All our hospitals around here (and there’s a bunch of them because of all the old folks here in South Florida) allow children in to see parents. They are not widely accepted but they do allow them to see mommy or daddy. And I think that makes sense. I think it’s important for a kid, Johnny’s age especially, to know that his parent is okay. Not seeing him could cause a lot of anxiety. I wouldn’t worry about the wires and tubes, etc. as long as they were explained before he saw them. And I don’t think the disease issue is as bad as they once considered it. If the child had an obvious cold or such, I’m sure they wouldn’t allow them in.
Which reminds me of my best friend who came to visit me (three days after I had open heart surgery) WITH BRONCHITIS!!! Of course I caught it and coughing was the most painful thing. I could have killed her…literally!
that "full-figured" (or PLUS size) is now considered size 12 and up. Are you kidding me? That is absolutely ridiculous. I want to know who it is that determines these things. Maybe if you’re a 12 and you are only four feet tall. Sheesh!
Survivor throws in enough challenges that don’t take youth or strength to win. They have a lot that takes common sense and brain power and I think the oldsters lead in that area. I don’t believe they will end up with all the dissention the "kids" have in their tribe. THAT is going to be their downfall.
And watch, after they lose most of their members and they come to the merge, they will then gang up on the oldsters and start voting them off, one by one. I just hope they get their come-uppance before that happens.
Bolton is a gonner. And he didn’t go gracefully either. He made some very comments about Bruno’s remarks on Monday night. The guy’s got no class at all. I can understand him being upset with Bruno but then, he was only doing his job and giving his opinion. The thing Bolton should have done was just let it go by. The guy’s a zero in my book.

I did see Michael Bolton and all I can say for him is Bah! I asked before but didn’t get an answer, why is that doofus called The Situation? He’s a situation all right. What a conceited little jerk.
You can hardly blame them for constantly showing Sarah Palin. She is by far the biggest celebrity they’ve had on there to date. I mean she WAS a candidate for VP…that’s pretty big.
I never realized what a "big" girl Bristol is. I hope she can slim down a little while on the show. I’m really pulling for her because I think it’s great that she can get a little positive press after all the crap she’s gone through. I know some people won’t agree with me but then, I was pulling for Kate Gosslin too.
we are always griping about how the writers rush couples into relationships without any romancing. So now, they’re taking their time with Vic and Mags so let’s just enjoy the trip. You know what they say…an-ti-ci-pa-tion…!!!
I’d like to see something tragic (well, not terribly tragic, something like her losing her dog…if she had one) and Victor comforting her. We haven’t seen any physical contact between these two and while I don’t want to see any bones-jumping, I would love to see Victor tenderly holding Maggie and see a few little sparks start to fly and Maggie realize that she does have feelings for him.
because she plays the part so well. My heart just about stopped beating when she came out with that comment about Daniel. I wanted to say, Nicole, don’t, please don’t. I still feel sorry for her. I thought the excuse that she was jealous of Chloe was befitting. Here’s her best friend with everything she had and lost. She’s bound to feel some jealousy. Not that I’m justifying what she did, I just felt sorry for her. It was nice to see Carly see it too.

Anyway, I got the second one and can’t believe all the dissention in the young tribe. If they’re going to get anywhere, they’re going to have to put all their petty problems behind them and start pulling together. I’m so all for the olders, and not just because I’m one of them, but because they are acting like adults.
But what’s with that woman that stole the guy’s shoes and "sunk" them? What was that all about? And then to come clean and confess! That certainly didn’t win her any points. Is she somehow mentally deficient?
I couldn’t make it on there because I can’t keep up with all the alliances they form and all the deceit and subterfuge that goes on. I never know who’s alligned with whom and it makes it very difficult to know who to truly root for.
That is way beyond stupid. What possible reason would Lexie have to want to make EJ think she’s still married to him? That doesn’t make any sense at all. Sami should tell Lexie where to go.
No way in the world did I think he’d be the first to go. And I’m surprised his fan base isn’t big enough to keep him there a couple of weeks at least. I know that hamburger video was very harmful to him but from the ovation he always got on AGT, I thought people had gotten over it. In fact, I didn’t think it was that bad. Yeah, he was drunk and eating a sloppy burger (which he even acknowledged) but is that such a crime? Not compared with what a lot of other "celebrities" are doing/have done.
If Cho doesn’t go (hey, I’m a poet) next, there is no justice. I don’t know how she has any fans at all. I don’t think she’s funny at all. Her comedy routines are usually vulgar as opposed to funny and, as we’ve all seen, she certainly can’t dance so what does she have going for her? And The Situation (why in the heck is he called that?) is such an arrogant a-hole I don’t know how he can have any fans at all.
