everything altered and/or their budget.

I have a "womanly" figure too… just not that kind! :)

I couldn’t remember the actor’s name, so thanks for reminding me!

Yes, all I can think of is his character from Empty Nest!  I keep waiting for Richard Mulligan to appear…

And fitting for the character.  Fits with her likeable quirkiness and facial expressions.

    JMHO.

She’s beautiful I don’t think anyone disputes that.  Just the notion that somebody who just hangs around an apartment all day, would bother to dress up like they were going out for the evening, every day.

Nobody I know in the real world does or would do that.

I thought the same thing.  Talk about a double standard.

I nearly fell out of my seat when he said something about Phil being older than Melanie!  HELLO, Mr. Pot?  Meet Mr. Kettle…

Daniel must not like himself much because he’s all those things and more, that he despises in Phil!

That whole scene took the cake.

But yes, Julie is Hope’s half-sister as well as step-mother.

Hope’s & Julie’s mother, Addie, was married to Doug and they had Hope.  Julie’s father’s last name was Olsen (I forget his first name).  After Addie died,  Julie married Doug.  So effectively, that made Hope’s half-sister, also her step-mother.

Only in Salem… where the family tree is a stump.

There’s such a thing as casual skirts/dresses… are we really to believe that Nadia dresses up like that at home?

Besides – she’s at work.  Plenty of places have uniforms… IMO an actor’s wardrobe is their uniform.

Maybe I’m just being kind of picky, but I think she’s unrealistic in her day-to-day appearance.

And I think they sort of broached the subject (Steph and Kayla) but I think they got interrupted or something.  I guess it was that forgettable.

Well I have "house clothes" (read: threadbare comfy junk I wouldn’t be caught dead in, outside of the house) and my work clothes (casual).

My dogs know when I’m going to work too – by what I put on LOL!  If I get out my belt, they walk right into their crates!

    That’s funny!

If Chloe still had Nancy’s little poodles, they’d probably be awfully confused!

    LOL!

Chloe did the horizontal mambo with 2 different men, dating back to when she got pregnant.

These things *never* happen like, "Well I had a period after my little tryst, so it can’t be Phil’s baby…" (Well even that isn’t a 100% indicator… but that’s what most real women would be thinking)…then they could place a Midol commercial in there…

We’ve already got Phil starting symptoms of testosterone poisoning.  If it turns out to be his kid, he’s just going to have to claim it instead of leaving well enough alone… the way he’s already acting he’s worse than a bantam rooster strutting around the chicken coop.

I’m still mad that they’ve filed his infertility with his lost leg in the "forgotten" files.

I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point he turns up in a full-body shot wearing SHORTS, revealing 2 legs.

It’s bad enough that the show doesn’t incorporate his disability into the story – but it’s worse that the actor appears to have forgotten too.

That post gave me pause to think… maybe they will do *this* re-run:

Chloe has a paternity test… Now, unless "Salem paternity tests" are different, all Carly can do is compare Dan’s DNA to the baby’s and rule him in or out as the father – UNLESS they get a sample of Phil’s DNA and compare the baby to both…

Let us suppose that Steph catches wind of that – maybe she figures out it’s Phil… and being so insecure and all that, she doctors (snicker) the results to make sure Dan is the father (whether he is or not…).

There’s plenty of room to throw in a switcheroo back and forth, so we really don’t know who the real daddy is for a while, there’s time for one to think the kid is his for a while until the real truth comes out…

    It’s déjà-vu all over again…

    ARGH!

    "Ghoul Girl"???

Let us not forget Chloe’s old nickname when she was the ugly girl with the thick glasses and wore dark baggy clothes.

    I think I liked Ghoul Girl better…

Seriously, who since June Cleaver, is always dressed up to hang around the house?  Even though June Cleaver always looked perfect with her pearls, she wasn’t dressed to go out on the town, just to hang around at the apartment.

Chloe doesn’t seem to *go* anywhere, but yet she’s always dressed to the 9s with her cleavage all hanging out.

Nadia is a beautiful woman, that’s for certain, but whomever decides what she’s going to wear, needs a clue.  Nobody dresses like that just to hang around at home.  Whatever happened to sweatpants, or jeans, or something casual?  Most of the other characters (except EJ in his permanent suit), seem to dress for their environment.

Stefano and EJ always in their suits with ties are annoying too.

Chloe just bugs me.  Needy, whiny, shallow.  The actress is beautiful but the character is just plain ugly to me.
