as a reason for removing Will’s child from him.  Besides, I would imagine that guys who do rape other guys in prison are straight, not gay, but that’s JMO.  Nick is clearly homophobic and all of his pre-planned schemes to remove Will from his child’s life have been simply because Will is gay.  Now, maybe Will will finally wake up and see that.  Better late than never!

not believing Nick is purposely finding ways to keep Will out of the baby’s life, that he’s been unwilling to accept help from anyone and still won’t admit to what’s clearly right in front of him.  Now, after today, maybe he’ll realize that everyone EXCEPT him have been right, and what a fool he’s been.

but I cannot wait until Nick’s house of cards come tumbling down.  In all probability, there will be a redemption storyline for Nick, because Blake Berris is just too good of an actor to be killed off.  Nick has a lot of terror coming his way, and not that he doesn’t deserve it, but he has about a week and a half’s worth of happiness left — let’s see if BB handles his insecurities as well as he has Nick’s feeling he’s won.  To be frank, I’m more worried about what this Vargas guy is going to do to take out his revenge on Nick, and pray we’re not going to be looking at another kidnapping (Gabi or Arianna, or both) story line here.  I know, shut your mouth, Patti!  LOL.

the very same article, only I was going to post ALL of the reasons why a notary not only COULD but SHOULD refuse to sign.  I was a Maryland notary for many years, before I retired.  I can remember several instances where I refused to notarize a document, all within the notary laws in and for the State of Maryland.

and boy, talk about a scripted show.  Trump may as well not bother taking the time to explain who he’s firing.  I was so glad Brandy said that she didn’t bring Omerosa in because she knew Trump wouldn’t fire her….not this early anyway.  I hope Pierce Morgan puts her down so bad every week, she’ll walk out herself.  I think Brandy should have gone home.  She was the worst as a PM, and Pierce was right …. she didn’t know who brought in what, and Omerosa wasn’t even acknowledging Bret’s donors.  God, I despise that arogant *itch.  Go Pierce — knock her lights out!!!!  As for Trump, he’s disgusting, but he sure has one gorgeous daughter …. and she can be ruthless, but she can also be very nice and very fair.  I’m glad to see Latoya stuck to her guns last night, too, and didn’t let anyone bully her last night.

he’s so homophobic now and why he hates Will being gay, and what do you wanna’ bet this is the prisoner who will be getting out of jail soon to be working in Father Eric’s prison program.  I see a whole new can of worms opening up for Nick if this is the prisoner who comes to Salem (and you almost know it will be).

I like it, because the judges don’t know whose food they’re tasting, and could be eliminating their own team member without knowing it.

it simply would not make sense for the writers to just throw these two scenes into yesterday’s show without pointing them out so.  I have now read about 3 or 4 other message boards who also believe these two scenes particularly to be significant of something backfiring on Nick.  I would hate to see that the fans noticed the possibility, but the writers didn’t.

that E.J. reviewed the document.  Will is a screwed up mess over all of this, so why wouldn’t he sign it if he believes E.J. already found it to be legally acceptable in a court of law.  Nick, in his over-anxious intent to get it filed, could easily then hand it over to the notary, who signs as the notary public, in this case E.J.’s notary, leaves the room.

My personal opinion still remains that Will is too immature to be a parent right now, but in no way would I want that creepy homophobe Nick anywhere near that child either.

Again, this won’t happen, but I think something happened.  Too much coincidence here.  And what was with Sami picking up the phone on the table?  I know she couldn’t find her phone, but was that Sami’s phone or was it Nick’s phone that she picked up?  Nick had a phone in his hand when Will, Sami, Lucas and Sonny entered the room.  Later we see Nick put a phone down on the table.  Then we see Sami, at some point, pick up a phone from the same table.  So, whose phone did she pick up?

Too many weird coincidences here not to question any of them.

but it’s Salem, Bonbon, and for as much as you love to pick just about everything that happens on this show apart, you and I both know it’s very easily done.  Whether one chooses to accept the believability of it or not is another thing entirely.

when E.J. left the room.  Then, we see him reappear just when the notary comes in with the document for Will to sign away his rights.  Then, Nick hands it to E.J. to review it.  E.J. does and then returns the document to Nick, who asks for a pen and proceeds to hand the document and the pen to Will to sign.  Wouldn’t it be hysterical if E.J. already had his own custody lawyer on retainer for Will.  Maybe he stepped out and called him and that’s who showed up and not Nick’s notary.  Remember, Nick asked his lawyer if he had a notary in his office who could bring the document to the hospital, room 4, so I’m thinking Nick never saw this guy in person anyway.  Now, instead of Will signing a document renouncing his baby, he signed E.J.’s lawyer’s document indicating Will to be the biological father.  Hahaha, that would be something to behold — then when he leaves, Nick’s notary shows up with the document Nick had prepared.  Could it happen — sure could and wouldn’t that be fun to watch?  As far as I can remember, Nick never did read the document before or after he gave it to E.J. to review; he simply asked for a pen and handed it over to Will.  Now, this is probably not the case, because there are no spoilers on this, just that Will signs the document, so this is just speculation, but I would love to see it happen that way.
