Ok, my least fav character is nick now. He is really being a big SOB! I can not stand him!!! oh EJ I was actually proud of him saying how 4 years ago he defended nick and asked for an extension or whatever and he never would have been paroled and then threatened Nick with the whole you do not want to cross a dimera, and nick said that he wasn’t afraid, then Ej said then you’re alot more stupid than You look Lol.
I know on days cafe They said Gabby gets suspicious of Nick’s obsessive behavior or something like that.
I hope she does too!!!!!!But Nick must have been really bad. My mom called me during the show on east coast time to ask me when Nick was leaving the show. I had to tell her that I haven’t seen any spoilers to that nature. I think she’s ready to kill him.
I mean, I really love that Blake Berris is doing such a good job portraying this character but I really cannot stand Nick anymore. Every time he talks about me and Gabi and "our" baby I want to spit on the TV, LOL. He acts like Will is the usurper here when NIck is the one stepping all over things that don’t truly concern him. All of this should be on Gabi and Will and Nick should just be there for Gabi if she needs advice or support. And I really wish Sonny would have forced Wil to listen to him before he signed the paper and told him his opinion of why Nick is doing what he’s doing.
I agree that Blake is doing a fantastic job. If you can really hate a character, then the actor has done his job. However, it will hard to redeem him because he is so good at being bad!!
but I cannot wait until Nick’s house of cards come tumbling down. In all probability, there will be a redemption storyline for Nick, because Blake Berris is just too good of an actor to be killed off. Nick has a lot of terror coming his way, and not that he doesn’t deserve it, but he has about a week and a half’s worth of happiness left — let’s see if BB handles his insecurities as well as he has Nick’s feeling he’s won. To be frank, I’m more worried about what this Vargas guy is going to do to take out his revenge on Nick, and pray we’re not going to be looking at another kidnapping (Gabi or Arianna, or both) story line here. I know, shut your mouth, Patti! LOL.
When Nick killed Trent and did what he did to Melanie everyone thought it was the meds he was taking. There was also speculation that he might have mental illness since it runs in his family (Jessica Fallon had a split personality). Everyone also thought once he got off the pills and out of prison he’d be back to the "old" Nick who was soft spoken and geeky but we’re seeing the opposite.
I don’t think it was the meds that caused his personality change because he’s following the same behavior that he had with Melanie. Posessive, domineering, controlling and threatening to those he feels are in his way or a threat to his love which right now is Gabi.
I don’t think anything in prison is the cause for his personality problems but he really has a true mental illness and until it’s recognized and treated properly he won’t be stopped. I am thinking he may be gay and that’s why he’s so hostile to Will. The guy who attacked him in prison did it in retaliation for Nick putting the moves on and possibly raping him.
I wonder if Nick was the sexual victim of those guys while in prison, and that is the reason he is so homophobic????? There is definitely something going on in his mind that has him hating gays. I just wish Will would have held out a little longer.
When Sammi told EJ today that she wanted Nick Fallon gone
made cold chills go up my spine…..what Sammi wants, Sammi usually gets.I think the mental illness connection is probably the most ironic part of this storyline. Nick talks about how dysfunctional Will’s family is and everything that is wrong with Sami and Lucas, et al, but he neglects to remember his own family history. Has he told Gabi that mental illness is in his family? I don’t think so…and how would she know being so new to Salem? but I have a sneaking suspicion she is going to find out.
Nick’s mother (Jessica?) had multiple personality disorder, correct? I think you are right, dval, in that surely Nick’s latest behavior will tie to that somehow.
