Anybody watch General Hospital? I watched it back in the 80’s before I started watching Days. I don’t watch it anymore but have been recording it this week as it is the soap’s 50th anniversary celebration week and there have been a lot of the old favorites back (I don’t know if any of them will be on permanently). Alan Quartermaine and Rick Webber were on Tuesday (I didn’t know they were dead and appeared as ghosts I guess). Bobbie was back too as well as Dr. Tom Hardy’s wife. They always have a Nurses’ Ball every year and that starts today. Should be fun. Lucy Coe and Anna Devane will be on too and I hear there will be many other guests from the past as well. I’m waiting to see Robert Scorpio as I thought he was a regular on the show but haven’t seen him yet. Boy did I have a crush on him and he didn’t even play a priest! LOL
for a small role in GH’s 50th Anniversary. They’ll all be gone shortly after the Nurses’ Ball, which will air for about 3 weeks. This is how they promoted it, bringing back so many vets. It’s nice to see them for a few weeks, but then it’s back to normal. I can’t believe Helena’s dead, and that Luke killed her. Whe he said "Ding Dong, the Witch is Dead," I nearly fell off my chair laughing. I just hope she really is.
