but a lot of recent sets have been laughable. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for DOOL, but I see a lot of complaints on a lot of boards. I totally agree about this stripper club set. The best part of it, for me, was Chad, who I found much more attractive than Cameron, as well as oozing chemistry with Abbey, and his lines were worth waiting for. Very funny and very cute. Unfortunately, I do see another one of those triangles from hell coming our way.
the teen/tween votes are probably more than 50% of the voting. This is why so many very deserving singers go home and the lesser talent goes on. Lazaro was good enough to get there, but he was not better than Burnell. I wouldn’t be surprised if he (Lazaro) doesn’t start picking off the girls one by one as well. The judges can’t save all of them.
Finally, they put the right partners together for Sami AND for E.J. I don’t care what they do to manipulate others to suit their needs so long as they can finally realize that they are where they belong, together and in love with one another. That’s the way I’ve always wanted to see them, bad to the bone with anyone who crosses them, but always there for one another. This is the way they were always meant to be written, and I believe even JS and AS agree, according to some interviews I’ve read. Oh, sure, there are always going to be the haters; the ones who will always, always believe they are the couple from hell, will never forgive, will continue to call them stupid names, coming close to apoplexy, and consumed with hate for one or the other, or both, and that’s OKAY, too. Hell, I can think of more than a few other couples who could easily fill that bill for me as well. My position is that I love them together NOW, even though it was not that long ago I was hating E.J. myself. I think I’ve been waiting for him and Sami to be put together as a real couple for so long and now that they’re finally here, it’s got me a little "loopy." But, here they are and here I hope they’ll stay. Anyway, I’m sure going to enjoy it while it lasts. They’re just so damn pretty to watch.
LOL!be taping 3-4 months in advance. Evidently, no one went back and reviewed yesterday’s show; otherwise that garbage would have been tweaked or rewritten, but never aired as is. I was truly embarrassed for DOOL.
I have a feeling that’s not the whole story. Why would he be paying some thug the cash he’s making? That’s probably giong to be the real story. What’s he really involved in? That’s my question.
for a small role in GH’s 50th Anniversary. They’ll all be gone shortly after the Nurses’ Ball, which will air for about 3 weeks. This is how they promoted it, bringing back so many vets. It’s nice to see them for a few weeks, but then it’s back to normal. I can’t believe Helena’s dead, and that Luke killed her. Whe he said "Ding Dong, the Witch is Dead," I nearly fell off my chair laughing. I just hope she really is.
it was after the secret about Kate and Rafe finally came out and Will came back inside from his little talk with Rafe. Sonny reminded him that he was also going to confess something, and that’s when Will told him the plan to seek Stefano’s help. Sonny wasn’t exactly pleased with their plan, because he felt someone was going to get hurt or worse, and reminded Will that Nick could be physically harmed, and asked how would he feel about that. Will stood his ground, and said he’s not going to be forced to give up his daughter, and if this is how it has to be, and Nick needs to know that he’s not going to be able to blackmail Will any further. Sonny thought about it and agreed, and said he could count on him (Sonny) to be there for him as well.
it drives me crazy when she does that. Sami does it, too! Wonder if they know how horrible they make their face appear when they do that?
because the judges have really been cruel to him; but, to be fair, he was better than Wynona and Andy this week. I was glad to see they saved Lisa, because she did a much better job with the Viennese Waltz than either Wynona or Andy did with their dances. Poor Andy, he tries so hard to be sexy, and every time I watch him I can’t think of anyone else but Woody Allen. LOL!.
Yes, Bon, I agree with your comments on the Annex page about Jacoby, and don’t know why he keeps insisting on making those silly faces either. It’s keeping a really good dancer from being likeable, and the more people try to tell him about it, the mroe he does it. Last night both Karina and Brook mentioned smething to him about it, in a kind but critical way. Maybe he’ll take the hint if he watches the tape from last night, and leave the comedy attempts to D.L. and Andy.
I loved that Jacoby and Zendaya got to be king and queen of the prom, but I really thought it would be Kellie. Zendaya is very good, but Kellie is the best female star, IMO, and I really think, barring injury, she’ll win it. Not only is she a fabulous dancer, but she has the personality to go with it.
is Nancy. I know soap mothers would klll for their children, but to deliberately hide a child from his father so your daughter can scheme and use it as an excuse to come between him and the woman he really loves is just sick; but then, Nancy always a sicko from way back when. I will be as happy to see her go as I will Chloe.
this storyline has ruined her for me. I think it’s taken its toll on me as well as thousands of DOOL fans, according to what I see, not only on message boards, but on facebook and twitter. What’s really sad is that the actress herself, MR, is taking a lot of horrid hits for this role. I’m sure she’s as sick of seeing it as we, the fans, are. It just makes her so unattractive, from her hair to her wardrobe to her redundant dialogue, to the on again/off again relationship with Daniel, to what people perceive as Jennifer’s treatment of Jack when he returned with PTSD; I mean the writers have turned her into a real-life punching bag with the fans, and that’s a shame; because, even when this storyline is over, fans are still going to look at her this way. She has become one of the most hated characters on DOOL.
