Yeah and then all of the sudden she thinks helping get the girl with cancer a walk on part on GH will somehow make up for essentially abandoning her friend in her time of need. Whatever.
I didn’t like her when she was on DWTS either. I didn’t really know her before that but she certainly didn’t make a very positive impression on me. And she’s only reinforcing that opinion now.
Except for Nadia, I don’t think any of these girls are really fine examples of someone I’d want as a friend. I wonder if it’s because of the business they are in. I think it takes a certain type to be sucessful in show business. I’m sure the money has a lot to do with it also. And, too, how much of this is "embellished"? Especially Fary. It is hard to believe that a person could actually be THAT opinionated and outspoken about it.
Pesonally, because I haven’t watched Kelly on any show but this one, I just see her as self-absorbed. I agree, how can you even remotely compare breaking up with your boyfriend, regarless of how long you were together, to going through cancer? Her friend could have died, and she was wallowing in her own self-pity. She is a pathetic individual. BTW, I know Kirsten is not on lately, but since the episode where she was sick, I haven’t seen Kelly mention her once or check on her. Granted we don’t see her 24/7, but really? Just a quick phone call or casual mention would be nice. Like I said, I think she’s very self-centered and self-absorbed. I hope her friend has other friends. And doing good for someone else, doesn’t forgive the hurt she caused her friend.
Okay I just watched the latest one which I believe is the finale. It was good. They all went "camping" which pretty much looked like drinking on the beach to me. Galen was soooo funny making fun of Nadia and how she would never make it camping and saying she wanted to go "glamping"! It was very funny. As usual Farah bugged JP to marry her. She got all drunk and her gay started harrassing JP and Farah started crying and giving him ultimatums. Dumb. Nadia’s mom continued to be the queen bitch but it doesn’t look like Nadia intends to put her foot down in any real way about it. No sign of Kirsten. She’s still sick.
Danny, is it, really needs to keep his nose out of their business. He was way out of line egging JP on like that.
But Farah needs to either accept that JP is the way he is and she isn’t going to change him or end it and get on with her life with someone who IS willing to get married. JP only told her he’d marry her some day to appease her, I don’t believe for one minute he meant it.
And I can’t believe Fary stooped to inviting Nadia to lunch and bringing another guy with her (who’s comments in the car didn’t seem very "gentlemanly" to me) and then getting mad at Nadia for asking Brandon to show up.
Yeah, she (Nadia) needs to grow "some" and finally tell her mother to butt out. In fact, if I were her, I toss her out of my life completely. Who needs to live with that. Brandon is an absolute saint to put up with all that crap (and I’m being nice using that word).
I didn’t know that was the finale. Darn!
is interested in either Farah or JP as a love interest! He is causing trouble in that relationship and the fact that Farah seems so interested in his opinion is even stranger. JP is not ready for marriage and what will marriage change for him now? A legal commitment? Certainly not sleeping arrangements. I don’t see them together for the long haul. He’s too immature and she’s too bossy!
Nadia’s mother seemed more like she was interested in Fernando than Nadia. She’ll never be happy if Brandon and Nadia marry. I wonder if Nadia feels she owes her mother because she was raised mainly by her and that’s why she can’t stand up to her? I wonder why she isn’t the same way with Nadia’s brothers or did they tell her off and that’s why she’s hanging on to Nadia?
Gee, I wish they would have said one last thing about Kirsten. The camping was hilarious. Galen drunk and putting his foot in his mouth cracked me up. Nadia was pretty dressed up for a camping trip, but she pulls off that look pretty well. I have given up hope on her mother ever acting sanely. She is a complete nut job. That stunt she pulled was sickening. I think Nadia dislikes confrontation so she tells Brandon to show up instead of just looking her mom in the eye and saying, "I have a boyfriend, I’m not interested in your friend and I’ll be leaving now." She really needs to get a spine where her mom is concerned or that old bat will control her for the rest of her life.
I have no hope for Farah and JP. They are in a completely doomed relationship. JP doesn’t want to get married and if she can’t see that, she’s blind. I have dated guys like JP. She’s Miss Right until Miss Right-er comes along. He will be gone as soon as he finds someone better. Not only that, she wants to be in LA and he wants to be NY. He pretty much said if she weren’t there he wouldn’t be there. I won’t hold my breath on this relationship.
