Participantthat’s something that we all know but sometimes tend to not consider it. The actors are only delivering the lines and actions written for them. It seems almost like criticizing Ali because Sami is not maturing. We are blaming the characters for things we don’t like that they do but we SHOULD be coming down on the heads of the writers. I know it’s implied but, seriously, there ARE people out there who think the actors ARE the characters. None of us here, of course.

ParticipantUnmarried girl, I don’t know. But it would certainly be interesting to see what Fary’s relationship with the other kids is like.

Participantahead of Rob just has me totally disgusted with this show. Not so much that I think Hope is so much better than Rob, I think the whole thing is being manipulated to keeping Rob around. I liked him at first but watching Carrie Ann fawn all over him and him getting scores that I don’t think are really deserved, I’m just really extremely POed. Which is sad because this has been my favorite show for quite some time.
Like I’ve mentioned before, there have been way too many bad dancers (and IMO, Rob is a bad dancer, improved, yes, but still bad) kept around far too long. The list is too long to mention them but I’m sure everybody can think of many. It’s becoming much too obvious that someone other than the judges and fans have their fingers in this pie.
And I really don’t blame Maks and Hope for their remarks. The judges have been so blatently against them it’s pitiful. I interpreted Maks’ "smile" as a smirk basically saying, "okay, we’re going to get lambasted on this one." But still, Carrie Ann’s remark was uncalled for.
Although I’ve always liked Maks, maybe he’s actually IS an SOB in real life and their actions are warrented. But I hope not.

ParticipantIs that how they feel or is that what they were told to say by the producers? I think we’ll all agree in the later.
I found it difficult to understand what they were saying because of all the background noise. Hope I didn’t miss anything important.

Participantare you kidding me? They find bloody clothing…and in the river no less? Sound familiar? Can’t these writers come up with anything new?
And, if EJ is responsible for Johnny’s disappearance (which I read in a previous post), then why is he so "grief stricken"? Especially to the point of having sex with Sami. Of course we all know that is the solution to grief, having unprotected (probably) sex with someone with whom you have no close relationship.
I just can’t friggin’ believe this. Even Alison Sweeny couldn’t believe it.

ParticipantThere is no blood between Maggie and Jen.
I know a lot of people feel this way but I don’t understand how you can call it incest when there is no blood relation between the people. Also, incest technically means "sexual intercourse" between closely related relatives.

Participantbetter than Jack but I don’t see him as being hypocritical in this but more like being honest about his feelings with Jen. No, they are probably not justified but that’s how he feels and he wants Jen to know it. Something Jack is sorely lacking in and always has been. My gosh, just how many times has Jack lied to Jen or kept his feelings from her?

ParticipantToo funny, Punky!
I have always liked Marlena in the past but it seems like since she’s come back, she is a different person and one I don’t particularily care for. She has become rather annoying IMO.
Bonbon
Participantis how she almost "ruined" John when as Stan she got him hooked on drugs. Now which is worse, what John did to her or what she did to John?
I rest my case.
Bonbon
ParticipantI’m done with this show. And I don’t say that lightly.

ParticipantJohn is NOT a child. Why does he need a babysitter? If he’s going to do something stupid, it’s on HIS head.

ParticipantI’m thinking more and more that all (or most) of the decisions have already been made before the show even airs. There’s just too much that doesn’t ring true.
Last night, Rob was certainly not the best dancer in the cha-cha, Ricky was far, far better. And I don’t think Hope and Maks deserved the numbers they got. It is so apparent that Carrie Ann doesn’t like Maks and he has shown much self-control in not saying to her what he thinks. What in the heck was that "smiling comment" supposed to mean?
If Rob doesn’t go home tonight, I’ll be convinced. There have just been too many bad dancers in the past that have stayed way beyond their time where I seriously doubt that had that big a fan base. Very disappointing…very!

Participanther and her mother were estranged. I wonder if the reason she isn’t speaking up to her is she doesn’t want that to happen again.
I guess we don’t have to wonder what the beef was before but I’d sure like to know if it was Nadia’s or Fary’s decision.
Fary has six kids. I wonder if she treats them all this way. I’m thinking more and more this is all for the show, although I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to have MY mother (or ME) portrayed that way.
Bonbon
Participantfor the problems with her mother. If she doesn’t stand up to her, it’s going to end in disaster.
Why didn’t she tell that "gentleman" when he mentioned going dancing that she was in a committed relationship? And when she found out why he was there, why didn’t she just tell her mother what a dispicable thing she had done and get up and walk out? There is no common sense happening here at all.

ParticipantDanny, is it, really needs to keep his nose out of their business. He was way out of line egging JP on like that.
But Farah needs to either accept that JP is the way he is and she isn’t going to change him or end it and get on with her life with someone who IS willing to get married. JP only told her he’d marry her some day to appease her, I don’t believe for one minute he meant it.
And I can’t believe Fary stooped to inviting Nadia to lunch and bringing another guy with her (who’s comments in the car didn’t seem very "gentlemanly" to me) and then getting mad at Nadia for asking Brandon to show up.
Yeah, she (Nadia) needs to grow "some" and finally tell her mother to butt out. In fact, if I were her, I toss her out of my life completely. Who needs to live with that. Brandon is an absolute saint to put up with all that crap (and I’m being nice using that word).
I didn’t know that was the finale. Darn!
