I just got reprimanded by Bon Bon this week for unleashing spoilers and comings and goings on this board instead of the Annex board, even though they come up everywhere, including grocery store isles right next to the check-out lines; twitter, instagram, other message boards, and many websites that write strictly for soaps and their casts. Hell, they’re just about everywhere you look, but I’ll be good and abide by Bon’s request, or at least make an honest attemt to try.

and I have no doubt she will be nominated for the enxt go-round. I wish her the best; she deserves all the praise she gets.
I was very happy to see our defense improving, especially against the Steelers. Tomlin actually said "my bad" on camera when he was taking off his headset after the game. That surprised me, but I was happy the cameras caught it, because it was the truth. He lost the game for the Steelers last night on more than one bad call. Definitely, things might not have gone as well for us if Big Ben had been in the game, but some other teams are going to find out that the Steelers have a good deal of rebuilding to do as well. We have Cleveland next week, so I’m hoping we can stay on a winning roll. GO RAVENS! Both the Bills and the Packers looking good this season. Hope we can catch up before our teams meet one another.
I thought it was common knowledge that James Read was leaving. I’ve read it in so many other places, but can’t follow everyone who don’t read spoilers. I’ll try and remember this the next time though.
was pretty much the same back and forth dialogue …. Eduardo trying to make nice with Rafe and him not having any of it; Eve telling Eduardo when he tried to come up to her after everyone was leaving the gravesite and her stopping him in his tracks; continuing seeing image of Paige telling her mother how much she wanted her to forgive herself because she forgave her (all in her mind I imagine) then disappearing when Eve went to hug her daughter. Then we saw another sad, very well acted (but again, enough already) scene of Eve throwing her head down an crying on Paige’s casket, and that’s when it came back to where they were holding the gatering after the funeral, and yes, Theresa was her typical over-bearing, selfish, me, me, me self, being a bitch about Jenn and JJ being there, as well as Daniel. Fortunately, Brady put her in her place and told her she was the one being mean and obnoxious because everyone, including Jen, JJ and Dan, was there for Paige, and not for her, and I was proud of Brady for reminding Theresa how many times she, herself, mistrated or was mean to Paige, which shut her up faster than a slap in her arrogant face and, of course, brought the crocodile tears to her eyes. And all this after she agreed to play nice yesterday with Jen and Abigail.
Other than those few missing scenes, I’m getting sick of Eve, again. When she proceeded to tell off Jennifer and JJ and Daniel, again, (enough already) and they simply decided to leave without arguing with her, plus Theresa’s outbursts and phony tears backing her sister, I just couldn’t take anymore of this funeral or it’s aftermath. Justin continued being an ass where Chad was concerned, and Rafe continued acting like Eduardo was a deadbeat, dirtbag dad (which he has been) and told him he did not need, nor due he want, his help. I thought it as interesting when we now learned that Eduardo was also in the FBI, and feels that Rafe followed in his footsteps in that regard. The shocker for me was when Eduardo (who had made a call earlier but we did not know who he was speaking to) welcomed a cameramn and a female news persnon, introduced himself as Eduardo Larson, and then offered the sum of $100,000 to anyone who could provide information leading to the capture of his daughter’s murderer, one Chad DiMera, complete with showing a 5X7 very current pic of Chad (me wondering how or where he obtained it), to which we simply see a startled look on everyone’s face. Tells me Eduardo is going to stick around for a while yet, especially when he is determined to meet Gabi and let her know that Paige was her half-sister.
All I can say is that I am happy with everyone’s performance, but I honestly hope we get this kind of tribute to the next victim of the SK, since this person is HUGE!!!! I think most of why Paige got this kind of respect was due to the fact that Kassie is such a marvelous actor that they wanted to display a proper exit sl for her, which will lead into bigger sls for many others. Personally, I’d be hurt if I was Melissa Archer (Serena), who got nada, but who is a much more recognized in the soap world as an accomplished actress, and True O’Brien was a lovely girl, but nowhere was she in MR’s class. I’ll give these writers credit for that much, anyway, because we didn’t even get this kind of exit for past vets, but the next one, for sure, had better be huge, because of who it is and how many will be affected by it! JMO!

to take down Clyde. Andre was very clear the last time he spoke to Aiden that they would let him know when they would need him, and I think perhaps that’s what they will do. I don’t know if they will order Aiden to kill Clyde…maybe more along the lines of getting him through something illegal they will find out about Clyde. Then, again, this is not how the DiMeras operate. I do know that James Read is already finished taping and gone from the show. Will he be killed, or will he be carted off to jail, setting Ben off the rails completely, causing Ben to seek revenge for the loss of his father. Just my speculation; I haven’t read anything indicating how Clyde leaves the show yet.
and it couldn’t be any sweeter, because it was against our biggest rival of all time, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and in Heinz Field no less. Admit, I didnt’ think it would happen, but then I remembered we have the greatest field goal kicker in the NFL, and he came through once again. With a 42 yard field goal with 3 seconds left on the clock, Justin tied the game at 20-20, and then kicked the winning field goal with a 52 yarder (ties longest in Heinz Field record books), allowing us to beat the Steelers 23-20. I’m so happy for our team. An 0-4 start would have been disasterous. Now, at least, we have some confidence and hopefully will continue to improve. Hey, we may not have played like a superbowl team, but an ugly win is always better than a close but no cigar loss any day in my book.
whether that fear is emotional or physical, it’s time to ask yourself, ‘do I want to continue this relationship with this obsessive man/woman, let alone raise my child with him/her?’ Abigail knows Ben has a bad temper. That alone should be enough of a sign for her. Now she is beginning to see a side of Ben that she has reasoon to fear, not for Chad, but for herself and her child. She will soon know how sick Ben truly is. I don’t really care for Abby, but no one deserves this kind of sick, twisted love. If she doesn’t lose this baby, she is definitely going to go into premature labor. I just hope by then she is able to get to the hospital; I’m thinking Ben is going to kidnap Abby once she becomes suspicious of his obsessive behavior after the next murder is revealed, which should be Friday, Oct. 9th.
for her wedding dress yesterday looked simply like ‘good’ drawings. I know they’re trying to make everyone see Theresa in a new light, and maybe I could begin to do that if I didn’t still know that everything, and I mean everything, that she does is simply a means to get back with Brady, to have him fall in love with her, and that’s what makes me still keep her at arm’s length. She was fine yesterday with Abigail and Jennifer; civil even and appeared to enjoy having the opportunity to design Abby’s wedding gown. She gave me the impression, after breaking up with the BFF, Anne Milbauer, that she might even be telling the truth when she told Anne "that’s not me anymore;" then she ended that thought in my mind instantly when she held up the first design saying "this will be perfect for Abigail," followed by: "and this one will be mine when I marry Brady." That’s when I kicked her back to the curb, where she belongs.
Kate and Brady weren’t both correct in telling Theresa the cold hard facts about being a true "designer," and basically having to crawl before you walk; I just meant they (Nikki and Kate) didn’t have to be such *itches about it and use Theresa for their personal "gopher"! Still, I would not put it past these writers to make her an ‘overnight’ fashionista, no matter how silly it would be.
to write a transition sl, since Ciara, Chase and Theo all show up this month, and we just saw 10-year old Ciara and Chase yesterday. Joey is already here, and I don’t even think about him as a toddler since we hardly ever saw him as one. And Claire doesn’t arrive until November. So, I think they’ll just show up, on-screen, later this month with the announcer saying, "the role of Ciara Brady (insert other names) is now being played by (insert new actor’s name)….and that will be that. They did this with several actors on Y&R where you watched one week and the actor was a child, and the next week they were late teens. After a few weeks or getting used to it, they are simply forgotten about. Except for me, the character of E.J. DiMera will never be able to be explained. He went from a toddler to a thirty-something….same with Brady Black. That’s a little too much SORASing AFAIC!
you might not feel that way. She was very open and honest about how she felt about "Haiden" and about DC’s being let go and PR’s return, and actually pimped DC’s return to her fans to write, call, tweet, e-mail, whatever, in hopes of keeping Cosgrove. She was not a happy camper and she let it be known. She was very very invested in "Haiden"!!!
