I don’t know if this has ever been discussed before, but does anyone remember John Callahan (Dr. Baker) when he was on General Hospital? He played Leo and was a masseuse. This was in the mid-80’s. Boy, I thought he was sooooooo incredibly good looking! I had such a crush on him. When he first started playing Dr. Baker, it took me a moment to realize that it was indeed John Callahan. He looks very different to me. I know he put on some weight but I wonder if he’s a heavy smoker. He looks and sounds it.
And do you notice how he sighs (don’t know if that’s the right adjective—like he’s letting out a deep noisy breath) many times after he says a sentence, kind of like how Lucas did and Stefano does a lot? And I notice Sami does this sometimes, too. I notice so many little things.
you can tell with a few less pounds, he’d be extremely handsome. He’s got beautiful eyes (one of my favorite traits on people). Excess weight is such a detractor and soooo hard to get rid of. (Been there, done that!)
are we suppose to believe that he really cares about Night Hope? I know he does not want her to go through with her plans to attack Bo, and he has even suggested that they leave together. But is it just looking out for himself, or has he really fallen for Night Hope. What will happen to Dr. Baker after this? Any ideas?

to "off" Doc Baker if he goes against her plan to help out to "take Bo out" – Dr. Baker, I really like him, but he’s got such a bad track record with women – first getting involved with Nicole’s Sydnapping and now Hope’s insanity…he’d better becareful!
from AMC. He met and married his co-star on that show, Eva LaRue at the time. He was very very good-looking in his younger days. As for Doc Baker, he really cares for n/t Hope and would love to have her run away with him, but he also doesn’t want to see her kill, or attempt to kill, Bo, because he doesn’t want anything to happen to her. He could care less about Bo, but he really does care for Hope and doesn’t want to see her taking revenge on Bo this way lead to her own destruction, no matter how strong she thinks she is. I just wish they would end this silly n/t Hope s/l soon, and I think I read where they are, but not before she does do something tragic to Bo. Will she pay for it, though????? Probably not.
