James Scott’s contract is up at the end of this month (May, 2011); and Joe M.’s is up in July, 2011. Although James has said in an interview that he and the show have "verbally come to terms" with his contract renewal, I have not read anywhere that he has actually signed yet. Even on Jason47’s site, which I find is always the most up-to-date with the actors and their contracts, and anything else for that matter, still has not posted that James Scott has actually signed yet. The last to sign a new one-year contract was Kristian Alfonso. So, until I see where James and Joe have signed their new contracts, I won’t rule out the possibilities that it could be true, and that’s how they could be written out. The show is 2 months ahead in taping, so they are now taping the July/August sweeps. Guess we’ll have to wait and see, huh?

in that the apartment is owned by the police and used strictly as a safe-house when the need arises. Still, it wouldn’t make sense for Sami and Rafe to have kept the keys. What if someone else was using that place at the time she unlocked that door? Could have had her head blown off, I would think. What bothered me the most about that whole scene was when she heard a baby crying and the mother saying something like ‘don’t cry, mommy’s going to feed you now,’ or words to that effect, and then the camera pans down to Sami putting her hand on her stomach. NO, THEY WOULDN’T DARE.
I just saw your post. Don’t know who posted first, you or me, but that’s exactly who I think he will turn out to be. The spoilers already said he is going to have a connection to Vivian. That’s my thought exactly. Sorry, I did not see this before I posted. Guess I lept before I looked here. LOL.
and read that she had all of Selena’s outfits copied exactly for that movie. I think her regular (not stage) wardrobe looks wonderful on her. She’s not only beautiful, but she’s got it all goin’ on; but, what truly amazes me is her skin. It appears to be flawless and glows like satin. She undoubtedly takes the time, at least, to take very good care of herself, especially after having two kids. Lucky lady; luckier Marc Anthony, whom I’ve never found that attractive (although he looked really sexy to me the night he worked with the AI kids).
supposedly, yet sadly, the spoilers have already stated that this Quinn character shows up and the first character we see him with is Chloe, who is weak, vulnerable, and drinking heavily. He’s nice to her, tells her she’s beautiful, and next thing you know, they wind up in bed. Chloe wakes up in the morning, and Quinn is gone, but there’s money on the night-stand, and quite a lot of it. He wants her to believe he thought she was a hooker. She thinks about giving him back the money, but doesn’t know where to find him. Since she’s down and out, no job, no money, she keeps it and uses it as her excuse to get her own place, as she thinks it will help Maggie reunite with Victor. At some point we’ll find him collaborating with Vivian, who will make sure Quinn keeps Chloe on a short leash, but continuing to pursue her, until she finally falls hard for him. Then, at this juncture (and this is is the part that is my theory now), we find out he is really Nicholas Alamain. With the big story coming out that Carly will turn into a full-blown addict, I just have a feeling that Quinn (who even though the actor really is an Aussie) will be using a fake Aussie accent, and will turn out to be Nickey Alamain. Just a hunch, but it would make sense for Vivian to use him hooking up with Daniel’s ex-wife to get back at Carly. Just a hunch!
the one Chloe threw her hamburger into, who then asked her to dinner, was NOT Quinn. Quinn is the guy we saw yesterday, and he does have the Aussie accent. The spoilers did give the impression that he is a pimp and will lure Chloe into his bed. They also claim he has a connection to Vivian Alamain. But then, a day or two ago, they claim that he is NOT a bad guy. I haven’t quite figured out what or who he is yet, but I have my suspicions. All I know is that once again Chloe is going to jump into bed, only this time with a man she just met.
It’s not just Maggie, but a number of people tried to help Chloe, including Philip and Daniel. She refused to accept the help that was offered, including therapy, which would have been her best bet. I agree, the writers have ruined her character. Hell, she even chooses Nicole as her one and only friend …. the same woman who tried to disfigure her …. and has now become her drinking buddy. Maggie holding on to her strong convictions and not letting Victor tell her what to do is fine; but, she certainly has to see why Victor is so hateful toward Chloe as well. He may go overboard about voicing his feelings toward Chloe, but he truly believes she ruined the men in his family, and he’s not entirely wrong about that. And for Maggie to say that Lucas chose to drink again without putting Chloe up front and center in that decision is preposterous. This show has enough "heavy" drinkers in it, male and female, without turning Chloe Lane into an alcoholic nymphomanic, with absolutely no desire to take help when it’s offered. And when you say, "hate the sin, not the sinner," I have to respectfully disagree. The "sin" will always be the temptress; but the "sinner" will always have the choice.

I knew as soon as they sent Haley to James’ side of the stage that they were the "safe" group. I’m sure that Lauren and Jacob knew it as well.
As for Jacob, thank you, thank you, thank you …. that’s all I have to say about that.
If Lauren doesn’t learn to get over her nervousness, I’m afraid she’ll be next. I know she’s only 16 and this is probably the biggest thing to ever happen to her in her young life, but her nerves are ruining her chances.
Haley is the dark horse now. She’s got the whole package goin’ on; the looks, the hair, the body, and last, but certainly not least, the pipes. It’s going to be a matter of simply picking the right songs from here on out.
Scotty just keeps me smiling when he performs. He’s headed for stardom whether he wins or not, just like Jimmy said.
James is still my pick to win, but I hope he, too, learns to control his emotions. Nobody ever sounds good when they’re ‘crying’ while trying to sing. The breath is simply not there to pull out the notes, especially the way he sings.
Chloe is a dysfunctioning, self-destructive, weakling who creates her own mess. I don’t care who told her Daniel did this and Carly did that. She did not have the common sense to even question Daniel and Carly face to face? Instead, she listens to a jealous imbecile like Vivian, takes her word for it, knowing what she is capable of, and then decides to sing her favorite song to Philip …. "WHY DON’T WE GET DRUNK AND SCREW?" So, they did and now she wants everybody’s life to be as miserable as hers. Maggie is nuts for taking her in, especially since I already know what she’s going to do next.
