You’d be amazed how many people leave doors unlocked.

In my business, we are in and out of peoples’ houses all the time.  For some, they are home.  For others, they are out and either we have a key (and alarm code) – or the door is unlocked unless they are out of town, and surprisingly many people still leave a key under the mat.  The amount of unlocked doors and keys in obvious places (with or without an alarm) amazes me.  And I’m in the Atlanta area (the suburbs, but still…)  Not exactly Smalltown, USA where nothing bad ever happens.

IIRC means, "If I recall correctly."

I’m a day behind – but I figured something like that was coming :-/

I imagine her dry cleaning bill will skyrocket ;)  All that baby barf and other, uh, bodily secretions that babies make ;)

What, he hasn’t made her mascara run during a diaper change, when the cold air causes a physiological reaction?

Just because the actress in real life likes to dress to the nines, doesn’t mean the *character* has to follow suite.  Doesn’t the show have any say in any of this?

Those of us with a parent card can testify that with a newborn, the luxury of a hot shower more than once a week can be a privilege.  Let alone a hot meal, or anything else.

I’m a week or so behind in my viewing, but I’m with you all – she’s totally unrealistic.  Sure we watch the soaps to "escape" but nobody "expects" to see somebody looking like a runway model right after giving birth.  She doesn’t have to look like death warmed over (like I diid!)… but as it was she was way overdressed/over made up for just hanging out at home.  Give us a break at least – even a peasant skirt or something!

I like that idea… maybe that’s why they’re doing it the way they’re doing it.

IMO Nicole isn’t "wanting to have her cake and eat it too" – she can see Syd and still live with Brady and never the twain shall meet, so EJ is just being a prick about it.  And I think Nic was right – since he’s miserable he wants everyone else to be too.

No loving parent would do what he did when they ran into Sami.  This is not about the children he loves, it’s about controlling them because they are his.  JUST LIKE STEFANO.  Only worse it seems..

But yeah, I can see Nic getting so fed up of being treated like crap, that she makes a move to get back at EJ for interfering in her personal life.

I mean, we *know* that all this will get sorted out somehow (no spoiler, just that’s how it always goes), the question is how/when… it would also be a another step in redeeming Nicole, who was doing better but regressed with the tape thingy.

Bo has always wanted to have his cake and eat it too.  We’ve seen it over and over… this is just another example.

Hope has been a pain in the rear since she returned from the dead, but Bo likes to have his side-dishes while Hope’s on the back burner, but he can’t quite let go of wifey.

    Hey Bo – PICK ONE.

That Law and Order episode about geocaching was WAY LAME.

If you go to http://www.geocaching.com and register/log in (it’s free) and click on the "forums" page, there is a lot of info for getting started.

You might also want to see if there’s a group local to you.  Plenty of areas have local get-togethers or even clubs.  I’ve met some great people caching – including my boyfriend of just over 3 years :)  We "met" through local caches but met face to face at a geocaching social.

I don’t cache as much these days as I’d like to but I still love the game and get out there whenever I can.

For those who don’t know what it is – it’s a scavenger-hunt type game using GPS.

    Parietal lobe correctly.

Then later they said something about the bullet being near the brain stem…

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parietal_lobe

That lobe is nowhere near the brain stem… http://www.rah.sa.gov.au/birs/bi_brain.php

I doubt a 22 could go through the Parietal Lobe and to the Brain Stem without passing through the Temporal lobe.

Not to mention the entry wound area looked more like it was close to the Temporal Lobe (as opposed to the Parietal).

I’m not a doctor, I’ve never played one on TV, but I *am* clearly smarter than the average soap writer.  Any writer using 5 minutes and Google could have come up with something more accurate than what they wrote… and they should at least teach the actors how to pronounce the names of the organs correctly.

Come on, writers… if I could figure that much out, there’s no reason why you couldn’t.  Don’t they even have some sort of medical advisor on staff?  Even if they don’t – GOOGLE IT!

Even have a twinge of conscience?  How can Gus or anyone, play along?

Turning a blind eye is one thing, but ENABLING is quite another.  How would you sleep at night if you knew your boss was going to stick someone in a casket and feed her "gruel laced with alcohol"???  It’s one thing to mess with somebody’s head, but quite another to gaslight them.

I never understood that.  Bad enough that the villain character comes up with this stuff, but to have people help out.

At least Dr. Baker had a pang of conscience and called 911 before Bo went up in flames.

Maybe Gus will stick Vivvie Wivvy in the casket :)

That there aren’t any more new twists they can add :)

I can’t see Maggie burying Viv but maybe Victor will :)  I could get into that one!  What’s up with Viv’s manservant – at least Ivan used to try to talk some sense into Madame, and he was comical about it.  The latest guy (I don’t even know his name – Gus maybe?) is so one-dimensional.  I don’t know if he’s written that way or if it’s the acting.. but he’s not even amusing.

I thought Viv left to marry Ivan way back when… If they are going to subject us to this nonsense they could at least bring Ivan back : )  I liked him!

The who’s the daddy thing – we’ve been there, done that with altered computer records, switched eggs/embryos (Viv/Kate with Phil, which resulted in a 13-month pregnancy) – Belle/Phillip/Mimi/Shawn… we had Sami change Belle’s paternity tests back in the day, we had Ciarra almost being whats-his-name’s… plus umpteen more – Sami with the twins, and Sydney (oy twice!)… I’m sure there are plenty more that I can’t think of off the top of my head just now.  OH and Madeline with Chat ;)

The women in Salem need to 1) Learn to keep their legs together or at least not to sleep with more than one man in the same day, and 2) About the conveniences of modern birth control methods.
