just recently she (JoLo) was voted the most beautiful girl.  I don’t know if it was in the world or they just left it like that.  I have to agree, she is certainly a stunner and she always wears her hair, clothing, and make-up so exceedingly well.  I have liked her since I saw her in Selena–way before her popularity.  And I hated when she was dating P-Diddy, he is such a thug (well, st least he was, he’s cleaned up his act since that shooting ordeal, either that or he’s just grown up some).

I’m on my way to get my hair cut and colored.  I wonder if they can make me look like her!!!  Can you turn 2" hair into 24" strands and a 71-year old into a 30-something?  Probably not.  :o) <sigh>

I was happy to see her get the part on AI but, unfortunately, I don’t care for the show enough to watch it for just her, plus, I just can’t stand Randy.  (No offense to the AI afficianados.)

That’s three so far.  Keep that girl away from guns before she kills someone!  :o)

I thought she was a terrible actor unless it was just specifically her portrayal of the warden, which, to me, was waaaay off base.

I feel exactly the same about Dario and Taylor.  I’ve not noticed Dario’s nose but his crossed eyes are so distracting to me as to take away from his character.  I guess is acting is okay, kind of stilted but I can put up with it.

And I don’t understand those who think this new Taylor is attractive.  I don’t find her even mildly good looking.  She has horrible stringy hair and her teeth are on the verge of being bucked.  She also has sunken eyes that give her a sinister look.  I just can’t feel any emotion for her feelings about EJ.

And, please, people, don’t chastize me for being mean to the actors.  I am only stating my opinion…and YMMV

two very strong personalities and they were bound to clash sooner or later.  Each one feels they are right and are not willing to bend, to spite their noses.  But I love, love, love, the way Maggie stands her ground with him.  I think in the long run, Victor is the one to blame because he was the first to offer Mags the ultimatum that it was him or Chloe.  Then the next day, he has the nerve to tell Mags he doesn’t like ultimatums.  Pot, black much?

Patti, it’s a shame you don’t think Chloe is worthy of someone standing up for her and trying to help her out.  I don’t think anybody is so bad that they’re not worthy of a helping hand.  I don’t know what she’s going to do next but no matter what it is, I don’t think it would be a reason for Maggie to abandon her.  She sponsored both Lucas and Brady and that’s exactly what a sponsor does, you hate the sin, not the sinner.

But you have an excellent point about Abby and Jen walking away from her.  I don’t understand why more people on this show don’t do that when someone is confronting and insulting them, i.e. Chloe with Kate, just the other day.  No, instead they just stand there and offer feeble excuses to rebut the accusations.  I’d say something to the effect that I’m not going to waste my time on a lunatic and walk away.  That said though, I thought it was totally unfounded for Chloe to go off on Jen that way.

I think they have decided to turn Chloe into a little tramp.  First of all, she didn’t drive Brady to drink, it was drugs he was on.  And I think he little indiscretion with Philip should have been forgiven once Daniel knew the circumstances.  This whole thing with Chloe is a farce.  I just wish they’d keep her out of the bars though.

Speaking of that, has anyone noticed how many young women we see drinking alone at The Cheatin’ Heart?  You frequently see men drinking alone but unless they’re hard-core alcoholics, you don’t usually see women.  Although, if a man is in a bar drinking alone, I’d say he ought to question why and maybe he has a problem.

yes, I do remember when that happened.  I though at the time, what a devout person she must be to give all that up to enter the convent.

this storyline was well thought out.  I just hope in continues in the same vein and not drug out to the point we don’t care anymore…like so many of things in the past have been done.

the only thing I can think of as punishment is if Sami could get total custody of the kids.  That would cut both EJ and Stefano off at the knees.  I think that would hurt them more than anything else they could do.  I mean, just think how miserable Hope was without being able to be with Ciera.

when he had his stroke.  He couldn’t speak a word but he could sing songs.  The doc said that’s because that used a different part of the brain other than what was affected by the stroke.  We tried to get him to sing responses to our questions but he couldn’t do that.  I guess he was only able to recall the songs, not put his thoughts in song.

and his reasoning.  I don’t think he did it to get votes from the other tribe, I think he honestly did it out of the goodness of his heart.  That was really a tremendous gesture for him to make.  Even Matt said he couldn’t have done it.

Patti, after hearing what Phillip said last night, do you believe me now when I said this crazyness was all put on and part of his plan?  Unless he gets voted off before the final three, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see him win it.  The guy’s a pretty smart cookie.  I’m just anxious to see exactly what he has to say that will redeem him from his previous actions/words.

only the quality.  Like the bedding and the other things in the room.  Maybe it was a room just reserved for guests to the convent but I certainly couldn’t have been a nun’s room.  I know they don’t live in abject poverty but that was just a little too plush IMO.

that the 80s were 30 years ago and that off-the-shoulder style is long gone.

I’ve noticed a enormous amount of purple lately too.  It seems like everybody is wearing it.

I just posted almost the exact same thing in the main board.

I noticed Sami’s hair too.  I think that’s the shortest I’ve ever seen it.  That was something about Ali that really impressed me when she first came on the show, what beautiful and long hair she had.
