EJ and Nicole together. They make such a great pair. I loved their scenes today (Tuesday). They both have each other’s number, that’s why I think they belong together.
I almost felt today that Brady may decide to get back together with Chloe. I’d love that. And, heck, Kinsey was even tolerable today. I really like the way she has befriended Chloe and is so loyal to her. Chloe needs someone like that.
It is too bad Chloe is leaving because Brady and her would have been interesting getting back together. They interact well and Chloe for all her faults is an interesting talented character.
Kinsey I always liked as an offbeat character, a bit ditzy, but still with a heart of gold and with strong allegiances to those who she befriends.
Maybe one day they might return. Hard to say, but at the moment it seems the incoming cast member trump the ones here now, unless of course after all the hoopla dies down for their return, and ratings once more decrease.
With only 4 soaps surviving as of another month or so, at least Days will always be in the Top 4, something we would have been proud of when there were still around 10 left. Sad to say it seems the networks are quicker to pull the plug on soaps than anything else, replacing them with much less expensive fare.
that Brady is now spewing. It’s almost comical to me to see him so concerned and pining away for Chloe now that she is on her way out. I never did care for the way they were taking Brady’s character, and now I feel even less for him than before. As for E.J. and Nicole, unless they are trying to convince me that they are reforming E.J. for the sake of him wanting to be a better influence on his children, I don’t think he will ever be able to love Nicole or anyone else for that matter….at least so long as he remains under the influence of Stefano and Kate, who will be determined to do everything in their power, IMO, to keep him and Nicole apart. If they are going to make this work, they must have E.J. cut ties with fatha’ and Elvira if he’s going to have any chance for redemption, and I just don’t see that ever happening.
That is one character I can not deal with!! Since Chloe and Dario are leaving, I was kinda hoping that Mel and Brady would get together. I like them together and she gets along with Victor and Maggie. I think they would make a cute couple. They have just touched on them being a couple and I think it would work really well. But, I think they are bring someone new in for Brady from the spoilers I have read.
on Brady’s sudden deep interest in his ex. There were hardly even scenes between these two previously. Maybe it’s just the new writers wiping the slate clean – or maybe for da plot – his preoccupation w/Chloe is what helps send Nicole back to EJ?
I think Brady just enjoys being the protector whether it’s Nicole, Melanie, Taylor, Maggie or Chloe. In the last few months he’s tried to protect them all from something or someone.
No way should Mel and Brady be together. Their whole relationship was always based on close ties–almost brother and sister. She is much too young for Brady and needs someone her own age. His role was alwyas that of a protector not a lover!!
finally put her with a crowd her own age. When I read at one point that they (Dena Higley and staff) were considering linking Brady and Mel romantically, I thought it was a revolting match …. the first time I saw them kiss, I knew I was right. Thank goodness Ken Corday came to his senses in time.
EJ and Nicole are great together I think, when they’re written right. The first time they were married, I didn’t like how EJ turned into a jerk as soon as they got married and she was acting all desperate to keep him. He was being so abusive, I couldn’t understand why she was faking a pregnancy to keep him. She didn’t seem like she liked him all that much anyway. They’re a good match together, but everytime they’re paired up and have the opportunity to be happy, all of Nicole’s strength seems to disappear.
and hopefully enjoy, if it’s done right, a very provocative situation between E.J. and Nicole. Whoop-whoop!
comical as it just came out of nowhere and it looked like they were auditioning for DWTS! I think I had the same look on my face as Kate, Stefano and Brady…WTF!
