These are a couple of things that have been driving me crazy. OK, the whole DNA swab thing for Chloe/Daniel/Melanie. If Carly took Melanie and Daniel’s samples at the hospital, why would Chloe need to go to St. Mary’s? Couldn’t she just take it at the apartment and put it in a baggie and take it to the lab. I feel like we’ve seen this multiple times, it’s just a bit rediculous.
I can’t wait until this whole storyline is over. I am so tired of reliving the same conversation 10 times. Seems like Chloe/Daniel have a fight, then we get to hear Chloe tell Philip, then Carly, and we get to hear Daniel tell Carly and Melanie, and then Philip & Melanie talk about it, while Philip and Chloe are both thinking about the night they slept together. SOOOO bored!
I have always flip flopped on EJ, but I have to say I really feel sorry for his character right now. I know he’s done horrible things, but with his upbringing, it would be hard to break away from. It is now obvious he is tremendously sorry for what he did to Sami (Syd’s kidnapping), I would love it if she forgave him; just realizing he temporarily went insane after thinking his daughter, Grace, who he never got to know, died, then that his wife lied to him and he was raising a stranger’s baby. Then finding out that Grace was the stranger and he had his daughter all along, only with another woman.
Loved the dialogue b/w Bo & Hope today, though! I can’t wait to see Bo find a way out of his relationship with Carly, so obvious these 2 are getting back together.
I totally agree with you about EJ! He so totally needs to be redeemed and FAST! My heart goes far out for him!
how much morning sickness did Chloe have? Did she ever have any (???) from what Daniel said she is over it now. 2nd trimester? I know a lot of women never had morning sickness in their pregnancy, but their makeup, hair, and dress didn’t look like they stepped out of a fashion magazine 24/7 either…When she was in bed the other day with Daniel…she looked like a photo Vogue mag picture… I don’t expect them to show her heaving her guts out over the toilet after breakfast pancakes but come on writer’s – I’m begging you for just a little reality here! Muss up her hair and make up once and a while for goodness sake. Even Kristian, one time when she was portraying Hope being sick went sans makeup – of which I give her mega props for.
I’m thinking the reason Chloe has to go to the hospital for the paternity test is because they need to test the baby, not her and that’s a bit too risky to be done in an apartment with no medical equipment to guide them or even to ge ready if something happens.
to be redeemed. He’s just reaping what he’s sown. The DiMera family has always gotten away with their dastardly deeds and I, for one, want to see some pay back. I’m sure the pay back will not be anything punishable by law, but having Sami get ferociously angry with him will make my heart happy. No offense to EJ’s fans, but let’s see him get a little of what he’s so arrogantly dished out.
EJ always gets away with what he does. Probably because he’s sneaky and a Dimera. The Salem PD has spent years trying to nail Stefano and he barely paid at all for all his crimes. I want to see his son have to pay.
we did see her without makeup and disheveled when she had cancer. And, of course, also when her face was disfigured with the MRSA.
As to the morning sickness, my friend’s daughter has to be the poster child for ideal pregnancy. She was exactly like Chloe, always perfectly made up, peppy and perky and no morning sickness at all. Although I didn’t see her 24/7, she was always the proverbial ‘glowing’ mom-to-be. So there are exceptions.
I think there’s a major difference between EJ & Stefano, though. Sometimes they portray the same qualities, but I never can remember Stefano being sorry for something evil he’s done. EJ has said before he’s sorry for all the things he’s done to the Bradys and to Sami. I just think this world could use a little more forgiveness rather than revenge!
I just don’t see any true sorry in his apologies. They just don’t come off as sincere to me. Is it just me? Or do some of you think he really is sorry for some of the things he’s done?
when Sami leaves him and takes the kids, plus gets back with Rafe. I’ll be the first one to bet he runs straight to Stefano for help in avenging his belief that he was wronged (even though Stefano warned him). I also have to remind myself that he claims to be ever so sorry for what he has done to Sami, yet all the while he is still in a blackmail game with Nicole in order to keep their dirty little secrets from Sami. Besides, I don’t like him this wishy-washy at all. It’s pathetic. E.J. needs to realize what his obsession for Sami has turned him into, then realize that she doesn’t love him like he thinks she does, and move this story on. If he doesn’t go to jail, or worse, then put the man with someone who will be able to reciprocate his kind of possessive/obsessive love …. in other words, give him a new storyline that does not include Sami Brady.
