Participantbut Will had to throw it back in his face, not that he wasn’t justified, but he could have just said, "you’re welcome."
He also thanked Nicole for finding the problem in Johnny’s eye and at the end he put his arm around Sami to comfort her. I would say these things showed a little bit of softening.
Yes, I agree, this was a gut wrenching episode and I shed a good amount of tears, the same place you did mommytutu.

ParticipantEJ and Nicole was pretty funny yesterday, even though I knew what was coming. But, IRL, you’d think by the looks on their faces that she would know something was wrong.
I know Sami (Ali) often goes over the top portraying her grief, she brought tears to my eyes yesterday after she was told about Johnny. Can you imagine getting news of your child like that? It would be devistating to a parent. I loved how Nicole took over and handled the situation in a sane and calm manner.

Participantdidn’t leave any doubts about how he feels about Chad. But I can’t figure out what he even has to base those feeling on. I don’t remembering the two ever even speaking to each other so what does he know about Chad?

ParticipantIt is essentially a small or mini stroke. They can manifest in many different ways. Most of mine have been a hand or foot going numb but the scary ones are when my vision in one eye gets all weird and I can’t say the word I want. It’s almost like a bright light shining in your eye from one side. Also, the one that happened last night is that I can’t make out words or numbers. I was trying to call a friend and couldn’t figure out the numbers to use even though I was looking right at them. I knew that I knew the number but just couldn’t use it.
Another time I was at a seminar and I was trying to read some instructions. I knew what the words were but just couldn’t say them. But my neurologist says there’s nothing he can do about it. Normally you’d take blood thinners but I can’t do that because of my history of perforated ulcers.

ParticipantI’m so used to disagreeing with you that I jumped to conclusions.
Sorry ’bout that.

Participantit was Philip she had the one-nighter with. I mean, everybody knows they’ve been together off and on for years and have still remained friends.

Participantand I never went to the hospital once for any one of them. In fact I just had one last night that lasted two hours…the longest of any of them. They usually resolved themselves in about 15 – 20 minutes.
From what we saw of her inability to speak well, she wouldn’t have recovered that quickly.

Participantgetting to the computer to comment on Caroline’s "miraculous" recovery. That is such a slap in the face to people who have had strokes. I’ve had several close relatives have one and you don’t just pop out of bed all cured in one day.
As Patti said, shame on those writers for such sloppy writing. They don’t even need a medical advisor for such things. Practically everyone knows someone who has gone through things like these (cancer, stroke, losing a leg…face transplant, not so much) and all they’d have to do is ask around the cast and crew to get some realistic facts.

ParticipantDaniel never "slept" with Chelsea.
And as far as him providing an appartment and income for them, he is obligated by law to do that. Parker is legally his son and Chloe is legally his wife until a separate maintenance agreement is formulated and signed.
Another slight difference (and I don’t consider this a good excuse at all, but…) he hasn’t been with Parker as long as EJ was with Sydney.

ParticipantI think they might be heading toward poor little Johnny’s demise. That was the first thing I thought of when Nicole discovered "the dot."
They didn’t hesitate to kill off Zack so they probably have no problems knocking off Johnny either. It’s the only way they’ll ever solve this horrible tug-of-war between Sami and EJ. They got some excellent acting when Zack died and I think they could do the same if Johnny goes.
On the other hand, I disagree with Patti that Johnny couldn’t pull off being totally blind. I think that’s one thing a little kid would enjoy doing, staggering around, bumping into things. I think he’d really get into that. The only thing is, I don’t think it could last very long.
But an eye transplant? No way. They can only repair a partially detached retina (and then it’s very iffy), there’s no way they could do an entire eye. And if they try to sell us that one, I’ll be very pissed off.

ParticipantI could have gone a long time not hearing. Why do they insist on having these annoying characters? Is it just to irritate us? Well, it’s working.

ParticipantI didn’t read it that way, I read it as they avoided each other. But it’s probably like you say where they just don’t see each other that much. Sorry, Mark.

Participantthey may have picked the last three dresses taking price into consideration before style. You’ve got to admit, all of the three, Mel’s, Chloe’s, and Stephanie’s, were pretty plain, not that a plain dress can’t be beautiful. I’m just saying, they probably don’t have the funds to splurge on dresses like, say, Hope’s, Jen’s, Kayla’s, and some of the other more elegant dresses we’ve seen in the past.
I don’t know how many of you have ever watched Say Yes to the Dress but I’ve seen young women pick some pretty atrocious dresses on that show and wonder where they got their taste. I guess that’s why there are so many different designs and styles…to try and please everybody with something or other.
