Finally, they put the right partners together for Sami AND for E.J. I don’t care what they do to manipulate others to suit their needs so long as they can finally realize that they are where they belong, together and in love with one another. That’s the way I’ve always wanted to see them, bad to the bone with anyone who crosses them, but always there for one another. This is the way they were always meant to be written, and I believe even JS and AS agree, according to some interviews I’ve read. Oh, sure, there are always going to be the haters; the ones who will always, always believe they are the couple from hell, will never forgive, will continue to call them stupid names, coming close to apoplexy, and consumed with hate for one or the other, or both, and that’s OKAY, too. Hell, I can think of more than a few other couples who could easily fill that bill for me as well. My position is that I love them together NOW, even though it was not that long ago I was hating E.J. myself. I think I’ve been waiting for him and Sami to be put together as a real couple for so long and now that they’re finally here, it’s got me a little "loopy." But, here they are and here I hope they’ll stay. Anyway, I’m sure going to enjoy it while it lasts. They’re just so damn pretty to watch.
LOL!I still can’t take them as a serious couple after all they’ve done to each other (well, mostly EJ to Sami) but I’m sure I’ll get used to them. I just don’t see ANY chemistry at all between them.
has the right to feel what we want regarding any character on the show. You feel your way others may feel differently. I don’t see anyone turning the tables and saying such strong words against you for your thoughts on Sami and EJ being together.
that I said to anyone. I even said there was a time when I hated E.J. too, but now I like him and Sami together. What did I say that was so offensive to you? Of course, everyone is entitled to their own feelings, but in many posts, people go ballistic on E.J., and even moreso on Sami. I did not direct my post to anyone in particular, just a generalization of how they are perceived and, yes, HATED. If they were the only characters on this show who deserved it, I might agree with you, but that’s simply not the case, and that’s just MY opinion.
Maybe Lucky misinterpreted what you wrote or something.
But, I’ll add this to your comments. You like their bad selves together but if they are actually changing EJ into a woosie good-guy (like you have mentioned in the not too distant past), will you still be happy with them together?
because that wouldn’t be E.J., anymore than the way Sami was when she was with Rafe. What I’ve been hoping is that they will be good to and for each other, though.
That’s why I like them so much together…. E.J. can be his bad ass self and Sami will reslish in it…
When Sami wanted to be with Austin (and was for a short time) he wanted her to be good…. Rafe wanted her to be good… Lucas, yes they were partners in crime, but even he wanted her to be good. Everyone wanted her to be good except Brandon…. They also had some crazy sexual chemistry but her and Brandon was ill timed. Am I forgetting any Sami beaus?
E.J. loves her as is – and does not want her to be any different. They have the potential to be a true power couple. I Love You and You Love Me. Don’t pull sneaky business on me but let’s wreck havoc together. Don’t get no better to me
your comments at this Board particularly. I didn’t get the impression that it was other locations that you were referencing. There are a few of us on this Board who will never accept the Sami and EJ pairing; but I don’t recall any of us reacting in the manner that you described in your first post here. So, I took offense thinking as I’ve just explained. I just thought you came on quite strong to a group who didn’t deserve it. Just my opinion…as we are all entitled to one.
my comments were not JUST directed at this board, I see the comments about this couple on lots of boards, which comments I refer to as a "generalization," but that’s okay — everyone’s entitled to think and feel what they want, but when I’m singled out I tend to get defensive, as would anyone else when their remarks are taken out of context.
