Participantright out of my mouth.

Participantshe knows Stefano realizes he has Sami right where he wants her as far as Will is concerned, and that’s what she’s afraid of. Even if she said she overheard them talking in the park the night Stefano made arrangements with Bernardi to get the evidence on Will, she knows he has it and will use it if he has to. She’s sort of over a barrel in that she’s damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t. What I don’t understand is why they (her and E.J.) don’t tell Justin now and at least let him prepare for it coming out in open court and he has no knowledge of it whatsoever. Justin should have been shown the video, but I’m sure Adrienne will be the means for him to find out about it, because I think Sonny sent it to her by mistake.

Participanthave you been watching the show? It seems to have improved a lot. Look forward to you getting caught up and back on the board.

Participantthat have soap media members included as posters, and have claimed that the shows do have staff who read not only message boards, but the likes of Twitter, FaceBook, and other social networking sites from time to time to keep up with what the fans are saying about their shows…good, bad or indifferent. Sooner or later, somebody has to listen when the fans are getting fed up!

Participantor what’s in the water the writers are drinking, but I hope it never wears off. Today (Wednesday) was just another home run for me.
First, loved Kristen in disguise, and her interaction with the desk clerk was perfectly acted, from Kristen’s entry scene to her shock of realizing Eric had come into the lobby and was standing directly behind her. But, mostly, for me, LMAO when the desk clerk did not want to give her the room she requested, which was next to Eric’s, because clearly he thought she was a call-girl! LMAO!!
I cannot be happier at how Sami’s shooting Bernardi is creating this huge umbrella storyline encompassing so many cast members, and not just Sami’s and E.J.’s. It looks like this storyline, which I expect to continue throughout the summer (a great relief from the boring but usual teen sls we are used to seeing in summer), and how so many characters will be affected by what’s going to happen to Samantha as a result of her reaction to the unsuccessful attempt on Rafe’s life. Going to be an engrossing summer, for me anyway.
I was so totally in love with the sibling chemistry between Eric and Sami today, and kudos to Ali for allowing to be seen make-up free and hair unkempt. Adds so much to how things should be for what she’s going through, and will continue to go through, all the while she is in jail. Shout-out to hair and make-up here. Also, it was wonderful to listen to Eric sternly yet lovingly remind Sami of her past when it comes to trying to convince a jury if and when her case goes to trial, which I do believe will happen – and with Justin and E.J. so involved in her defense, I really think we will see some courtroom drama over the summer as well.
Poor Adrian — I love her, but she is so going to lose Sonny, which will be her own fault. Justin has told her this, as well as Will, so if she keeps pushing, which I’m sure she will, it will be just a matter of time before Sonny finds out and it will be buh-bye, mom. She better dig far back into her own history before she loses her “little boy”, as she called him today. That one just made me smdh.
Loved E.J. at least showing a little more DiMera today instead of the kiss-up he’s been giving us the last couple of months. I remind myself now that this is how I want E.J. to be — hard as nails when it comes to everyone but good as gold and standing up for Sami, since it looks to me like the writers have no intention of breaking this couple apart anytime soon — I see a marriage on someone’s mind if Sami ever gets out of this mess. Fine with me, since they’ve both done horrible things and have forgiven each other for it, so I guess I can live with that, too, even though I realize many cannot.
I’m afraid of this writing team waking up one day and returning to boring storylines that will cause people to say, “How Did DOOL Ever Win An Emmy?” — so keep those thinking caps on Tomsell, script writers, breakdown writers, producers, directors, and whoever else is throwing their talents into this terrific show right now. After all, isn’t that the idea of a great soap where writers are concerned —- always keep us coming back for more?

Participantit’s okay with me. ED is such a fabulous actress; sometimes it’s really entertaining to watch Kristen and her evil ways, knowing full well that at some point she will fail.

ParticipantAs much as I hate to admit it, Doc is so much better on her own, at least for now. Love the way she confronted both Abe and E.J. I’m also glad to see Abe back as acting Commissioner, and the fact that the writers finally show the conflict of interest theory with Hope and Roman on the case, even though he allowed Hope to stay minimally involved.
I agree about Kristen’s outfit; she looked gorgeous in that pink bustier and blazer, and I loved her hair, too. So, her new plan is to not go after John’s son, but it’s okay to go after Marlena’s. Looks like the good padre has some danger heading his way.
I like Chad and Abbey interacting so much more than Abbey and Cameron. However, I hope Chad changes his hairstyle soon. He looks like that Sonic cartoon character.
Can’t get enough of DOOL right now. Way to go, writers!
Patti
Participantand yes, that’s how they found out it was the very dirty detective, Joe Bernardi.
Patti
Participantand my guess is E.J.’s. Remember, Chad has that video of Sami taking off after Bernardi and once E.J. sees that, I’m sure he’ll make the connection.

Participant(particularly on a certain other message board), call Daniel the most horrible names, all including the word “orange?” That’s just not right. He’s no more “orange” than any other spray painted actor on this show to appear to have a tan. If it’s overdone, it’s the tanner’s fault, not the actor’s. I’ve seen actors, especially Nadia Bjorlin at times, who looked like that woman on the news last year, they were spray painted so dark. I don’t think Daniel appears that way, but I guess it’s who you like and who you don’t. Personally, I like Jennifer and Daniel. Are they in too many front burner issues, probably, but the same can be said for Sami and E.J. Now, with J.J. returning and being ….. well ….. J.J., I’m sure Jen and Dan will continue to be front-burner for a while to come, or at least until J.J. is redeemed, and if there ever was a kid who needed redeeming, it’s J.J. Devereaux.
Woops — this was meant as a reply to rfsexton’s post. Sorry.

ParticipantI read his bio (Lewis Massey). I think he’s currently a lawyer, and a ‘former’ Secretary of State of Georgia. But, as far as I’m concerned, he chose the wrong calling. Very handsome guy, and Chandler sure does look like him, as well as Chandler’s brother, Christian, who played young Will Horton some months back. Very good looking family.

Participantso happy for DAYS. I’m still in shock today. Never expected this, but extremely happy it finally happened.
Patti
Participantbittersweet, though, because it meant Freddie could not win, and I love this young actor as well. Yes, his father was very handsome, wasn’t he? So happy for DAYS winning it all. I nearly fell off my chair when they made that announcement, and everyone looked so beautiful, handsome, whatever. So proud of the show.
Patti
Participantfrom his phone to Sonny’s. Bet that’s going to be where Sonny makes the mistake of sending it to Adrienne instead, thinking he sent a pic of Ariana Grace — so, here we go with Adrienne turning into a meddling momma again where Sonny and Will’s relationship is concerned.
Patti
ParticipantI just watched all 4 Emmy reels on your site, Jason, and the ones submitted by Peggy, Ari, Chandler and Freddie brought tears to my eyes …. all 4 of them. Each reel truly demonstrated the talents of all 4 of these amazing actors, and I wish them the very best of luck tomorrow. They all certainly deserve to win, although I realize that’s not possible, since Chandler and Freddie are both nominated in the same category. I think/hope Chandler will repeat, though. JMO.
