"Ryan’s Hope".  Did any of you watch that?  I just discovered that it’s being broadcast on SoapNet with back-to-back episodes at 5:00 AM in my time zone.  I loved that show and watched it faithfully during my lunch hour.  As I watch it now, I’m really impressed with the acting and see more substance from those actors than I do now with many of the ones who are on nowadays.

I read somewhere that SoapNet was going off the air.  Is that still true?

and I started taping it from 5:00-6:00 a.m. when I realized SoapNet was showing it.  Unfortunately, they’re not going to be showing it much longer.  They are taking it off when they replace their new line-up after AMC and OLTL go off the air.  But, then, SoapNet won’t be on much longer after that either.  They did extend SoapNet one month, and it will now end in February, 2012 instead of January.  Too bad.

Ryan’s Hope is where Marg Helgenburger "CSI" got her start

Joe Novak’s wife, who was played by Roscoe Born.  Lord, that man was good looking back then.  (Whew)!
