I think it’s a medal on a chain he wears around his neck. I’m trying to figure out why unless it’s something that Sami knows he never takes off and the faux Rafe won’t have it. He was trying to keep EJ and Stefano from seeing it and making sure to duplicate that also.

Did anyone notice the picture on the bulletin board in the room where Stefano had Rafe 2? It was a lady and it looked like Caroline(It may not have been her, but it sure looked like her). If it was her, what would it be doing there.
Ah ok. I bet it is a medal that only Sami would know he wears it all the time, but then again, they would have taken it off of him probably when he got to the hospital. or she figured he lost it in the accident. come to think of it didnt he give her some sort of St. medal when they were in the safe house? I remember that for some reason. it may not have been in the safe house couldve been anytime.
Gee Dr. Ben sure got full of himself today saying he was the best surgeon in the state and perhaps even in the world! and that he was sooooo much better than Dr. Jonas.
I thought that they were there to teach Faux Rafe the important peoples in his life that he should recognize

Rafe2’s personality is so completely opposite Rafe’s. He’ll give anyone reason to doubt him if he doesn’t know every single person in Sami’s life. Can’s you just see it now….one day Roman comes knocking on the door, Rafe2 opens the door, looks him up and down and says: ‘who da’ hell are you?" LOL!
and the writer’s forget about it and you never hear about that piece of the story again…or else Stefano or EJ will find it and there goes Rafe’s proof – poof!
The key that Sami gave to Rafe at Christmas and he gave her a key too. The one that was from the witness protection apartment.
possibility that Rafe’s accident may cause him to have memory lapses. At least I think I recall the doctor’s telling Sami that there may be times when he won’t remember some things.
