I don’t remember any styles on Jennifer that I haven’t liked. If my memory is good, she’s always done up in something simple. At least relatively simple?  I also think it reflects her state of mind. She’s got so much stuff messing her up right now, the hair is just gonna hafta be easy.

P.S. Thanks for missing me, Bonbon. Things have been crazy and just when I thought I caught up I have to go offline for another two weeks. Arrrgh!!

The only story that keeps me watching right now is Eric’s. Oh my! Just when I think I have it figured out… And it doesn’t help that I’m torn between him staying a priest and not.

As for Sami and EJ, I’m more interested in where EJ and Stefano and Chad will end up. I’m thinking Stefano will "pass the hat" but too whom? Sami needs to tone herself down and grow up! I know I don’t have much right to complain since I stopped watching mid-80s until just before the Horton Square week but NO character on ANY show is THAT critical and THAT unchangeable.

Dan and Jenn, I like them together. I was really liking Jack and am still sad that they killed him off…but did they really? But anyway, the story here and now, gah! Keeping them apart like this so 80s! Get real Days and put them together and make the kids DEAL WITH IT. Then bring Jack back. Muwahaha!

As for the JJ and Theresa stuff, it’s summertime, kid stuff and short-lived.

P.S. personal note to self: check with hair stylist about low-maintenance alternatives to plastered down pony tails. LOL!

I use Firefox and have been trying to post but it gets wiped out, telling me the comment field can’t be empty. Ugh! I finally, tonight, had a lightbulb moment and tried a different browser. So…Opera works but there is quiet a nail-biting type wait-time.

Wow! Lots of great memories and some details that I didn’t realize, like:

"After Mickey’s death in 2010, Maggie began to grow closer to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), and the two married on the show’s 46th anniversary episode, November 8, 2011."

That makes the Magic even more special!

4 girls and 3 boys. At this time, 9:24 am ET, they are feeling to see if there are any more.

I really, REALLY wanted to like this show because I love O’Quinn and Williams, but I just plain cannot take creepy. I quit watching when the creepy little girl showed up in the basement.

I love the concept of the show but I don’t like the presentation. I’m more of a "leave it to the imagination" kind of gal. Oh well.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who is getting more and more frustrated by this. I can understand a flashback to something 10 or 30 years ago, but not yesterday or last week!

And along the same line, I can’t stand the repeated scenes from end of show one day to open of show next day. I get why it’s done, to leave us hanging and then to fill us in with the repeated, "more complete" scene. I just don’t like it. It’s boring and a waste of time.

I’m very interested in a new show called 666 park Avenue on ABC. What attracted me most is the picture they printed with the description. The picture is of Terry O’Quinn and Vanessa Williams. That picture and the description have me hoping for high class entertainment.

I’m also watching Go On. So far, so good.

I’m resisting Revolution. I don’t know why and Parade isn’t making it any easier with their ivy-overgrown picture of Wrigley Field. *Go Cubs!* Seriously though, J. J. Abrams plus Jon Favreau has to equal good, right? But I feel like this kind of show just won’t make it.

I understand completely. Baking and cooking used to be so easy wayback when I worked full-time and had kids under my feet! Today I find myself following my mother’s wisdom…gather together all the ingredients, double-check, then start putting it all together.

P.S. Butter is the only way to go!

The thing that sticks in my mind is about the setup with Lucas saying Julie "sounded kind of weird" in her message.

I’m wondering if they’re setting up some sort of argument between Julie and Maggie. Did I imagine a sneer when Julie mentioned Maggie touting about how Melanie has changed?

And maaaaaybee I’m stretching it here but when Julie mentioned that the family is "suffering" I took that to mean there are so few Horton’s on the show anymore. But that might be because I’ve been thinking that.

I’m loving the show right now and how it’s mixing so many characters into the stories.

    This show was amazing!

I just watched the last three episodes (I’ve been traveling) and that last episode was a total surprise. Hubby and I thought we had all of the scenarios figured out but we sure missed it!

I really do hope they come back with another "limited series" because this was quality television!

Hope you don’t mind me sneaking a peek at that. So much fun. Thanks for the link. All afternoon I kept reminding myself that there won’t be any new show. It just feels so wrong!

Today is exactly the kind of stuff I hope to see lots of. Couples can argue and work it out.

I was laughing and rewinding like crazy through Victor’s scenes. I about fell out of my chair when Daniel and he recalled his past marriages and he gave Daniel that speechless, nodding, wide-eyed look. Then Maggie and Victor spouting off at each other, in just the right way needed to get the other back in line.

Is it too much to hope for more MAGIC scenes like this in the Days to come?
