character ever. When Daniel brought up seeing her w/Phil ever time he turned around and Chloe getting her hackles up over it, I wanted to smack her. Like duh – dearie did you so soon forget how ballistic you go over Carly and Dan?? She’s always on the defensive, always always self-serving and really, who can stand her?

Seriously, who since June Cleaver, is always dressed up to hang around the house?  Even though June Cleaver always looked perfect with her pearls, she wasn’t dressed to go out on the town, just to hang around at the apartment.

Chloe doesn’t seem to *go* anywhere, but yet she’s always dressed to the 9s with her cleavage all hanging out.

Nadia is a beautiful woman, that’s for certain, but whomever decides what she’s going to wear, needs a clue.  Nobody dresses like that just to hang around at home.  Whatever happened to sweatpants, or jeans, or something casual?  Most of the other characters (except EJ in his permanent suit), seem to dress for their environment.

Stefano and EJ always in their suits with ties are annoying too.

Chloe just bugs me.  Needy, whiny, shallow.  The actress is beautiful but the character is just plain ugly to me.

jammies – I take a shower when I get up in the morning and then back into clean jammies for the day…the dogs even recognize we are going "bye-byes" in the car when I put on "street clothes".  I used to have to dress to go to work, now I’m retired…I don’t get dressed for anything but church and going to town now…

Chloe – I’d love to see her closet…did ya notice too that the last few days that her outfits are complitmenting/matching the walls in her apartment?  Or else it’s her eyes they are trying to make bluer…

Well I have "house clothes" (read: threadbare comfy junk I wouldn’t be caught dead in, outside of the house) and my work clothes (casual).

My dogs know when I’m going to work too – by what I put on LOL!  If I get out my belt, they walk right into their crates!

    That’s funny!

If Chloe still had Nancy’s little poodles, they’d probably be awfully confused!

    LOL!

Yup.  I have said this many times before, why can’t she wear jeans or something?  Sami does it all the time.  I know they want to show her "assets" off but must she wear formal clothes all the time with the boobs hanging out?  That and a full face of makeup and fakebake tan.  I think she would look better casual.

her hair braided or put up instead of the hair style she’s been wearing for years…and years…

Although years ago, I wouldn’t have been caught dead in one, I now wear what mom used to call a house dress.  It’s basically just a sleeveless muu-muu type thingie and I wear it mostly because it’s cooler than shorts and t-shirt.  Pammie, I’m like you too since I’ve retired.  Some days I don’t get dressed all day.  I feel guilty but, who knows but me, right.  Although I feel a little strange when I go out to get the mail, or if someone comes to the door at 3:00.

And my dogs know when I’m going somewhere when I put on make-up.  They start prancing around like they think they’re going too.  And when I say, "Be good girls," they go settle down on their bed/couch.  Such good doggies.

Sort of off the subject but I’m certain dogs can read your mind.  When it’s time to give my dogs a bath, they go under the bed where I can’t reach them and they won’t even come out for a treat.  I show no indication what’s going to happen at all, no towels or shampoo or anything.  They just seem to know.

everybody on the show was always dressed to the nines, no matter what they were doing.  I remember discussing it on the first ‘Days’ newsgroup.  Then, all of a sudden we started seeing more casual clothing.  I remember the first time I saw Marlena in jeans.  THAT was quite a shock.

The only time I remember seeing Chloe like that was when she and Brady were at that cabin, I think it was on their honeymoon.

I think now on the show that the only person who wears sweats occasionally is Sami. Rafe does too.  I think he’s the only guy. Dont know if you’d count Bo, he dresses down but it’s alittle more casual.  you see him in a t-shirt everynow and then.  I swear I think I saw MArlena in sweats once, whenshe and Belle were laying in bed after John died. They were having "Girls nite"

Do you mean to tell me that many of you do not follow the rules of "What Not to Wear" even when you are at home?  Shame on you!  Don’t you just wonder what people like Stacy and Clinton do when they are not on camera?  What a pain to always have to be "ON" for the public eye.   I agree, though, Chloe (& others) needs to dress down on occasion.  She doesn’t even have a job – but then again, most of the people on Days don’t seem to have a regular job to go to, and if they do, they seem to be able to set their own hours.

Chloe doesn’t even have to wear jeans.  Hope, Maggie and Julie wear nice slacks and look casual but still fashionable.

I’m with JennM and 53doggs.  I have comfy shorts and mens T-s that I wear at home.  Get up and that’s what I throw on.  When I go out I dress much differently and the puppies know when my husband and I are both getting dressed to go out because they’ll either hide or beg to go with as they don’t want to be locked in their cage.

But she has one on NBC and wrote that she is most comfortable in dresses. She prefers to wear them over jeans and pants. I think it is her own personal choice to wear dresses.
