Participantthan anyone – but you are right, we never saw "funny and warm" more like "cold and gritchy".

Participanthad greived for Alice already when she did pass – we all had Kleenex out though during the scene, so I’m not sure…

Participantas I’m not invested in her because she’s been gone and she’ a minor player…BUT Lawrence or Daniel’s wife returning…now that would make my summer DVRing stop dead button! Think of the possiblities of one or the other or dare I say both returning (heh – Day’s has suspended all my believablity for years and years)…SW you may be on to something there…and it’s a good something…

Participantenough to do that…wouldn’t that be a game changer!!??!! "Muummy, I have something to tell you…it’s a secret!" Sami smiles as she leans over so little Johnny can whisper his darling little childlike secret in her ear like kids do…and the camera just stays on Sami’s face as…………………………………….
her reactions go from smiling
at her son’s little tale he’s going to tell her, to disbelief
, to horror and shock
, to denial
and finally realization…
and after that – rage….
but knowing Sami as we do…
(I ran out of emotions to use) she’ll probably just do her usual Sami "shine it on" thing…

Participantfable "The Dog and the Bone"…About a dog carrying a bone across a bridge of water and looks down and see’s his reflection of himself and he thinks it’s another dog carrying a bone and he wants the other dog’s bone too – so he snaps at the other bone, dropping his bone into the water…
Moral of that story – ‘Who all coveteth, oft he loseth all.’ OR Bo wants his cake and to eat it too…He can go on a have a life and a love, but he doesn’t want Hope to go on with her life, (even though she’s the one who instigated the separation/divorce in the first place).

Participantthe "Chex Mix" debacle on Days…you are so correct – that was a commercial not product placement, I’ll live with product placement all day long, but to do what the advertisers did with the Chex Mix is crass (more so than usual).

Participanthe put’s the ol’ EJ spin on what was said on the tape – Sami is gullible enough to believe him!

ParticipantEJ below all those people? Whether you are an EJ fan or not…he’s been a major character for years…and a number of other people are in "odd" placement on the list too!

Participantwore a nice set of dress slacks one time (and ya gotta figure this was 45/50 years ago so my memory isn’t what it used to be). Didn’t Stefano where just a shirt without a tie a few times? That’s dressing down for him. I don’t mind Stefano not being in casual clothes so much as never seeing Chloe not dressed to the nines…

Participantinter-woven relationships of the people in the town of Salem…and I don’t think I was that far off the mark considering who has slept with who or married to who, etc. LOL!

Participantoff men or else they live off people like kind hearted people like Maggie (Mia for one, Mel was living off Maggie for a while too). Sami has always lived off her Mom, John, or other men in her life (yes, she "worked" but never long enough to collect the first pay check). At least Kate and Nicole "worked" on their backs…for awhile.

Participantand relax on the couch to read a book, watch t.v., surf the web, etc., in those kinds of clothes? It’s one thing to go out to dinner, dancing, a play/concert, heck even the Brady Pub…but if all she thinks of herself is a dress-up dolly like a Barbie…she doesn’t have any self esteem.
If it’s not the show that has her look so unrealistic for everyday life and Nadia is choosing this look, seems to me, she’s not happy in her job and is hoping that someone in the business will see her and offer her something else like a movie, or prime-time show.
