Our cable company (Spectrum) lost NBC for at least several hours on Friday but not until late in the afternoon, so I did get to watch DOOL. I’m in a suburb of Detroit.
Everyone who has already watched Friday’s show knows that Jennifer is awake and Jack told her that she had been in a coma for one year. On Monday, Jennifer is reunited with Abigail and JJ. On Tuesday’s show, Jack tells Jennifer that the person responsible for pushing her off the balcony is in prison. The TV audience saw Princess Gina push Jennifer but I don’t think that Gina is in prison. Someone else was blamed for pushing Jennifer and many fans suspect that Eve was blamed since she had such an open hatred of Jennifer.
Lani Price was introduced in 2015 as the daughter of Abe Carver and an old flame of his, Tamara Price. Tamara Price is portrayed by Marilyn McCoo (singer with The 5th Dimension). Brandon’s mother was Fay Walker, who had an affair with Abe Carver while she was married to Paul Mendez. Fay and Paul were the parents of Nicole Walker. Theo Carver is the son of Abe Carver and his late wife, Lexie.
Ari gave a cupcake to David while he was in his playpen. He never ate any of it. Jordan put the cupcake back on the plate.
I recall reading that his doctor advised him to retire from acting in 2004 due to health problems and the strain of working. Back in 2007, John Clarke suffered a stroke and his heath had been declining in the years since his health crisis.
Jordan was a young child when her father died. Her mother married Clyde when Jordan was about six years old. Ben was born from the mother’s second marriage so that makes Jordan and Ben half siblings. Jordan’s birth name was Tammy Sue. Ben’s birth name was Oliver (Ollie).
Vivian and her son, Stefan, hadn’t seen each other in over a year. They both had been portrayed by different actors at that time. She said to him, "I’ve changed, haven’t I. But you’ve changed, too." Neat way for the writers to acknowledge the previous two actors and the current actors.
