Participantand didn’t Chubby look wonderful? The guy just doesn’t age. Len is a terrific dancer himself, and I always like it when he goes into the rehearsals and shows the younger ones what true ballroom is all about. Great results show.

Participantand I do watch (I should say tape) Y&R, GH and OLTL, but OLTL ends it’s on-air run in January, where it may or may not be picked up by Prospect Park to be shown on-line, and now it’s rumored that GH will be following suit, so looks like ABC will be getting out of soaps altogether (oh, yeah, because The Chew is doing so well — gag) Brian Frons will definitely be going down with the ship(s) for this flub, which I doubt will last 41 shows, much less 41 years. Y&R, DOOL and B&B will be the only ones left after January 2012. But definitely I would like to see more DOOL stars on Dirty Soaps.

Participantbecause Cher tweeted that if he made it through another week, that she would be in the audience next week. Although, at the same time, I’m certain that not only does Chaz receive the transgender and gay vote, but can you imagine the influence his mother has with his votes? Of course, she would never admit it, but I can’t help but see it that way.
I, too, felt so sorry for Maks and Mark. Len had no problems showing his disgust for the final two, but as long as they are going to leave the final decisions up to America, the winners of reality shows will be controlled by the fan bases rather than the talent, although in most cases a true talent will win in the end. It’s who goes home in between while trying to save an untalented favorite for as long as possible. Tsk..tsk.. I felt sorry for that girl, and I didn’t even know who she was, but she certainly was better than at least 3 stars I can think of who were saved last night.

Participantthe neck for speaking to Hope in that manner; but then, of course, he would have filed a complaint against Bo and Bo and Hope just have too much to worry about right now. They can and probably will deal with this jerk later on. So, are we supposed to think that since the DiMeras have their own Salem PD cops on the payroll, that this guy was one of them; and, on either Stefano’s or E.J.’s orders, arranged the beating and that the DiMeras are very likely behind John’s problems after all?

Participantare these going to be the same soap stars for the entire season or will they change, because I would not be able to stand watching them IRL for too long. They are just too irritating……well, except for Galen, who I find absolutely adorable, along with his wife and kids. His wife was much better this week, and good for Galen to recognize that she is a wonderful wife and mother and that she does a fantastic job taking care of all of them and that gorgeous home (I’m jealous of their home). When Galen’s kid locked him out of the room, I just had to laugh out loud, because I remember my grandson doing that very same thing, and my son had to climb in the window to get in. Luckily, it was unlocked at the time. Anyway, they were my favorites this week.
Nadia’s mother needs to go back to wherever she came from, and regardless of how much she loves her mom, she should be able to tell her when she needs her advice about her love-life, she’ll ask for it; otherwise, if she cannot respect Brandon when she is in his presence, then the truth is that the relationship between her and her mother will soon part. I don’t know how they just sit there and take this bullshit from this bitter old bitch (BOB). They can’t even ignore her …. she just won’t let them. Poor Brandon…..he must have nerves of steel; I don’t like it that Nadia doesn’t just yell at her to SHUT THE **** UP!
John Paul and Farah …. OMG …. who is the lesser of two idiots here? Do they even love each other? I don’t think so. Who tells the world, joking or not joking, that he breast-fed until he was seven, and has a mother (named BAMBI, no less) who thinks that’s funny? And Farah, you can’t possibly be thinking of marrying this man, unless, of course, you take his gonads off his mother and put them back on him. Geeez, what a mess these two are.
I’m probably the only one who feels just the opposite about Kelly and Kirsten as everyone else. Kirsten has problems that go above and beyone her relationship with her mother, and she has the court docs to prove it. Kelly, on the other hand, has been in a relationship with one man for 18 years, so I have to say that I can totally see where it’s more like a marriage than a relationship. I don’t know what this guy did that caused them to break up, or even if it was his fault or hers, but I can certainly identify with her feelings over it, and Kirsten shouldn’t be trying to make her "move-on" so quickly. Maybe if Kirsten would learn to listen to her own heart and stop trying to mend Kelly’s, she might not be able to hear the sound of her own breaking so much.
Anyway, I hope if the show lasts, they change stars every now and then; otherwise, I feel we’ll be listening to the same b/s week after week, and that’s not what I would be interested in.

Participantand her hair is beautiful, as well as her make-up. To me she is one of the most natural beauties on DOOL.

Participantbe guilty of the actual theft and stories to go with them; HOWEVER, the one thing I cannot fathom is WHY were the bank statements sent to Alice Horton all these years with no one aware of them until the boxes in the attic were brought down and gone through. Who besides Alice even knew this account existed? That’s where the mystery comes in for me.

Participanton General Hospital. She left and was replaced by one you know and can’t stand, none other than Tamara Braun (Taylor), and TB was replaced by the current Carly, Laura Wright, who is fabulous in her own right, and perfect for the role of Carly. Then GH realized what they lost when they replaced SB, so they brought her back as a mob princess to one of the organized crime families they have on that show, the Zacharas. She was killed off, but Bruce Weitz was her father (Hill Street Blues), and Brandon Barash is her brother on the show to this day. SB is a fabulous actress and I am so very glad Days grabbed her up for this role. I think we will see by today’s show just what a pleasure she will be to have around, and watching her and Kate do battle is going to be something I’ve been waiting for, as she is going to be Kate’s biggest adversary, so stand back and watch the fur fly.. I also love the chemistry she has with Eric Martsolf.

Participantthan he is admitting, even to Marlena, but do I believe he’s another Bernie Madoff ….. Hell, No! I’m also curious that the bank statements were going to Alice, which would indicate that she was aware of the situation, and I cannot believe that Alice Horton would have anything to do with bilking people out of their hard earned money. No, I think by the time this gets even close to resolving itself, we will be well into, November sweeps, and solved by Christmas; and John will be acquitted of any crime (I hope); but, between now and then, I think a lot of other people will be involved, who probably have not even come into the story line yet ….. like Roman, maybe. I don’t know why, but he seemed awfully stand-offish to me yesterday with Marlena and with John. Could he be involved somehow? I just found it shocking that these statements had been coming to Alice for years and no one knew it????

Participantbut then I loved her on GH. She was the original Carly Corinthos, and after a long absence from the same show, they brought her back as a Zachara mob princess. She was killed off, but her father and brother are still with GH today. Her father is played by Bruce Weitz (Hill Street Blues) and he is terrific, so seeing her now on DAYS is a pure delight for me, and she is one terrific actress, as you will soon come to see. I couldn’t be happier with her new role on our show.

ParticipantThings just keep getting better and better, IMO. I love Sarah Brown as Madison and can’t wait for the games to begin between her and Kate. I’m completely enthralled in the John Black story and I don’t think he did it either, but it keeps me in suspense, and I like that about a storyline. I like that about all of the couples, too. Except for the triangle we are sure to face between Jen, Jack and Daniel, I think there are going to be more couples showing that regardless of what they’re up against, their strong love for one another will prevail. Ken Corday has kept his promise so far when it comes to family bonds, and I am so happy to see that. E.J. and Nicole in this mayor’s race will be fun to watch, because who is better at knowing one another than these two? I cannot think of anyone I would rather see together, because I believe that neither of them will allow one to trick or play the other. They’re like mirror images and can see right through each other. I’m absolutely enthralled with DOOL now and I’m gaining more and more confidence that the writers will continue to keep it that way. Kudos, KC for finally finding the right people to pen our show.

Participantless and less of Stefano. E.J. is now determined to run his own life, and I believe from hereon out, he will. Kate is going to be involved with her company, and I feel her story lines are heading more toward the corporate world, and, as much as some would object, I think Stefano will eventually be phased out, and the new DiMera power will be E.J. Story lines involving Stefano seem to be getting down to slim to none, and he seems to have completely handed over the reins to E.J., as evidenced by him giving him the King chess piece, so my guess is that Stefano DiMera will eventually be phased out. If that will be the case, then it’s a mistake as far as I’m concerned, because E.J. (or James Scott, himself), is nowhere the looming villainous presence as Stefano (or Joe Mascolo) is. JMO.

Participantbut I’m awfully suspicious of both Brady and Austin where John is concerned. Brady because of the way he has been acting toward John since he came back, and Austin because he concealed from Carrie the fact that he was working on the case with the FBI. Something just seems fishy to me where these two are concerned.
Patti
Participantis going to jeopardize Rafe’s job with the Salem P.D., since he was notified by his friend at the FBI and actually made the arrest instead of his friend. It certainly will cause tension between Rafe and Sami, and I’m not looking forward to that direction, if in fact it goes that way. But, on the other hand, don’t most local cop shops have bulletins on their walls about the FBI’s most wanted criminals, and if this is crime is going to be such a big deal of a story, why wouldn’t Roman and Bo have known about it already? In any event, I find this storyline interesting already.
Patti
Participantregardless of who, what or how he uses his deceipt to get elected, if he gets elected. The one thing I will enjoy is that I think through it all he will be showing both sides of his face. I just hope he doesn’t use Nicole, or if he tries, she will be smart enough to see it and do something about it. One thing I think he made clear is that he does not want any interference from Stefano. Of course, it’s not unlike Stefano to use whatever it takes to get him elected, but E.J. has made it very clear that he wants to do things his way from now on, so I’m looking for some issues between fatha’ and son, especially if Kate sticks her big nose into it by trying to influence Stefano’s actions.
