in with the Chad category now.  Her calling Gaby a bitch yesterday was totally uncalled for.  I don’t care who you are arguing with or what it’s about but name calling like that is always completely out of bounds.

I agree. It’s one thing to be angry or feel betrayed, but to call Gabi a bitch – in front of her brother, who she claimed to love, and to Gabi who she said was like a daughter or sister to her? She really was over the top

is she the only female character who has ever called another woman on this show or on any other soap opera a "bitch?".  Uh, I don’t think so …. I mean let’s face it, why is Sami being called out for something every other woman in soaps does?  May not mean that it’s the right thing to do or say, but Sami is always  the only one to be singled out by this board when, in fact, they (the women in soaps) ALL say it!  It’s a favorite nickname of the women in soaps.  Of course, Sami’s unpopularity cannot see past her words and actions, so she’s the only one who’s brought down for it.  Ugh,

something while Rafe and Sami were going balistic with each other.  I know it would have stopped the "high drama" between those two, but Gabi could have clarified a few misconceptions on Rafe’s and Sami’s part regarding what Will did and did not know and what Will did and did not do.  It was truly a 3-way decision and all three deceived their families and friends.  Rafe and Sami need to know that Will and Gabi are equally culpable.

it was the way she used it and how she said it.  It was like someone told Kate about nothing like putting her stilletos on and kicking Nick when he was down.  That’s exactly what Sami was doing and doing it in front of her brother to boot (no pun intended).  It was just downright cruel.  And, I probably didn’t like it because Gabbi was NOT, nor had been, a bitch.

And you don’t need to preach to me about Sami because I happen to like her character and always have and have never been critical of her (except when she deserved it!).  But that remark really turned me off and was totally uncalled for.  And I believe you exaggerate about how people here feel about Sami…not everybody hates her.

The person we can disagree about is Gabby.  I think all along she has been a victim of circumstances and is a kind person at heart.  She got into a bad situation she didn’t know how to get out of with the Andrew thing.  And now the same thing is happening again with this baby.  I feel sorry for her because I don’t believe she deserves any of this.  YMMV

 I’ve never hated Sami and have always liked her until recent years.  I’ve actually just been thinking about why I don’t like Sami as much as the other female characters and I don’t think it’s so much as what she does or has done, but more the way she acts.  The flying off the handle at every little thing and stomping around a lot is a real turn off.  I’ve started liking her more again, but after yesterday’s yelling and screaming, I am turned off again.  Again, I don’t think it’s so much what she says or does, it’s more her impulsive personality and hot-headedness. 

when Sami says it to Kate or Nicole, or even Carrie. They’re more ‘on her level’ I guess. But when she said it to Gabi and then kept on saying it over and over, it really just felt like she was bullying her. I’m really not all that sensitive to that word, but it really bothered me in that situation. It didn’t bother me so much that she said it in front of Rafe, just more like she was trying to shame Gabi, I guess.
