but I don’t like the lighter grey one he wears with the pink shirt.  He looks so much more handsome in a darker color, they ought to keep him in one.  It’s interesting that we never see him in anything brown.  He must look horrid in brown.  They could also vary his shirts more.  There are so many beautiful colored shirts for men these days.

Speaking of suits, the man that comes to mind that wears the most varied and best looking suits/outfits is Alex Trebek.  That man always looks EXTREMELY incredible, no matter what color and combination he wears.  He’s MY kind of guy.

more that I was agreeing with the previous poster.  Yes, I know, symantics.  But I think it bears repeating that Will was using the word "slut" in a figurative term because it was the most derogatory one he could think of.  I think when someone calls someone else an "asshole," they don’t mean that literally either.  (That conjurs up an image I’d rather erase!)

And I was afraid you might think I was calling you a cow.  No, I was indicating that I was trying to get the cows to come home.  Oh, dear, humor is lost when it has to be explained.  :o)

do you know how many people like that are out there?  It’s amazing how some couples will spend their last dollar friviously when they don’t know where their next rent payment, etc. is coming from?  I know, I have one in the family.

I don’t know where he came from because the rest of our family are all VERY financially responsible but he doesn’t seem to give it a thought.  (It’s just very fortunate he makes a good living…but that wasn’t always the case.)  The unfortunate thing is he married someone as bad as he is.  <sigh>

that would be sooo awsome.  But I don’t think our writers could possibily come up with something that creative.  That’d make a GREAT storyline and, for once, actually make Kate suffer a little.

or something not so extreme will work for you Nora.

BTW, what do you take for nausea?  I’m beginning to experience it.  They told me in the hospital it was from the IV pain medication but I’m not taking that now.  If I eat more than about a cup full I get the nausea.

And STOP FALLING OFF THE TOILET!!! :o)

and they put up the questions why it was held on the 2nd instead of the first and was supposed to answer it after the commercial.  I never saw the answer.

BTW, I think the Rose Parade is in too close proximity to Disney.  I think it’s become way too "Disneyfied" for me.  I wish they’d just forget all the commentary and "color" and just show us the parade.  I didn’t see one single horse and I’m sure they didn’t show all the floats.  They get so involved in what they’re made of that we don’t get to see the whole thing long enough to appreciated.

But…I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, the surfing dogs.  That was amazing.  By far my favorite float.

You’ve all been so sweet to send me all your prayers and good wishes.  As I said, I know they worked.  I just hope I don’t have to ask for any more this year…or EVER, for that matter. ♥♥♥♥♥♥

And now, back to our regularly scheduled nonsense.  :o)

Thou shall suspend all believability when it comes to characters’ ages.

#2 seems to have become, Thou shall suspend all believability when it comes to parentage.

that pretty much accepts anything that comes from their spouse.  I’ve know several of them myself.  My brother, my oldest son, my son’s godfather, the guy across the street, just to name some very close to me.

They always defer to their wife before making a decision.  They easily give in to avoid an argument and they are commonly referred to using another name for a kitten and a method of delivering pain.  (Know what I mean?)  It’s a perfect match for a controlling wife.  And I believe we could quite accurately use that description with Sami.

I’m not sure in this day and age, unless the person were very religious and homosexuality extremely anathama to them, I think denial would be their first feelings, even before confusion.  Nobody wants to be different and someone finding such awakening feelings as this would most likely want to deny such a thing could be happening to them.

What I do find strange though, is that since Will and Sonny are such good friends, he would not confide in him.  Certainly he knows WHAT those feelings are and who better than Sonny to help him come to grips with them, or at least understand what is happening to him. Boy, I’d be all over Sonny like white on rice if it were me.

Although we still don’t know if this is the path the writers are going down for sure, it would seem to me that, rather than go through the hell Will is now experiencing, he would confide in one person at least.  And, although Marlena is the obvious choice, I’d think that Sonny would be much easier for him to talk to.  I think the writers are missing a big opportunity here.

BTW, if he IS going to take "the road less traveled," Sonny’s friend is very cute and seems to be a nice guy.  I hope they will pair Will up with him.

in spite of all her "shortcomings" I have always liked Sami but I must agree that some of her actions could easily be charactized as slutty.  Certainly her last romp with EJ, in spite of the reasoning, would fall under the definition.  And, you have to admit (not that she’s much different than practically any other woman on the show), she has not been particularly "chaste" in her past relationships with men.  Can we even count up how many she has been intimate with?

Yet, I believe Will was using the word figuratively rather than literally anyway.  He picked the word out of anger as the worst thing he could think of to call her.  So, don’t be too hard on those of us who agree with Will’s assessment.

Okay, now…come Bossy, come home, and bring all your friends.

returned from seeing Stefano.  You could see the agony in Marlena’s face and the sheer relief when John said he was sorry.  Just a small scene but so well done.

Also, a little relief from J&M’s so often syrupy-sweet scenes.  It’s nice to see they can fight also.  And they make up so well.

Noooooo….please….don’t let this happen.  No Quinn and anybody.  I can’t stand that character.  And then pairing him up with one of these younger girls is just sickening.

Stefano has a contract with Stanley Steemer to have them come in weekly and clean and sanitize that couch.  (Now the Hernandez couch is a different story.)

    So, relax everybody, all’s well.
