They didn’t show him getting the yes or now but they showed him coming out of the room with the yellow ticket.

She’s not on medication but Daniel did give her a script for something to help her sleep.  She was looking at the written script when Kate came in.

Next Wednesday they’re going to San Francisco. Not sure about Thursday.

I am glad they cut back to 1 hour though as 2 hours was a bit long and boring.

Treatments for severe postpartum depression are usually counseling and antidperessants and sometimes hormone therapy.  I’m thinking Daniel isn’t picking up on it for a couple of reasons.

    1.  She was happy and fine up until the christening and all h*ll broke loose

    2.  Chloe had been so focused on getting him back he thinks that their breakup is what’s causing her problems

The thing is mariatal problems can play a HUGE part in postpartum depression and the symptoms don’t always appear until weeks after the birth.  He’s jut not thinking clearly now because of his own mental state but he’s got something to occupy his time and take his mind off of it for even a little while where Chloe does not.

To have Kate in my face all the time would sure make me depressed.

Someone is hiding something and talks to themselves LOUDLY in a crowded room and nobody hears them

It can be the middle of winter with snow on the ground but you can walk around in a light sweater or sundress and not get cold

You can decide to get married today and have a huge fancy wedding next week complete with decorated church, long fitted gown and perfect reception BUT you wasted your money because 10:1 someone will either drive through a stained glass window, give birth, get shot or announce your deepest darkest secret

You can be dating your solemate one day and find out he’s your brother the next

If you wait long enough you eventually find out your one of Stefano DiMera’s children and are heir to an empire

You’re told you can never have children you immediate get pregnant from a one night stand

The lawyers are just like doctors, specialists of all.  Mickey was a criminal lawyer, corporate lawyer, contract lawyer, family lawyer…same with EJ.

You can’t trust the SPD as they’re all on Stefano’s payroll

Nobody ever has to go to the bathroom in Salem

A lot of women wait until they give birth to find out the sex…In Salem they wait until after they’ve given birth to find out who the father is

You can have a stillborn baby when you’re 5-6 months pregnant but the the child will turn up years later as a healthy adult

You can give birth to a baby but never remember it and later find out the baby you gave birth to wasn’t even your child

You don’t go to a hospital to have your baby…you go to the church, warehouse, cave, isolated cabin……..

When they first showed her on life support and I’d heard that Daniel was going to be the one to put the heart back all that went through my mind was WHY.  She’s on a ventilator, which I couldn’t figure out why since they took her heart why keep giving her oxygen.  Then the fact that after 6 minutes she’d be brain dead or at least be a vegetable for the rest of her life since giving her oxygen does nothing to get it pumped to the brain.  Then when Daniel said they kept her on bypass to harvest the rest of her organs I said "thank God they answered that question" but now I’m wondering why a prison infirmery has a bypass machine.  Those are usually used in cardiac ICU’s and you have to have special training to use them.  A doctor may know how to hook them up and take them off but the monitoring of them requires a technician 24/7.

I guess the people in charge of Regis are thinking of capitalizing on the talk shows with women hosts. I don’t watch Regis and Kelli too much but I like the banter between the two and how they play off each other.  I don’t see that happening with 2 women up there and I think it would be boring and get lost.

it looked like they were operating on her lower abdomen. They were too far away from her head to be operating on her heart

I think it’s a medal on a chain he wears around his neck.  I’m trying to figure out why unless it’s something that Sami knows he never takes off and the faux Rafe won’t have it.  He was trying to keep EJ and Stefano from seeing it and making sure to duplicate that also.

There’s not just the looks but also the speach and inflections of the voice.  When I’ve heard this guy talk he had the voice of Rafe but talked like a thug.  To me THAT would be the first clue the first time he opened his mouth.

If I ever had open heart surgery my scar would be very noticeable even under clothing if it fit snug against the sking.  I take after my dad in that I form keloids and my scars might look like they never heal.

I had my spleen removed in 1978 and had a scar revision in 1982 because it wasn’t healing properly and it still looked fresh.  I’ve now got a raised light pink area.  My gallbladder was removed laproscopally but the cut at the top of my abdomen is flat in the middle with huge red/pink bumps on both ends.  Looks like a barbell.  That was done in 2000.  I’ve had various breast tumors removed and have horrible scars.  My mom on the other had for any surgery just had a faint thin line.  So the looks of your scar depends on a lot of factors and most of it is genetics.  I wish I’d taken after my mom but sad to say I don’t.

I have a fear of needing surgery or stitches on a body part that’s always exposed and can be seen easily by other people.

I’m basing my opinion of Taylor on her past.  They get a new actor/actress and change the character so of course the first thing you notice is "new actor/actress"  when in fact it’s the writing of that character.  Everyone would be in an uproar if they brought back Marlena or John with a new actor and actress, well the same holds true of old characters. Just because they haven’t been seen for a while doesn’t mean we don’t remember them and notice when something just isn’t right with the character.

They did that with Stephanie, Mike (when played by Michael T. Weiss was goofy, fun and a non conformist.  when Roark Critchlow took over he was good looking but more serious and professional.  nothing like the old Mike I was use to and it took a while to warm up to him), Jack (when played by Mark Valley he wasn’t as goofy as the Jack we all know), Billie (Lisa Rinna as the original Billie to me was the best and they forgot her past in the numerous times they’ve brought her back) and I could go on and on.  The fact is, they either change actors/actresses when they want to take a character in a different direction and hope the viewers will forget all about the character’s past OR the writers re-invent the character to match the new actor/actress.  Either way it’s a disservice to the loyal viewers who’ve watched the show since the beginning and have brought these characters into their homes and made them part of their families.

When they introduce NEW characters I could care less who plays them as I have no history with that character and no time invested in them.  I can honestly say though Lee and the warden drive me nuts.  The facial expressions and vocal inflections of the warden are like nails on a chalkboard but that might not be the actress, it might be the way TPTB want her to be portrayed.  Lee to me adds nothing to the show.
