Participantin John and Marlena’s townhouse? Who might that be — maybe Madison. I haven’t read anywhere that Hope and John are divorced, so I’m going with maybe Madison and Brady are getting married???
Who would be wearing an ankle monitor …. E.J., maybe?

ParticipantWe will have police department scenes, according to Jason47’s clues for sets for July 27th.

Participantbut the poundings just keep coming. There are stories that are about to end, and ones that are about to begin. No one has any patience, it seems. Oh well, I know what’s coming and I’m quite happy with it. But I still do stand by my belief that I think this will the last hurrah for the new writers (except they’re NOT new) to pull this show out of the dark and into the light once again. If Tomlinson and Whitesell, both experienced soap opera writers, don’t bring this show back to where people start discussing it with hope and positivity, I don’t believe the network will renew it. So, this means T/W have until sometime in the first half of 2013 (at least I hope they give them that long) to bring it, or we will be seeing Days of Our Lives in its final year. I’m so hoping they make it to 50 years, though. Both of these writers are experienced DOOL writers. They know the history behind the characters. They also know what the fans want to see and what they don’t, so if they fail this time, they will only have themselves to blame. Fans will come and go and come back again, but if it’s not what they want to see, then they’re not willing to watch. These writers know that, they know the history of the characters, and they know how to write for them. Will they be given the chance to do that? Time will tell; but, for now, I’m willing to give them a chance. We certainly can agree that writers will never be able to please everyone when it comes to our favorite characters or the pairing of our favorite couples. I’m talking about the story lines here, and that falls directly on the writers.

Participantbut I was thinking more along the lines of that’s where the tunnels come in …. I think that’s where Andrew has taken Melanie….. but who else will be in those tunnels …. you know, the ones with the toxic gas that caused Lexi’s tumor and eventual death? When I saw Abe listed first among the rather large list of characters appearing from Jason47’s clues, I’m guessing there will be a social event in honor of Lexi, either a tribute or a fundraiser of some sort, in a "ballroom" setting. Anyway, it sounds exciting to me and I’m really looking forward to this cliffhanger. I’m just hoping no major cast member will die, because I’m sure there will be some sort of explosion or fire or other catastrophic happening where a lot of people will be injured or worse. And what’s with the elevator or elevator cab setting in Jason’s clue? Is this a new set? Has to be. But, more importantly, who will be in it when things go BOOM?

Participantsend in your application to NBC, Sony Productions and Corday Productions NOW, before it’s too late for all of us. LOL!
Patti
Participantwhich were always a favorite from the old DAYS. I could swear Corday was going to fix this with these past writers (Mar/Dar), but once again his words on paper are pure b/s. Thank God these writers’ stories are about to end. When DOOL resumes on August 13th we will see the new writers (Tomlinson/Whitesell) work in place. After that, if we have another major fail, I don’t see DOOL getting renewed. I have my fingers crossed, though.

Participantthat figure was waaaayyy too thin to be Stefano. And it wasn’t Kristen. She doesn’t air until October.

ParticipantI have to believe there is going to be some sort of "event" in a ballroom (maybe for Lexi) maybe like a charity event. Anyway, this leaves me with the impression that this will bring about a catastrophe that will seriously hurt or perhaps kill some of Salem’s residents. Hope it’s not the beginning of more cast cuts; but I’m sure it will be amazing. The fact that there are "stunt doubles" has me curious. Are the characters played by the stunt doubles going to be harmed or worse, i.e., Brady, Cameron, Chad, Gabi, Hope, Jennifer, Kate, Madison, Marlena, and Sami. That’s a lot of contract players to take out. I’m stumped on the warehouse with catwalk set. Will the ballroom be in a warehouse?
Patti
Participantyou’ll see!

Participantand I remember the small hand that checked Stefano’s pulse, which looked the same to me when he handed over the money to the polygraph admin. It’s Ian, though why he’s framing E.J., I still don’t know.

Participantand I follow them closely on your site as well as one other. I love the way you give clues every now and then and have the posters try and guess the who, what, when, where and why. I know one thing for sure … this cliffhanger will have me counting down the days to the end of the Olympics break (although I do love the Olympic games as well), since I’m sure the July 27th cliffhanger will be fantastic, just like your clues. Thanks for making the game of "Guess Who" so awesome.

Participantsoon …. just hang in there ….. the cliffhanger before the Olympics is going to blow your socks off. Lots of good stuff coming in next 2 weeks, but no more hints for now.
Patti
Participantand thought it was beautiful.

Participantand because this is the "Spoiler" forum, its:
IAN
He’s been setting E.J. up all the while. Don’t know why, unless he’s the shooter but he’s been setting E.J. up to take the fall. He’s the man in black who paid off the polygraph administrator to fix the results to show E.J. failed the test. Interesting … wonder what his backstory is, since he’s leaving in August.
Patti
ParticipantHe’s what, 19, and thinks he now "owns" the likes of E.J. DiMera. Please, this only makes him look all the more comical for me, too. He acts like a dip-sh*t to his parents, but he practically crushes on E.J., no matter how badly E.J. degrades him. And the way Will gazes, almost lovingly, into E.J.’s eyes while trying to show the hold he believes he has on E.J. makes it worse. It appears to me to be the writers way of "keeping it gay" for Will’s storyline, but giving him strength and power over a DiMera. Sure, he’s got E.J. right where he wants him right now, but if Will was smart he would pay attention to Lucas, who knows only too well what E.J. does to people. Will’s "I’m in charge now" attitude with E.J. is getting on my last nerve. He’s like a toothache for me now, mainly because he just is NOT convincing in the role. A lot of people think he’s having "feelings" for E.J., but I don’t think that’s what it is. I think he actually does "hate" E.J., yet wants to be him. Instead, he looks more like a kid playing dress-up in daddy’s clothes. I swear, the day he walks on screen in a grey suit, pink shirt and striped tie, I’ll scream out loud.
