I thought the DA was usually elected, not appointed.

I guess he can be kicked out by the mayor and if I was Abe, that’s exactly what I would do after the way Justin spoke to him today. I’m not really fond of this snarky, in your face, you’re all soft on the DiMera’s but me Justin. Or is this something that just comes with the job when you are the DA or ADA in Salem…who cares about the facts I’m gonna nail you and I don’t care if my case is rock solid or not, just your name makes you guilty….Maybe Justin needs to take a look in the mirror before he goes casting stones.

Justin has a personal vendetta against Chad; not just the fact that he’s a DiMera, but doesn’t he know that Chad sent Sonny on that wild goose chase to look at the second club property, knowing if it did not go through, which it did not, then Sonny would lose his ownership in Club TBD and it would go to Chad.  At least I think he knows about that, but I might just be thinking of Victor; now I don’t remember at all.  LOL!  In any case, Justin was way OTT today and actually got on my nerves.  Rafe, the voice of reason!!!  Who would have thought that would happen?

I was really liking him and now this? Not only that, the DA position would certainly be a step down from the supposedly successful law practice he has. They don’t make a lot of money.

someone setting up Chad? What earthly motive would he have to off Serena? Talk about rush to judgment! Sure looks like Justin is acquiring a more edgy tone which has been apparent since his return to Salem.
