She’s what got me to tune in. I don’t know if it’ll be any good. It was okay. About halfway through I was only half watching.  I just can’t see how they expect to make this theme work week after week. I guess they’re dangling worldwide travel as the lure to get us to watch? I’ll give it a few more episodes to try and set the hook in me.

Darn I missed that! Today I was half watching, half surfing the web. I’ll have to cut out the surfing from now on.

and you have to delete it from there. That’s how every voicemail system I’ve been hooked up to has always worked. Okay, deleted voicemail gets erased by the system eventually, but right now Melanie’s message is still there. And another okay, maybe Chad never checks his deleted messages.

I’m with you though. This Gabi stuff is complete BS. Chad obviously has eyes only for Melanie. Are we supposed to believe that there are absolutely no other guys that Gabi could find interesting in town or school or online even?

but I’m sure he did, he knew Bo had one. Hubby was yelling at Roman about everything he did wrong.

Funny for me because six months ago when I told him I would be starting to watch the show again he sighed and said he was "not going to get caught up in that mess!"

One thing I’m very confused about is that they ended up in the pub. I thought they got mugged at the Square? Isn’t the pub down by the pier putting it at least a couple of miles away?

I just told hubby the other day that he gives me the heebie jeebies because I keep having flashbacks of watching Dark Shadows. I don’t like him, but I do, but he scares me, but I’m curious. Arrgh!

I’m going to be so grrrrrrRRRRR! I started watching Days again because of Maggie and Victor. I watched way back when and eventually drifted away shortly after Victor arrived but I loved him then and I had always loved Maggie. So last September when I found out that they’d gotten together I was shocked and excited and hooked. And, since they are involved with so many others, I ended up getting interested in the rest of the stories. I would also love to see Justin and/or Adrienne, even just once a week or two. They both are solid characters, which is something the show is seriously lacking right now.

I’m forcing myself to watch the show every day. I just. Don’t. Care! Okay, I understand that happy relationships are "boring" and troubled ones keep the viewers watching and hoping. I need to see more happy mixed in with all the sad.

Oh, there is one other happy couple: Chad and Melanie. They were on, if memory serves well, twice in February.

Was I seeing gray or was it the std def signal on my old TV. I’m glad she’s growing it out. She looks good.

I did not see the original story and from what I’m seeing so far, I’m glad. Every scene with John and Hope is just silly. The dialog is comical and it seems to me they are overacting in order to make up for it. I would fast forward through it but I figure there’s going to be something of interest eventually that will explain why they are going through this. I don’t understand why because I’m sure the end result will be John and Marlena together and Bo and Hope together.

I’ve only been watching (again) since August of last year, after a 25-ish year hiatus, so I don’t know the story about EJ and Nicole or Sami but I would love to see Nicole keep this secret from EJ and have the baby and maybe even be a single mom. Can Days do a story like that? A woman, making her way through life, with a kid, without a man. In the little bit that I’ve seen, Nicole can be that woman.

Thank you for the welcome.  I hope that Sami will decide to grow up. I can see some interesting stories coming out of that. Assuming they write it to take a normal adjustment time.

I usually feel sorry for the stars and how the media keeps intruding on their lives. With Whitney though I was always hopeful to hear good news and I kept praying for her. I don’t know why, other than her voice was so touching and meaningful to me. The news of her death was a shock for me. I’ll miss her very much.

I’ve stopped watching them because of the obsessive crotch humor. I’m deeply disappointed in the horrible quality of network shows.

We (hubby and I) often default to SciFi, oops it’s Syfy now, channel when there seems to be nothing else on. Especially on Saturday evenings for the always hilarious disaster movie. I haven’t heard about the Steven Hawkings show. I’ll definitely check that out.

I’m so glad Rafe got mad about this and refused to let Sami push the blame off of her.

Then at the mansion with Nicole telling EJ that she’s not going to let him explain. Yay!

Honestly, Rafe and Nicole both need to walk away. Period. Done. Move on.
