characters up until about a year ago – she is never going to change, "hairbrain" she is and "hairbrain" she will always be.  I have no sympathy for this character anymore…and boy is she a character!

a very long time.  We don’t see those folks exactly burning up the silver screen when they leave.  And not too many of the others either.  I know everyone should try different things in life – but given the record of just how many become "big stars" as opposed to "working actors", seems that a bird in the hand…

to care for her, by the time we see her again she could be a teenager.

and looked the same didn’t she?  If Jay left Days before to do that and came back, (either because he couldn’t find parts or whatever), why would it be any different now?  More money?  Fame?  Lots and lots of starving actors out there…everyone in southern California is "actually an actor or actress", not what they are currently doing, making their money as waiters, he should have gotten a sure thing part, before leaving a paycheck and acting gig in these days and times.

More power to him, but he could have asked the PTB on the show to put him in a coma (I’m sure Mel would have complied by hitting him on the head) and they could have stuck him in a hospital bed with a non-speaking part for months and months, until he found out if he had a sure thing or not…if he got it, then the show could have killed him off or had him move to another facility to give better care, and then if he didn’t get it, he could have made a recovery.  By that time Mel could have had his child, and divorced him.

was this a spoiler for future?  Even if, I’d love to see more of both of them in the story lines – sigh, someone else that could have had great stories being brought back to Salem and then they are treated like furniture or wallpaper in their storylines.

15 or so years now – and just up until the last year, I was a big fan, but I’ve grown so tired of her that I can’t even watch her anymore, when she comes on, you know she’s going to be bubbly happy, then the next second teary eyed and then next…a screaming meme (or however it’s spelled)…next scene more of the same, after 15 years Sami’s character is so predictable you couldn’t make book in Vegas on her, the bookies don’t bet on a sure thing.

"Or do you think, knowing her character Chloe was never fit for motherhood?"  Even when Daniel was still with Chloe before the Christening disaster – she left Parker several times.  I don’t think Chloe is having a break down, she can still remember to get dolled up and have hair and make-up perrrrrrrrrrrrrfect…but she can’t remember a bottle for her son?

And when Maggie asked her today "what about your mother?" Chloe said, I don’t want her to know or any other people…" (or something to that effect).   Heck fire woman!  All of Salem knows and it’s mostly you whining and screaming and carrying on at the top of your voice.  GMAB!!!  Chloe is worse than Sami as a mother.  But they (the writers) are going to draggggggggg this story line down the postpartum lane, I, for one, do not and will not buy it for a second.

great lines this past year – I want to see more and more of him in story lines!  I don’t mind at all if they make Brady the bad guy for a little while to carry on the Kiriakis (sp?) and DeMira fueds and have him wrestle with Vivian to take back Titan.  I’m all for a romantic Victor going after Maggie and wining and dining her.

traveling – you can be in Europe the second you step on a plane.  I would have liked (as mentioned before) that Ivan rescue Viv.  I’m just happy that Victor is finally free of her.  Take Viv in a different direction instead of all this weird plotting and planning she does.  Maybe, Chloe will wreak havoc on her as well, as she blames Vivian for setting in motion all of Chloe’s current hell, (at least this time anyway).

as a teenager.  I’m really surprised that they make Johnny so loveable and rarely even have his twin sister Allie in a scene.  I would think as cute as Sydney was as a baby, they would have bent over backwards to find a really adorable (in acting) toddler.
