Okay, here’s a little history about Taylor Raines (not Walker) to jog your memories.

John Clark’s daughter was on the same time as Taylor but I distinctly remember Taylor going to her prayer group.  I think she wanted Nicole to go with her but, of course, Nicole would have nothing to do with that.

Didn’t she also develop feelings for Eric but because Nicole was dating him, didn’t pursue them?

it’s one of those that you need to know some of the background of the characters to appreciate what goes on.  I’m not sure you could start now and really enjoy it, you’d be in the dark on a lot of stuff.  Of course, if you watch long enough, I’m sure you’ll get caught up.

It used to be on Friday night but because of its popularity they switched it to another night.  Unfortunately, I let the DVR pick it up so don’t know which night…sorry, Nora.

    I can’t believe I didn’t recognize him.  I’ll look more closely now.

I haven’t noticed him.  What part does he play?  How can I miss good ol’ Mike?

And when all is said and done, what in the world would we have to gripe about if we didn’t watch this show?  :o)

Regis is NOT retiring.  He left after they asked him to take a salary cut.  He’s said on a couple of other shows (ET,  and Piers Morgan for two) that he had some other "stuff" in the works.

They did once have an all male talk show.  Mario Lopez, Danny Bonaducci, Dick Clark and two others were on it.  I really liked it but I guess it died in the ratings.

TPTB don’t think a two woman show will make it either.  They really need the interaction and opinions of both the male and female perspectives.

and I’ll say for the ones to pick from to vote for, I’d be hard pressed to decide.  Every single act was excellent (also very different from each other).  I think the show has improved quite a bit since the first one but they don’t seem to have a regular schedule.

One thing I like about it is that the judges pick one act to move on and the viewing audience votes for the other one.  Seems like a better way to go.  And all three judges are experts in the dance area.  In fact, they like to throw out technical names for dance moves.  I guess to show us they really know what they’re talking about.

he doesn’t know about Rafe2 (that’s how they refer to him on CC) yet.  I’m thinking he put it there so if he ever gets out he can prove he was held captive by the Dimeras by telling the cops to look for it where he put it.

I can tell you, there’s a lot more involved than what we saw with Jen.  That machine is huge and there are tubes and wires and all kinds of equipment everywhere.  Not only that, it has to be monitored constantly, and not by a prison inmate either.

If you’ll notice, the only thing we see on Jen is the respirator.  Well, actually, we don’t even see that, all we see is the tube going into her mouth.  I didn’t hear it and they are quite loud.

I’m anxious to see how long it will take Jen to recuperate from having her heart removed.  Just my simple little cardiac by-pass took several weeks.  It was a really tough to get my strength back afterwards.

Remember Stefano had Susan made up (he didn’t even do plastic surgery on her) to look like Kristan and John didn’t know the difference?  Talk about clueless.

You know, Stefano should get a Nobel Prize for adapting people to look exactly like others.  I never heard of any plastic surgeons that can do that.

She acts very nervous.  Is that the actor’s reaction to the part or is that the way she’s playing Taylor?  I guess we’ll have to wait and see.  For now, I’m not very excited about her as an addition to the cast.

On the other hand, NuRafe is pretty funny.  I’m getting a kick out of the way he’s playing the part.

Mine from my heart surgery starts above my U U and goes down to like the bottom of my bra where the ulcer perforation repair scar starts and that one goes down to my belly button.  Then, my mastectomy scar goes perpendicular to those two so, in reality, I have a crosshair on my chest for people to aim at.

that’s what they’re going to do, have Sami grow up?  With what she had promised Rafe while he was "out" it sounds like maybe, just maybe, there is a change in store for our perpetual airbrain.
