Not only did they say, "no visitors", which Justin, Victor, and Bo ignored, but it seemed like they were holding a full meeting in there. It seemed so strange that they would have this very long discussion with Maggie kind of just lying there in the background.
Now here’s the question, when she comes out of the coma, will she say, "would you 3 please shut up so I could rest?!?!"
I think Renee is an amazing actress and is very under-utilized. She does deserve a strong story line and I would love it to include standing up to Stefano and holding him accountable for his actions. Surely, as the daughter of the resident bad-guy and the wife of the mayor, she should experience a turmoil and tug-of-war that could be written in to the existing story lines. Why isn’t she advising Chad (like EJ tried to)?
By the way, Renee is absolutely beautiful, doesn’t seem to need a stitch of make-up and I agree with powerpaw2, it looks like she hasn’t aged at all!!
I think Quinn initially helped her without knowing who it was. He heard her story (about her son, etc) and I think it helped him to see his own story from a different light, from the mother’s point of view. I think it gave him a different appreciation for why Vivian left Quinn’s father, whoever that may be (anyone guessing here??). Plus, I think that he knew that Vivian was more of a mother to Lawrence (and Nicholas) than to Quinn, and now here’s Lawrence’s wife/Nicholas’s mother in need of desperate help. Nicholas has rejected his mother, so what better way to get back at Nicholas for stealing Quinn’s mom, than for Quinn to help Nicholas’s mom? I think he also has come to realize that he’s only ever heard Vivian’s side of the story of how wonderful Lawrence was and how evil Carly was but now he’s heard how abusive Lawrence was so maybe he’s realizing that there really are two versions of the same story.
Or, I’m just over-analyzing!
Just read today that she’s producing a new reality show. She has a group of friends (including Lisa Rinna, Ali Larter) who get together, ladies only, for dinner once/month, with the women rotating the hosting responsibilities. Now they’re going to film them. I personally am not sure why they’d want cameras there – I think it would change the dynamics of the friendships, but what do I know!
I think Ari Zuker is absolutely beautiful – with or without make-up. I also think she’s a great actress and plays Nicole really well against EJ. I would love to see the two of them together down the road.
I thought James’ acting was the best he’s done as EJ, but…there were a couple of moments where it sounded like he was laughing and not groaning/writhing in pain.
The one place I disagree – the actor who plays Dario still hasn’t grown on me. While I do not want to see Brady with Melanie, I will not miss the actor/character of Dario.
One last thing….I know it’s a soap, but, why does every character HAVE to be paired up? Can’t any character fly solo for a while?

Did Dario and Brady disappear? Friday’s show had Melanie kissing Dario at the Cheating Heart as Brady walked in, and Monday’s show (which I’m watching right now) has Daniel playing pool at the Cheating Heart and Melanie holding up the bar as he walked in. So where did Brady and Dario go??

especially having Shawn and Belle and others helping to build the home. And I agree with Mary and the others – Corday makes the same (or similar) promises every year and then doesn’t quite deliver.
