that the spoiler about Stefano doesn’t have to do with the envelope, but more with him following John and Hope to Alimania (God, I can’t even type that without laughing), because from what I’ve read, Stefano isn’t even at the mansion when Rafe bursts in and attacks E.J. (give one for me Rafe), spilling the dead baby sex scandal in front of both Nicole and Sami. I’m only hoping this doesn’t push Rafe right back to Carrie, but I have a bad feeling here that it will. I think that’s when Sami and Marlena have it out because Sami blames Marlena for telling Rafe (when actually Rafe overhears Will telling Sonny), and then doc gives her a huge ‘wake-up’ pill to swallow, and she does realize Rafe leaving her (which he does) is her own fault, caused by her own lies and deceit, and she (Sami) breaks down in Marlena’s arms. Will Sami change her ways ….. probably not; but she will realize that Marlena is right and that’s when she decides the only person she has left to turn to is Lucas.
still loving the young man from very first audition. But, for a while there I thought they were going to have to call in the CDC. That first girl who got sick seemed to have spread some kind of air-born virus and these kids were dropping like flies.
I love all of the tension and problems and interruption of lives Ian will be bringing to our show. Kate, in particular, deserves some stress in her life. Who knows, we may even see the rise of "The Phoenix" in its truly splendiferous form where he will perhaps once again become one of Salem’s ferocious villains. God knows, I’m a little sick and tired of watching JM play the sweet, kissy-face teddy bear nonno we’ve been watching for so long now.
but if Stefano didn’t know what happened, then why was Susan so afraid to open up to Hope when she called her on the phone about the baby picture. Remember that same picture is in Stefano’s livingroom. Hmmmm…… curiouser and curiouser.
she keeps throwing out words and phrases condemning Abe for his "(dis)honesty; "integrity" and "you looked directly into my eyes and lied to me." Boy, pretty selective memory when all I could picture was her many times in bed with Tek and others before him and making up one lie after another whenever he questioned her whereabouts. Talk about hypocrisy, and what Abe has put up with over the years of her lies and indiscretions, she should be the LAST one to condemn him. Now, though, she has suddenly grown a conscience. Pitiful!
bout time we got something worth being called "sweeps." From what I’ve read, next week is going to be explosive. Can’t wait! Maggie did look gorgeous today, but Victor came very close to a colossal boo-boo. Can’t believe he knew what a smart businessman Ian was but knew nothing about his association with Madison. And if Kate and Ian’s relationship goes back that far back in time, would Victor not have known about that, too? After-all, he was once married to Kate, too. Explain these things writers; otherwise, you look like fools when you try to throw something into a character’s history that you think you can get past us.
the writing staff has practically destroyed the character of Samantha Gene Brady. She was always insecure and blamed others for her own mistakes, but she has turned much worse than than, now, with going after Rafe and Carrie when she knows in her heart that their kiss was nowhere near the betrayal her and E.J. pulled off. I do believe Marlena will make her realize that, but these writers, in particular, have my complete blame for this character’s assassination. Ali is doing a great job, but it’s very hard, even for me who loves Sami, to listen to her lately.
I’m sure this will come back, since I think it was Nicole who put Will up to a ballot stuffing scandal. Lexi is the one on my nerves right now. The last two words in her vocabulary should be "integrity" and "honesty" after things she’s done to Abe. That being said, it’s preposterous to imagine E.J. being mayor with his past crimes. If anyone goes down in this it should be Nicole and Jennifer. Both took matters into their own hands in rigging this election.
and this is exactly the way Vivian described him …. a very wealthy and powerful man who kept her away from Quinn. Personally, I’m very interested in this character, Ian, especially when I think he’s going to bring a lot of turmoil into the lives of more than just the DiMeras and Kiriakises. I’m looking forward to him going toe-to-toe with Stefano over his amorous advances to Kate, who, by the way, did not seem all that disinterested to me. Looked to me like an old flame may have been re-lit in her, although I don’t see why. I don’t find him very attractive at this point in his life, but he certainly does look like another extremely powerful villain.
before I posted, because that was an excellent analogy of Sami and her full-time crisis of not being able to love or be loved, or even stay in love. I totally agree!
you can "push" (lead) a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink —- just my analogy of that situation. It’s always the same ole’ excuse when the truth of the matter is the one being pushed doesn’t have to act on impulse either; jmho …. also, Marlena’s kidnapping (off screen) during 80% of Sami’s childhood was not Sami’s fault either. That’s why she’s so guilty about why Sami is the way she is now, and that’s understandable to me.

Before they went off the air, All My Children and One Life to Live stopped them as well, and General Hospital no longer shows them at the end of their show. It must have been a major network decision, because they are also not included at the end of a message board that contains a "day ahead" category.
