Participantis 9 weeks old, also part Chihuahua, and she does that too. She also shakes which I think is an inherent trait in Chichuahuas. She starts running (or I should say hopping) through the grass and will just fall over and go rolling. I hope everything comes out fine for Rascal. Just looking at his picture I want to pick him up and hug him. He is so sweet I’m going to need a shot of insulin!

ParticipantIt was in her room at the pub. Brady put all her stuff in that box and said he’d sort it all out when they got back. Justin told Brady the key to her safe deposit box was in the wooden box her gave her. He hasn’t been to the bank yet.

Participantthat he has the guts to speak out against the perceived, or otherwise, criticism they get from the judges. I agree with him that Carrie Ann can go a little overboard sometimes, especially with her cursed "lifts"… she is so obsessed with them. But I just hope that his remarks don’t go against him.
The whole season I was certain that Jennifer would win but now I’m not so sure. I’m more leaning toward Brandy and Maks now, and I’d really like to see them win.
And as much as I have been rooting for Bristol, it IS time for her to go, however, I don’t think in the dancing ability she is any worse than Kurt. Kurt shows more personality in his dancing but I don’t think his ability is all that great. If Bristol could just loosen up a little and feel more relaxed and comfortable, I think her scores would be higher.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens tonight. I’m afraid it’ll be Bristol but it’s at the point now where it has to be one of them and it could very well be Bristol, Kurt or Kyle, neither of which would be a surprise.

ParticipantWhat in the heck were they thinking when they styled his hair like that? He looked like a thug.
As for Philip, he could have long hair but still clean it up a little. The sideburns are so 60s, they need to be shortened and thinned a little.

Participantas her husband has been VERY busy. Heck, just the Schrek pictures alone should have them sitting pretty plus all the other stuff he’s doing.

ParticipantI have to say that Avatar is a movie best seen on the big screen. That was one of my top 10 movies, but then, I’m a real sucker for science fiction/fantasy movies. I thought the imagination that went into it was incredible and James Cameron is a very talented man. Case in point…when they were walking at night and the ground lit up under each step. Have lost your childhood imagination? I am anxious for the sequel to come out.
As far as everything being a knock-off of something previous, they say there are only twelve original plots to fiction and everything new is just a different spin on one of those. Could be.
Kelly Ripa is coming out with a new show about people who have inventions they want to get off the ground. Yes, that’s the same premise as Shark Tank (which I really enjoyed) but without the snarky investors. I think that will be interesting.

ParticipantWhen I got there she had just gotten home and was very lethargic. I thought, oh, no, what did Lynn get into with this pup. I brought Pepper with me (Frostie is too rambuntious for a new puppy) and when we took them outside, OMG! That teeny little thing turned into a whirling Dervish. They ran all over the yard until I though they’d collapse. She (Princess) is 9-weeks old and had to jump over the grass like a bunny rabbit. Oh why can’t they stay little and so cute like that?

ParticipantI’d definitely need to enter some kind of 12-step withdrawal program myself.
Everybody join hands now and do the happy dance with Goodie. Arthritis be damned! Whoooooopie!

Participantand is fully recovered. IMHO, she looks much better. I always liked her best as Billie also.
Speaking of Billie, today is the other Billie, Julie Pinchot’s birthday. HB to you, Julie.

Participantwhen she’s eating but it reminds me of the vacuum cleaner the way she scarfs it down. It’s like she’s been starved and this is her first food. I can’t figure out why some dogs eat so fast and others (like Pepper) just leasurely take their time and dine on their kibble like it’s an expensive meal.
As far as vet bills go, I guess I’ve been very luck with mine because it’s only been regular check-ups but Frostie is still young, only four, but Pepper is getting up there at eleven. She’s had problems with pancreatitis years ago but since I stopped feeding her people food, that has passed. All I have to do is give her a couple of left-overs and she pukes it all up. Such a delicate little tummy in that dog. Teeth cleaning is the most expensive thing, usually $500/dog by the time they do all the blood work, anesthesia, pain meds, antibiotics, and all the other stuff. Boy, I wish someone could figure a way to clean their teeth without having to go through all that.
But in the past, I’ve had some doozie expenses with other dogs. Shoulder surgery, knee surgery, one was hit by a car, so I’ll just keep my fingers crossed with these too. (I still want that dog in the magazine but she’s probably gone by now anyway.)

ParticipantDid you notice in the formal cast picture that Chloe is standing by Philip and not Daniel? I wonder if this means when the truth comes out she will turn to him.

ParticipantThey were on Interceptor (because that’s what my vet sells and of course they want you to buy from them) but I have to give my dogs flea prevention also. When I first moved here they didn’t have any fleas. It was a new development and no dogs. But then, as the neighbors started getting dogs, mine started getting fleas. After what I (and the poor pups) went through in CA before that stuff (like Advantage) was available, they suffered so badly and my house was full of fleas. Now, thank God, we are all flee-free, house, yard and dogs.
So, anyway, when you add the two meds together for two dogs…well…

ParticipantHave you ever watched Dogs 101? They said Chihuahuas its the nature of the breed to be the "big dog" and rule over the other dogs. They don’t seem to realize how small they are.
Yesterday I got this magazine in the mail that had some pets for adoption. There was a little 7lb. Poodle that I am soooo tempted to adopt. If it hadn’t been that I just ordered the pups’ flea and heartworm meds, I probably would have. Between the meds, food, vet bills, grooming, etc. dogs are not cheap. I keep a spreadsheet of all my expenses during the year and, so far, I’ve spent $500 on two little dogs. And that didn’t include anything out of the ordinary. And I groom Frostie myself so that saves me a couple hundred a year.

Participantfrom the funeral just before the memorial. That’s when Sami asked about his mother (who was conspicously absent from the memorial) and how she was doing. I guess this was just something Sami wanted to do for Rafe. I will admit a pub doesn’t seem to be such an appropriate place though. There IS a Catholic church in Salem.

ParticipantI remember Robert better than Dave. But I wonder how soon before Henderson overtakes him in longevity. I don’t know how long he’s been on but it’s been quite a while.
