like she has trouble getting her words out when she speaks so softly, and she unconsciously licks her top lip from time to time while she is speaking. I’ve noticed that for quite some time. Still, her collagen injections are nowhere near as hideous as Lisa Rinna’s, and she went through lip reduction surgery, and they still look the same to me.
I could see both sides, and thought the writers as well as AS and CM handled it beautifully. My understanding as well as my sympathy went out to both of them. Kudos on their scenes; now do something with John and Marlena, because there is no way in hell that they would act this way to one another, especially John.
I think these are the same writers who wrote John off before. For some reason they do not seem to want to write for J&M. Does this mean Marlena’s not far behind? I would hate that.
My ex-boss’ son was a very bad stutterer, but he could play a song on his guitar and sing beautifully, without stuttering at all. Remember Mel Tillis? He was the same way. This kid on AI, according to his parents, began stuttering when he was about 5 years old, and has gotten progressively worse over the years. But boy, can he sing!

It’s possible, but what should not be depicted is how she can so easily be ready to jump into bed, couch, whatever with them. It should be shown how it is driving her crazy not being able to make up her mind, seeking perhaps Marlena’s help, who will, of course, steer her away from E.J. This indecisive way they are writing Sami is even on my nerves, because I can see her being confused, but not allowing herself to be making out with, love to, or even hot and heavy petting with her on-again/off-again lovelife concerning both of these man. I do think the writers are going to go with E.J., though, now that the wedding lies have sort of turned her and Rafe into enemies. At least that’s what I see happening because regardless of how many say no, E.J. is not capable of loving anyone, I think Sami is the ONLY woman he has ever truly loved.
I just feel like sometimes the President is like Sami on this board — a target for bashing!!! I try so damn hard not to respond to political posts — and this is why!
I always thought you liked Sami, too. As a matter of fact, I always thought you and I were the only two who did, and maybe dval; but, somehow, Sami gets bashed too much for me. Sorry, but I just think she’s no more, no less, worse, than the other characters (females) on the show. Personally, I see a big improvement in Sami over the last several months, but that’s just me.
especially when I respect the poster, as I do you. I just don’t see anyone else respecting this man, so since I am a democrat and I did vote for him, I feel I have the right to defend him when he’s being ridiculed or bashed. Sorry, didn’t mean to imply that I don’t erspect other’s political choice, but I have seen some pretty horrible things said about the President. JMO.
Just another reason why politics and/or religion shouldn’t be discussed on a soap opera message board, I guess. Again, I apologize to you!
is she the only female character who has ever called another woman on this show or on any other soap opera a "bitch?". Uh, I don’t think so …. I mean let’s face it, why is Sami being called out for something every other woman in soaps does? May not mean that it’s the right thing to do or say, but Sami is always the only one to be singled out by this board when, in fact, they (the women in soaps) ALL say it! It’s a favorite nickname of the women in soaps. Of course, Sami’s unpopularity cannot see past her words and actions, so she’s the only one who’s brought down for it. Ugh,
I mean what is she really used for except to prop her mother’s storyline? I actually loved her in the Austin story-line, but now she’s sort of faded into the woodwork once again. I don’t know if I like her with Chad, even though I believe he has a heck of a lot more caring in him than someone like Nick; but nu-Cameron is sort of bland, too, and two blands don’t make a bright. Oh, forgive me, please!
because the ceremony wasn’t completed, even though it was just a matter of Eric saying "I now pronounce you husband and wife." AND, he (Eric) refused to complete the ceremony because even he knew the marriage was not planned for the right reasons, but was the result of lies and deceit. They even removed their rings yesterday. So so so glad about this. Now maybe someone will tell the whole town the exact reason WHY Chad went off on Gabi in the first place, which should have been brought to everyone’s attention way before the wedding or even the pregnancy itself, which is …. EXPOSE GABI’S INVOLVEMENT IN MELANIE’S KIDNAPPING OUT, DAMN IT! I would have thought by now that either Chad or Sonny would have at least told Will and Abbey. That’s why Chad did what he did, and yet Gabi’s still getting away with it. I wonder how many of her dear friends, all two of them (Will and Abigail), would be standing by her then. They were Melanie’s friends, too. I just cannot stand Gabi getting away with all of these secrets, and then running off with creepy Nick to live happily ever after, and taking Will’s kid with them.
but she sure isn’t telling the whole truth either. She’s letting both Sami and Rafe believe that it was Will’s idea to get the abortion. She could have denied that, but she chose to let them think that was the case and that he didn’t want the baby when she knows full well that wasn’t the case at all. He’s been trying to convince them for months that he wants to be a part of his child’s life in some way, but they both kept telling him ‘that could NEVER happen.’
NBC will begin at 9:30 a.m.; CBS will begin at 9 a.m.; ABC will begin at 8:30 a.m. The official start is 10 a.m. They really get down to business at 10:30, but basically, in a nutshell, when you see Aretha Franklin sit down, next will be Biden being sworn in, then a musical bit, then President Obama will be sworn in (about noon EST/11 CST) and then his 17-minute speech.Pretty much all the channels will cover it. However, ABC will have coverage off and on throughout the day, as will NBC, CNBC, CSPAN, MSNBC, Fox News Channel, etc. will have much coverage throughout the day. I believe it will even be on the History channel. Again, don’t know why it has to be broadcast on all channels; but, it is history in the making and that’s what they do with any historical event.
GOD BLESS AMERICA and my congratulations and best wishes to President Barack Obama! You’ll need it with this congress. On a side note, I wonder how many would be so disinterested, or even blatantly disrespectful, if it were Romney being inaugurated. Hmmm, Yeah, that’s what I thought.
