Following that same thought Carly went right to Bo after she removed Lawrence from her life completely.
She did try to leave the hospital because when Rafe went to see her she was gone. If I remember correctly Stefano told EJ or elluded to the fact that he had Anna and she wouldn’t be a problem for them anymore.
I agree about the dishes not carrying NBC. I have Dish Network and they don’t carry NBC because we don’t have a local affiliate. I have to pay another company $50 a year for NBC and we only get it for Days. We live in southeast Alabama and our NBC feed comes from New York. The company we have to pay has ticked us off the last 2 years and we decided after this year is up we’re not going t renew and I’ll catch it on Soapnet if it’s still around or watch on the internet.
Another thought, with so many phones now getting the internet and people who use to watch soaps either working or leading more active lives they’re watching it on their phones on their breaks or at their desks on the computer. I know so many young people who watch TV and movies on their computer which I think is totally rediculous. I refuse to pay to watch a 2 or 3 inch screen when I can record and watch on my 42 inch flat screen.
I went through a period about 15-20 years ago where I blinked constantly and it drove me nuts. My head and eyes ached from the blinking. I went to the opthamologist and he had me see an opthamoligic neurologist. The thought there was a neurological problem that was causing it. I remember going through a battery of different eye and nerve tests. Turns out there was nothing wrong and I eventually stopped but at the time it wasn’t anything I had control over.
Didn’t he find a bank statement or take a call for her from her bank and there was a large sum deposited. He’s obviously upset about being lied to again and wants to know what she did now to get that money.
I’m thinking the reason Chloe has to go to the hospital for the paternity test is because they need to test the baby, not her and that’s a bit too risky to be done in an apartment with no medical equipment to guide them or even to ge ready if something happens.
Although I do remember him telling her when she did offer to leave that he had come to care for her, and that she should stay, so he’s contradicting hisself now
I think he only said that to make her stay so he could keep an eye on her every move and prevent her from doing something that will make Bo follow through on his threat.
I saw bits and pieces of Drop Dead Diva and couldn’t figure out the storyline so I didn’t watch more. Now that I know what it’s about it does sound kind of interesting.
I like The Mentalist and getting into Rookie Blue. Rookie Blue is Grays Anatomy in a police station. Also like Warehouse 13, Eureka,Royal Pains and Lie to Me. Then on A&E there’s Billy the Exterminator.
Maybe she’ll be sent to a psychiatric prison and that’s where the guard and doctor come in, a new psychiatrist on staff who also sees patients at the prison. That’s how Marlena started, she was Larua’s psychiatrist when she was first institutionalized.
Sami will be so confused trying to make a choice between EJ and Rafe that she’l go to the only place she had peace and could think without being pressured or her and Rafe go there together and we’ll FINALLY find out what his connection to the convent is. But then again perhaps Chloe and Daniel break up and she goes off to the convent to have her baby or decides she’s lethal to men and becomes a nun.
We have a basic phone and when our last one died I went online to see what they had for free. All we want to be able to do is dial out and answer. After I saw what I could get for free I went to the local AT&T store to look at them. The salesman kept trying to talk me into buying righ then. Their phones were about $50-$60 more than online so why would I pay $50 for something I can get in a week for free. My stepdaughter and her husband were with us and she kept trying to talk me into getting an iPhone. Whey pay for things I won’t use. We do have a camera on the phone as that seems to come standard on them all anymore. I took a photo of our puppies and that’s our wallpaper on the phone but I don’t send email them to people.
We had texting turned off on the phone because I DON’T TEXT and my niece kept texting me and if I accidently read it I had to pay. Yeah, only 25 cents a text but still I had to pay for something I don’t want. The phone is only turned on if we’re using it. I will turn it on if I go out alone incase Don has to call me but he only turns it on if he’s going to call me which annoys the heck out of me as there are times he goes to the store and I think of something else for him to pick up and it goes right to voicemail.
The other day he went out and kept hearing a beeping. When he looked at the phone it was turned on and asked if he wanted to keep the web browser on. We’re now wondering if it accidently got into that mode and stayed there which would mean a very high bill. I also have times when I’ll be going to the calculator (yes I do use that) and it starts to go into internet and I have to quickly shut it down. I’m wondering if they could turn off the internet also since it’s something we DON’T use.
When I was working a phone was a must as I did home care and would get calls from the office about a patient, I’d have to call patients and doctors and a few times I’d have to call for an ambulance. When I was off work the phone went off. I hate being out with someone and they keep answering their phone. Their teenage or 20 something kids keep texting or calling them. Their phone is annoying me.
I’d read an article several years ago that cell phones which were suppose to give people peace of mind are adding to stress. Use to be you’d go out for dinner and be able to relax and enjoy yourself but now your office and friends can find you wherever you are so you’re always ON and never able to get away. If people would turn their cell phones off once in a while we’d be a happier society.
My SIL doesn’t drive and stays home all the time. She usually stays in bed and watched TV or plays video games. She’s got her cell phone on her bed right next to her cordless phone. She’ll be talking to you on the land phone and she’ll have to take a call on the cell phone. It’s very annoying, worse than call waiting as now you can hear her side of the entire conversation.
I was watching Extra last night and they said Jennifer Lopez is being courted by both American Idol and Simon Cowel’s new show and don’t know which one she’ll be on.
I also read that Steven Tyler and Harry Connick Jr. are among the list of those to replace Simon. I hope they go with Harry, I think he’d be great. When he was on as mentor this past season he was honest, had a sense of humor and very easy on the eyes.
I’m glad Kara won’t be coming back as she was just annoying and Randy could go too in my opinion. I’m getting tired of the same old phrases coming from him. A whole new panel of judges might be what the show needs to bring the ratings back up BUT maybe keeping Randy is a way to mix the old and new.
I’m still going to miss Simon and his insults.
I’m in the minority right along with you. I hate carrying a purse so I usually have a Big Skinny wallet in the front pocket of my jeans or shorts. On the rare occassion I carry a purse it’s got

- Lip balm
- small pill bottle with ibuprofen, lortabs & if needed my diabetes meds (only if I’m going out for dinner)
- wallet
- keys
- kleenix
- Once in a while I’ll throw my camera in there
Maybe she’ll be coming back to help Hope with her legal, mental and emotional problems. She also told Carly she’d stay in Salem if she wanted her to. There’s a lot of possibilities for Jennifer to come back to Salem.
I went to the link on imbd showing the new actress and my first thought was she looks older so maybe they’re going to age Gabi a bit. Then I went ot the article on Soap Opera Digest and they confirmed that they’re trying to age her.
I hope they have her leave for a bit then come back older as it would be a total time warp if one scene Gabi’s in high school and the next she’s older than Melanie.
Wonder if this has anything to do with Chad being older than everyone thinks. Maybe they’re looking for a pairing with those two. Now if Will would only age a bit to keep up with those around him.
