I thought that Kristen had added about 3 or 4 lbs because she didn’t look as gaunt (to me anyway) the past month…for awhile there I thought she was trying for an acting gig as an anorexic character…I know actresses are usually trim – but she wasn’t trim she was bone! Sami to me, looks healthy and fit and has a good figure as does Nicole, and Chloe. Even an older woman like Kate, looks fit. Hope, looks ill, not just with the model cheekbones. She is a beautiful woman but I hope she doesn’t loose anymore weight…look at her neck next time, you can see each throat bone – not pretty.
I looked as good as Kate does…which I don’t, (and I’m her age), but then I think (hope) I’m a good soul and pretty on the inside (and most times shes not).
Yes, she is over the top in her fashion but for Kate, she pulls it off. I like most of her fashion, but please loose the hoops Kate…and speaking of earings – most of the ladies on the show wear the long–danglies with every outfit almost, my crowd that I run with must be wayyyyyyyy out of the fashion loop. We wear shorter earings for casual and daily wear…the long danglies are only for "dress-up" and going out on the town…but like I said, we don’t run in Kate’s jet set crowd.
Bo and Hope go together, they fit together, they were meant for each other. This is why this time in the adversity that they find themselves in, I think that it’s more difficult to watch because they did it to themselves.
They quit trusting each other and the love that they had for each other. (Just like what happens in real life sometimes). I think that’s why this is a tougher story line for me because it’s more reality based.
Before, it was always others, bad guys, memory loss, vats of acid, etc., pulling them apart, but the nice thing is that they always found each other again.
Every day is a blessing and a new birthday! At 34, you are just a "baby" and have a lot of living yet to do! I will pray for you that God gives you many more wonderful years here with your family and friends!
to perpetuate the next generation of some of the women of Salem’s weirdness and idiosyncracies by having Ciara’s mommy and daddy do the mind trips they are doing to her on her little pysche at an early age…lJust look how Sami has acted all these years by seeing John and Marlena on the conf. room table…Nicole and her father…Chloe going through "ghoul girl years"…
to "off" Doc Baker if he goes against her plan to help out to "take Bo out" – Dr. Baker, I really like him, but he’s got such a bad track record with women – first getting involved with Nicole’s Sydnapping and now Hope’s insanity…he’d better becareful!
"always da bridesmaid, never da bride" – he hasn’t been hooked up in 20 years now…Marlena a long time ago, and when he married Kate (well, that was the wedding from hell)…who could he get together with that is single, his age (60 something?), and nice.
Roman is like Rafe – a nice guy. So I don’t wish any of the women in Salem on him – except who??? (Maggie’s older? and the only nice single lady). Fay was nice too, but don’t think she’ll stick around…Adrieane? – his age and available…and Anna could come back…(has Roman forgiven her?)
with Daniel – so in my mind she is a serial cheater, I’m not feeling sorry for her…it may have been a mistake between her and Phillip but she seems to be more worried about being caught instead of what Daniel’s feeling would be if and when he finds out.
I do agree that Carly needs to put up or shut up – the endless same conversation between those two for months now is the writer’s fault because they won’t move past this or else it’s beyond their writing capabilities, if it’s is the latter then they should seek a gig writing jingles elsewhere.
about your PUD medical problems – I am so very sorry to hear about your illness – did you get that peptic ulcer from H. pylori or what? Did they find out about the new ulcer from an X-ray or through the symptoms?
I take it you don’t take any NSAIDS as that just exacerbates the issue, (I know because I’m having issues with the NSAIDS at my age now, but your damned if you do and damned if you don’t).
I don’t wanna scare you but this stuff is very serious especially at your age…please take care and my prayers are with you!
but EJ and anyone is great – that man just has "the something"…but it’s fun to see him "twist" when Nicole put’s the screws to him…you can see all the gears in his mind thinking how he’s going to come up with on out – EJ is the most interesting man, Bo, we all know too well from watching him for the past 20 years, Rafe is just a good guy (I love him too), but he’s not shown us any other side of himself so far other than a good guy)…even John had different levels to him over the years…EJ can be kind, charming, good, bad, calculating, and an out and out bastard…and still wrapped up in that package he’s in…
I’m looking in a mirror when you described the why and when of the tears…I think folks are more the same than they have differences…
