and although some may believe Chloe may be worth it, I definitely DO NOT.  Look how appreciative she is.  Maggie should not even begin to compare herself to Chloe’s situation.  She mentioned Alice being her salvation when she hit rock bottom.  At least she didn’t bite the hand that fed her, like Chloe is doing with Maggie’s kindness.  Chloe instead repeats her mistakes over and over again.  I’m sick of her, and for the life of me I do not understand how the writers could have her and Victor be so stubborn as to let it come between them is just maddening to me, especially when I’m sure they (TPTB) are well aware of the fanbase Magic has.  I think they’re nuts to go this way, especially when I know what Chloe’s going to do next.  Wake up, Maggie.  Victor is not as wrong as you are seeing him to be.  Chloe is self-destructive, and she will destroy the only relationship you have allowed yourself to be in since Mickey’s death.  Why should Maggie and Victor have to suffer for this dysfunctional woman?  I so wanted Abbey to take her head off today, and I’m not even crazy about Dan and Jen yet, and was glad they didn’t stand there and take her bullcrap.

who attempts an unreleased song by Lady Gaga, that no one has heard (except when she performs it in a concert), and expects to be successful with it?  The judges were right about that.  She did a terrific job with House of the Rising Sun, though, and no doubt has talent, but I won’t be surprised if she winds up in the bottom 3 tonight.

Lauren did a terrific job with the Carrie Underwood song, but I did not like her rendition of Unchained Melody.  The song was way too big for her, and she left out the entire second verse, probably due to time; however, it took something away from the song for me.  She looked nervous and lost with that humungous hit.

Scotty, you are going to be the next biggest country star, no doubt about it, and although country is not my favorite genre, I could listen to you all night long.

James Durbin did a terrific job with 30 Seconds to Mars, but when he takes on a ballad, he makes me cry with him.  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it once more, he is an amazing young man with so much emotional baggage that I am surprised he can perform every week in the manner that he does.  It’s James all the way for me.

I am so OVER Jacob Lutz; somebody PLEASE stick a fork in him tonight.  He has completely turned me around from where I stood on his talent at the beginning.

I wonder what he meant when he said he could say one thing about Rob that would turn all of them against him.  I do think he’s probably holding back on these challenges, too, just so Rob will keep him in the game.  Andrea wanted to keep the team strong, and we saw where that got her.  Philip acts all crazy and loopy, exaggerating his abilities in front of the others, and that might not be too smart for him to be doing at this stage, because clearly Rob is the only one who sees fit to keep him on, knowing full well how everyone feels about him, while Rob continues planning the pick-off order.  Now, if Phil IS as smart as you feel he is, Bonbon, I bow to your wisdom, because every week I watch him, I can’t help but feel that where Philip is concerned, I only have one nerve left, and he’s gettin’ on it.  I’ll give him one thing though, he talks a good game, and certainly he is a legend in his own mind.  He better hope he doesn’t have to go to Redemption Island, however, because I don’t think he would stand a chance in those challenges.  By the way, I also believe Mike’s intentions were honorable, and that he’s really a terrific person.  He just might be the only one who will be able to go toe-to-toe with Rob.

I hope she shoots him in the exact same spot she shot Alan.  Come to think of it, that’s where she should have aimed when she shot E.J., too.

she knows full well what the DiMeras are capable of doing to her, yet she got right up in E.J.’s face, even so far as to push and then slap him.  Plus, she made sure she had all her ducks in a row before she let him know that she knows his ‘secret.’  I think it was a stellar performance, and knowing Nicole, the REAL Nicole, like we all do …. I’m sure this is just the beginning of her revenge.  Although, I must say, I don’t know why she would want to stay with E.J., knowing full well she would have to force him to even stand next to her, or act civil to her, and that everything he does with her will be an act forced upon him because of her blackmailing him.  But it sure will be fun watching him having to respond favorably to her every whim.  I hope she uses and abuses him in every way possible.

Sami may have done a lot of things she’s not proud of in her life, but she’s never been an aduletress.  The character of Sami takes a lot of flack from a lot of people, and this board is calm compared to most, but I think she’s come a long way throughout the years, and I find myself very sympathetic to her when she finally realizes what the DiMeras and Rafe2 have done to her and to Rafe.  I hope she gets the best of them all, and in the end gets to be happy with Rafe, because I believe her when she says she has finally found the one man with whom she has been completely happy and truly loves, unconditionally.  I say she needs a break.

I vividly remember my grandmother, who was severely afflicted with the disease, not being able to recognize anyone or any event in the present, but if you asked her to sing a song from the 20’s or 30’s, she could sing it from beginning to end and never miss a word.

as much as I was IMpressed with this show last week, I was DEpressed by it last night.  The talent was just awful last night, and I don’t think this show is going to be the hit I thought it was.  I’m probably going to be wrong, but I can’t see it coming anywhere near the success of American Idol.  Last night’s talent was truly bizzare.  Even the judges did not impress me last night.  They were too indecisive, and seemed disappointed, like they felt they HAD to pick someone, even if they didn’t want them, because they took so long in choosing, consequently winding up with people they really did not want. The expressions on their faces once they buzzed in and turned around to face the singer were, in some instances, shockingly comical.  It was like "oh, no, what have I done?"   Now what?  Everyone has their team of 8, so what’s next?

it’s not who plays the game well, it’s "what’s best for the show."  That’s why reality shows draw people in.  Everyone likes to sit back, tune in, and wait for the trainwreck.  LOL!

his father was African-American; his mother Korean.  Something about him just makes me smile when I watch him (except when he’s here in Baltimore at M&T Bank Stadium playing my Ravens — then I don’t have too many compliments for him — LOL).

Yes, Kendra is gone, finally.  Agree, she was very gracious, but I’d love to know what she was thinking on the inside.  She seemed a little sure of herself that she was going to make it through.  Kirstie has to really bring it now, but I just don’t see that happening.  I think Maks knows it, too.  But, boy, I didn’t realize how much the judges are fans of hers as well as the studio and home audiences.  She’s so funny.  I really do like her, and would love to see it happen for her, as well as for Maks, but I have my doubts.

Was it my imagination, or did Mark look really p.o.’d last night to be in the bottom 3, and then the bottom 2?  I think he’s definitely NOT feeling the love from the judges, and it’s starting to show.

but I think what will be even more interesting is that Stefano and E.J. won’t find out about it for a while.  I think the plan will be for Rafe, working with Bo and Roman, will pretend to be Rafe 2 (once all of this is uncovered, and I think it will ALL be uncovered), in order to get Stefano and E.J.  Of course, knowing it should happen, and having it actually happen, are two different scenarios.  I do think it’s time for some payback here, though.  I would love to see them bust the DiMeras that way.  I think a while back someone mentioned the possibility of this happening.  Looks like they were right.  Oh, and also, E.J. is going to get his own individual comeuppance, in a big, big way, for his part in the death of Arianna.  He may not have been directly involved with the hit-and-run, but it will be through his being Troy’s boss, and Troy being the one who hit and killed her.  Yes, I would say we have some good stuff coming up for the next 3 to 4 weeks.  Now, if they can just keep it going after that….!

and he just wanted to get her into bed one last time before he left.  Boy, I have to give Galen credit.  Although I’m glad it’s almost over, he did a superb job with Rafe2 in that he made me hate him, yet still love and wait patiently for the return of the real Rafe, which time I’m so happy to know is here.

he always thinks he’s trying to modernize the dances too much.  He’s always been pretty complimentary to Chelsea, or at least admitted that she’s a terrific dancer.  And yes, Mark did "flip off" the judges when he was walking up to get their scores.  Very unprofessional of him, and I was surprised he would do something like that knowing that in most instances the camera follows them back to Brooke, unless they go right to commercial after they get the judges’ comments.  He’s a little arrogant, but I can see why.  Len has been sort of unfair to him.  But, boy, you can sure see why he has so much talent.  His mom and dad are both fabulous dancers in their own right.  As for Hines, I just see a boatload of personality in him, and he does well most of the time with his dances.  I think he takes direction from his pro the best of any of them, and it pays off for him in the long run.  It’s anybody’s guess who will go tonight, but I’d bet one thing …. it won’t be Hines.
