Why is that baby wearing a hat inside? It can’t be that cold in there, especially with all those bright lights. That’s a good way for her to get overheated. If it’s for “fashion,” shame on them. How many parents put hats on their babies while they are indoors?

That said…I want to know what in the world they’ve done to get such a perfectly quiet, content child. She never cries or fusses. Yesterday when she was fussing, I looked closely and they had just dubbed it in, she wasn’t crying at all. She (they) is just such an unbelievably sweet, good-natured little thing, it’s hard to believe. Maybe they just do retakes if she acts up at all but, I doubt it. Plus she is always so “into” everybody, paying attention to them like she understands their conversations. I really enjoy watching her and I’m not one that goes gaga over babies at all.

Didn’t hear it yesterday, but it always seems to me that when you hear Ari crying in another room she always sounds like a newborn or very young baby.  If, as Will says, she’s trying to hold a spoon herself, they need to get a better recording.  Of course, I notice this on other shows as well, but I think Days has one baby cry recording for all ages of babies.

I think the hat thing is what’s in  style.  I always wore bonnets and caps on my kids, not the knit ones  that seem so popular these days, and not in the house, but when we were outside in the sun.   The ones I think look silly are the headbands with flowers that are larger than the child’s head.  I saw a baby announcement in our local paper one day and the baby looked like she was wearing one of those stretchy pieces they put around pears in the grocery store to keep them from bruising.   It made me laugh.

but I thought it was after Gabi lost the shocked and surprised look at WilSon getting married, and then hugged both of them; however, there was definite re-taping in some of those apartment scenes yesterday. Maybe if one of those little doll-babies does act up, which I agree is hardly ever, they have to cut and put the other twin in the scene instead, and the first baby yesterday did seem to act up when she was in the bouncy chair in her scene with Gabi and Nick. Blake even adlibbed his scene, I think, by saying ‘what’s wrong’ or something like that and then Gabi picked her up and put her on her lap. Then the next scene showed Ari quiet and content (with Gabi waving the toy in front of her). Maybe she doesn’t like Nick either. LOL! Just kidding…He seems to have a pretty good rapport with those babies as well. Seems those little angels respond very well to any cast member who has scenes with them, but especially Gabi, Will and Sonny.
