but that’s never going to change. Just like we all have our favorites with our soap characters. One sees them one way, another in a totally different light. But you know what, you’re right about Chelsea being the best dancer, but honestly sometimes I think early Mark might just have lost it for her. His open display of arrogance turned me off for a while there, and I’m sure it did with many voters, too. He calmed down at the end, but too little, too late, IMO. Hines has been Hines, from beginning to end, and I’m so happy for him. Wasn’t his mom a hoot??? Talk about no emotion. She could have cracked a smile when her son came over to give her a kiss instead of just swatting him away like a fly. Oh, well, I’m sure she’s very proud of her son. Kirstie had a much higher fanbase than I obviously gave her credit for, but I still have to say Hines deserved it. Plus, I love Kym Johnson; not too crazy about Mark. But he’ll never find another partner so completely in sync with him and his style, ever. She was the perfect partner for him. And yes, from August to February, football is my passion. That’s when Hines Ward will become the enemy. LOL.
could stand to be in the same room with any of the Walkers seeing as how Abe cheated on her with Faye, producing Brandon. That would be enough for me right there. But, no, they made Lexi BFF’s with Taylor AND Faye, but Nicole has always been the bad seed in Lexi’s eyes. Maybe she needs to have Nicole give her some insightful recollection of her affair with her step-son. Everything that comes out of Lexi’s mouth regarding Nicole is a double standard. I’m surprised Nicole hasn’t jumped on that yet, especially every time Lexi gives Nicole a lesson in morals. Does Taylor know Lexi and Brandon had an affair …. I’m not sure about that fact.
She’ll probably look more like Ava when she decides to fight back. Otherwise, I don’t see how they expect anyone to believe that E.J. DiMera could possibly be in love with this woman.
I wouldn’t hold out any hope of her helping Chloe. If anyone comes to her rescue, it will most likely be Brady. Again, Chloe is written as a weak-minded woman who doesn’t know her ass from her elbow when it comes to recognizing that she is making a bad choice, ala her trusting Kate on that stupid cooking segment of Hearth and Home. I’ll never forget Kate knocking that whole tray of deviled eggs out of Lucas’ hands when he tried to eat one, poisoned of course, and meant for Chloe, of course.
when he got out of jail he learned that Melanie had put a huge reward in the paper for any information leading to the hit-and-run behind the death of Ariana Hernandez. He attacked Melanie twice, once on the street, wearing a full ski-mask so they did not know who he was. She was rescued by Dario Hernandez, but Troy got away. The second time he broke into Daniel’s apartment, where Mel was staying, and hid in the closet. When Melanie got home he attacked her again, still wearing the same ski mask, intending to kill her. It was then that he admitted that he ran down Ariana. Again, Dario to the rescue, but this time Dario knocked him out and pulled off the mask, finding Troy, who Mel Recognized. He was hospitalized, where he still remains in a coma, supposedly brain dead.
and Nicole will pay a price E.J. keeps threatening her with. I can’t imagine him being blackmailed too much longer. However, since he’s supposed to take a real beat-down from Brady, maybe Taylor will be the one to take his side and go head-to-head with Taylor. I know they’re going to turn her much darker, which I’m actually looking forward to (and yes, I know I’m in the minority, but anything beats the way she’s being written now, and I don’t think TB’s going anywhere). My thoughts are she will be the one to fight E.J.’s battles sooner rather than later.
so that we wouldn’t have to look at them in the same outfits for practically an entire week. Then, there are times, like the scene with Maggie and Victor the other day, when they changed her outfit in the same show. Maybe the new writers will play closer attention to continuity.

either one would have been worthy. I thought for a minute the Donald was going to give it to both of them when he said "I’m going to do something new," but I guess he just didn’t want to say those famous words to Marlee, "YOUR FIRED." Great conclusion to a really good season.
Kate Roberts, who’s not done much of anything but try and destroy the lives of anyone who doesn’t have a penis on this show. Give this woman a storyline other than meddling or revenge, and stop acting like she and Stefano are so in love. He blackmailed her into marrying him and I still vividly remember her saying her vows and "I do’s" with tears streaming down her face. Kate needs to wear the shoe on the other foot for a while. That stupid lung cancer storyline didn’t do it, so hopefully they’ll find another way to keep what I otherwise believe to be a truly gifted actress.
I actually teared up. I was always a LUMI fan, but I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier with this coupling. Galen and Ali look so good together, and whether or not others can see how much the character of Sami has grown, I sure can and hope the new writers don’t mess with her. They are, for me, the perfect couple, like Bo and Hope and Adrienne and Justin. I absolutely love them together.
to coincide with the Quinn storyline. He’s a new character, so they had to give him a little history, thus the creation of the flashbacks tying him into the storyline. It wasn’t a bad idea, because it gave me an understanding of why Quinn showed up in the first place. I also like that it explained to the audience that E.J. didn’t know that Troy ran down Ariana, but Stefano did. E.J.’s going to pay the price (a beat-down from Brady) for something that Stefano withheld from him …. the deliberate hit and run death of Ariana.
anymore than Natalia Livingston can play "dark, down and dirty." They need to change Taylor, and quickly. This little miss innocent character that they’re trying to make TB out to be just doesn’t fly. Actually, I loved her as Ava Vitale.
1) minimal use of flashbacks (too much of a bad thing is still a bad thing);
2) make a criminal pay for his/her crime once in a while;
3) return to character-based story-lines and minimize plot-based one;
4) enough of sickening sweet Taylor; give her the backbone to stand up to Nicole or cut her loose;
5) give E.J. DiMera a life outside that damn mansion, and never involve him and Sami again, except to co-parent their children without using their kids to hurt one another.
I could go on all day, but I’ll stop here, hoping we’re giving enough hints to somebody in charge who read these boards.
