to know this whole thing is stupid. There are just so many things wrong I can’t begin to name them. But, where would the drama be without all this crap.
I happened to catch a little of GH the other day and thought to myself, OMG, is Days this hokey too! I mean the acting was absolutely laughable. It made me wonder if I am watching something equally as atrocious and ridiculous.

I think many people do not understand exactly what a notary does. They don’t have to verify anything other than that the person proves who he says he is.
When I was a notary I had to also have them sign my book but guess that isn’t done anymore either. At least not here in FL.

I’d bet that more of them don’t than do. That’s something fairly new. They don’t in Florida either. The law specifies that "intact families" have the right to bar grandparents. However, I think it’s more decided on a case-to-case basis.

It must be something I missed. The only thing I can think of is the blackmail but he could easily argue himself out of that. If you noticed, he hasn’t said anything incriminating in front of anybody but Will. All he’s said is how much better it would be for the baby if Will signed.
And there’s definitely something up with Sami because before EJ left the room he asked her if she was sure she wanted to go through with it and she said yes. So, sounds to me like they have something pre-planned.
You are under no obligation ever to use your seal because ultimately you are responsible that you guaranteed that signature. I’m just saying that it’s not up to the notary to decide anything other that the person is who he says he is because you are not guaranteeing it was not under duress or illegal or anything else.
I was a notary in California and the only responsibility I had was to make sure the person could identify themselves with a driver’s license or passport and that they sign whatever it is in front of me. Even if someone was holding a gun to their head, it was not up to me to refuse nor was it my responsibility to know what they were signing or why.
I think this is a no-win situation. It would be heartbreaking to lose a child, yet Will is certainly not in any position to be a father. I can’t imagine him trying to raise one when he is so messed up.
On the other hand, what Nick is doing is dispicable, especially they way he is going about it. It’ll be interesting to see where this is going.
last night’s show. It was awful. They brought back some of most disgusting players they’ve ever had. And Piers comes second on my intensely disliked list, right after Omorosa. If they are going to continue this fighting with each other, I’m just not going to watch. I can’t stand either one of them and I certainly don’t want to listen to their loud bickering.
I can’t blame Brande for not knowing how much they brought in. Nobody ever keeps tract of that otherwise why would they have to announce it at the board meeting. Her only fault was bringing the wrong people in. But I think she was trying to keep from hurting feelings by saying she picked the lowest money getters.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens to Baldwin after him saying he was holding back. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
All in all, I hated, just hated last night.
he only stabbed him. I’m not sure Days would go that far. Although they’ve done female rape several times. Sami, alone, has been raped twice. The guy accused him of being a snitch so he may have stabbed him becauce of someone else being raped that Nick ratted on but I don’t think Nick was. Although that would certainly justify his dark personality since he got out.
