Participantflashbacks while he’s trying to figure out what that key is for. If he manages to escape, maybe he will return to the safe house, not knowing why, where more and more memories will be returning while he’s there, except for who did this to him, of course. By the time he remembers Sami, the love of his life, and Stefano and/or E.J. will have already had Rafe 2 killed and disposed of, so anything real Rafe says or does to convince Sami he is Rafe will fall on deaf ears, and that’s when we’ll go into summer with the real Rafe trying to convince everyone that he is Rafe, and no one will believe him, because faux Rafe will have been eliminated and once again the DiMeras will get away with murder by proxy. God, I hope I’m wrong and Nicole finds out the truth and blows them all away.

Participantand crush the little annoying gnat!

Participantor going into a coma. She is far from out of the woods, and her scenes closed with R-2 entering her room with an empty hypodermic needle intending to inject an air bubble into her IV, but we didn’t see that happen yet ….. cliffhanger…schmiffhanger …. we all know what will happen if this louse doesn’t get caught by somebody in that hospital. It never ceases to amaze me how anyone can just walk into anyone’s room at any time without being seen, especially when the patient is critical and the door to their room is closed. Is anyone ever at that nurses’ station when they are supposed to be? Carly already told Nicole and Taylor that she needs surgery, but personally I don’t think she’s going to make it that far. Right now Faye has been stabilized, but for how long is a horse of a different color. She already opened her eyes when E.J. was in the room with her, alone, and went into cardiac arrest.

Participantthis week. Too many shows on at the same time to keep track of all, I guess. I really like Hines Ward and hope he goes straight to the top. He’s got a wonderful smile, is very charismatic with his partner, and gets better and better every week. Ralph looks like he’s slowing down a bit to me, but I love him anyway. Felt so sorry for Kirstie and Maks, but they made the comeback of the year, IMO. America sent the right one home …. Wendy Williams was the worst and I think after watching her competition from week to week, she was probably glad to get the hell out of there and back on her talk show, where she belongs.

Participantsend anyone home, and with all that money raised, he would have been justified. Richard Hatch did not raise the kind of money most of these stars did, but Richard is also not in their "star" category either, and most folks know from the news that he’s been in some grave financial woes, of his own choosing, of course, and is going back to prison for it. He talked a good game, but that’s probably what he’s used to doing. I know he did it on Survivor; that’s how he won. If rhetoric was music, he’d be a brass band.

Participantto go with this story line; but, we all know Sami. She hates Nicole and probably won’t see it that way. Sami has been subject to way more physical abuse through all of this, but she will think, no doubt, that Nicole had to know and be in on it just so Nicole could get her hands on Sami’s kids. No spoilers here, just speculation. But you’re right …. it would be much more exciting for us, and certainly beneficial to both of them, if they could work together once the truth sees the light of day, which I believe is finally coming.

Participantand Daniel would have been there to catch her. Such creative minds.

Participantis FINALLY, Nicole just might get a clue. E.J. and his sorry-ass might be going down right along with R-2 now that Nicole is suspicious of what will evidently be her mother’s dying words. She will not rest until she figures EVERYTHING out, and when she realizes that E.J. AND Stefano had a direct link to Faye’s death by hiring R-2 to begin with, I think all hell will break loose, and it can’t come fast enough for my liking. I hope she takes them ALL down, including Stefano, when the real truth surfaces. She knows now that Faye didn’t have any drugs in her system, and knowing Nicole she will start sleuthing and please let her go bsc on all of them when the truth comes out.

Participanther hairstyle looked fabulous on her; perfect for her face. As for Faye, it looked like somebody soaked the hair in oil dyed red. It was comical, because she wasn’t bleeding at all until after Nicole and Taylor worked on her for about 10-15 minutes, and then when Nicole moved her head to the side, I just sighed and thought: ‘oh, well, another piece of bad (really bad) attempt at a special effect. Then, when they showed the bloodstain on the rug later, it appeared to be see-through, like red water.

Participantand that his partner will be "someone new", so I don’t think now that it will be Chad. But, you never know with these writers.
Patti
Participantbut doesn’t change my opinion of him or of anyone like him.

Participantand they wonder why people sneak liquor into major league stadiums …. there’s your answer right there.

Participantso for someone to call another "homophobic" doesn’t degrade the person they are speaking of, because they are in my opinion stating a "fear" of something they don’t fully understand, nor do they care to, or simply that they have been raised, or brainwashed as a child, are are ignorant, to a certain degree, and possibly are simply determined to "go with the flow" instead of speaking their own minds and/or facing the fact that indeed a fear of some misguided myths they may have even exist to begin with. It’s easier for people to simply say the word "homophobe" without delving deeply into their own feelings as to exactly what they are afraid of to begin with. By the way, the ever so gay Perez Hilton, celebrity blogger, supposedly wrote the word "homophobe" on a photo of Chris Engen. Now this is a well known, openly gay man, from a very powerful family, calling someone a "homophobe," and in this instance I find him even more offensive than someone who is straight using the word.
Now, I am not homophobic. I say ‘whatever floats your boat’ and I’m also not offering any apologies for my own opinions. As I have always believed, we are all entitled to our own; so, with that in mind I say, to each his own, but I would NOT watch a gay storyline if it involved the intimate sex scenes that go with the lifestyle. Sorry, but that doesn’t make me homophobic.
Patti
Participantand yes, it’s true that Adam was using the other actor (whose character name is "Rafe") and making him believe he (Adam) was gay, but the first actor wouldn’t agree to the kiss. The actor (Chris Engene (sp?)) was uncomfortable with the role. Then he threw in something about not being happy for a while with his villainous role, but it was all over the boards that the requirement of the kiss and pretending to be gay was the main reason the actor quit. I’m thinking he just tried to ‘spin’ it so that he would not be deemed a ‘homophobic’.
Patti
Participant(was it Chris Gerse or something like that) was here, the kid with the long curly hair, that a gay storyline was suggested for Will. I don’t remember the actor refusing to play it, though. I know the actor from Y&R who played Adam Newman refused to and quit the show. But I do remember at the time it was put on the table for DOOL, KC thought it would not be favored by the fans and dropped it. Now, here we are again, but yes the character considered for the gay role was definitely Will. Wonder how Chandler Massey feels about it. Evidently, he’s okay with it, which may or may not be his decision. Could be they told him "our way or the highway."
