I don’t think I’ve ever seen him happier with any other partner, and it shows! If they lose this to Amy and Derek, I think I’ll cry my eyes out for them.
I mean, c’mon, the paisley shorts with the dark stockings. The girl, like her mother, is definitely NOT a fashionista!
And you’re right — everyone in Salem is somebody’s something or other in the gene pool. Sometimes I don’t think they even realize they’re related.
but she’s way OTT with this role and needs to dial it down a notch, or twelve. First and foremost, she is way too close to all involved, which, again, is why she shouldn’t be anywhere near this case. Act as a consultant …. maybe …. but with either Abe or Roman taking the lead (and even they’re too close to most of the suspects), but Hope was a real bitch with Lucas, and her ‘bad ass’ interrogation of him was completely OOC. Why couldn’t TPTB have hired a short-term actor to perhaps come to Salem from another venue to take over the case, since practically everyone in the Salem PD is related to or close to every suspect or ‘person of interest’ in this case. They could have simply had Roman, Abe and Hope do their ‘off-the-record’ investigations on their own. These writers have no imagination whatsoever, and, as usual, simply only care about the plot. Kick in the arse from me to TomSell for this madness!
and I wish I could feel sorry for her, but I absolutely do not. What she did will never be okay with me, and actually I can’t wait for Eric to find out the truth. If it were any other man in Salem, I’d say they deserved it, but this is Eric and he’s been conned by the best. Too bad he gave in to her before he finds out, which will be soon I believe, but I don’t think it will be from Daniel. Really, at this point I don’t care who’s responsible for outing her, as long as Eric learns the truth and what she did. Then if he decides to forgive her, well so be it, but I just don’t see that happening …. at least not until he has time to reflect on what it cost him. I really despise this s/l because it seems Niki is her own worst enemy, and not just in this instance, but always! Too bad, but I expect as usual AZ will give a spectacular performance.
For instance, IMO it’s not Kate, because she thinks Lucas killed Nick because she thinks Lucas stole her gun; it’s not Sonny or Will, because they both suspect the other of them shot Nick, which means they didn’t; it’s not E.J.’s hit-man, because it’s too obvious to me that he was interrupted in his attempt by the real killer, although he may have taken the first shot (in the back), but now I even doubt that; it’s not Abigail because she may have been scared of Nick and afraid he would disclose her affair with E.J. by producing the photos, but then she wanted to confess the affair to Jennifer herself, so I seriously doubt it was good little Abigail; Lucas …. perhaps, but I doubt it, even though I think he’ll falsely confess to it because he probably thinks Will shot Nick to keep him from taking Ari away from them all; and E.J. and Sami were in the square when the shooting happened, so it was not either of them; Rafe??? — could be but I doubt it simply because it’s just not in Rafe’s nature. He may lie to protect his sister, but I don’t think he would kill for her; Jordan and Ben — no way — just not enough reason for them to care enough to kill Nick over his one-time badgering of Abbey in his presence, which Ben took care of anyway; so who’s left …… GABI, OF COURSE!!!!

I feel like I’m watching the same scenes with the same dialogue day after day after day, and only two more weeks until Gabi’s exit story. Poor little Allie, though …. looks like she’s going to really be affected by witnessing Nick’s death.
but her worm has turned all but completely inside out. The finger gesture was a bad move on her part. The expression on the faces of the jury was obviously one of disgust rather than surprise. And, yes, she’s taken the game to a whole new level …. one that will come back to bite her, I’m guessing. My vote would go to Spencer if he can make it to the end, but Tony is a really strong player and so far his strategy has paid off for him. I used to despise him, but I find I like him much more than I used to, but I’m still hoping Spencer will win in the end.
He’s going to be so confused when he learns the truth, but, still, I’d rather he heard it from Nicole than from Daniel. If Eric truly loves her, he will probably forgive her, but she has to take that first step. I do agree, if she convinces Eric to run away with her and get married, and then he discovers the truth, he will have to consider everything they have has been based on her lies, and that could be the end of them….forever. It may even force him to leave not only her, but his life in Salem as well. Too bad they wrote her into a corner like this.

Love Chicago Fire as well as Chicago PD and like how they cross them over at times.
It would be reasonable to assume that the opening scene from The Vikings, with their ships destroyed and their bodies floating in the sea, would be a really cool way for it to go out. At the beginning I never thought I could take to Flokie. I thought he was a complete moron, but then he did assist in designing the ships. I have since grown to like him a lot since he is now a loving husband and father. I have a feeling Ragnar’s son may become the new leader and wind up killing his own father, but that’s just my speculation, but I hope I’m wrong. Maybe it will be his mother, Ragnar’s first wife, who kills Ragnar.
when someone comes in with a backpack, and I would have expected them to at least have checked his backpack before being allowed to enter Hope’s office.
to be ageing well to me at all. She looks washed out most of the time, and to be honest, there are days when her clothes are the least of her worries, IMO. On the other hand, Sami (ok, AS) does dress down when she’s at home in the mansion, but she at least dresses appropriately for what her scenes call for. For instance, when her scenes required her to be at her job, I think she looked stunning. She has those gorgeous ice blue eyes, and certain colors bring them out beautifully. I agree, her hair is too dark now. She needs to put the blonde highlights back. I like the darker blonde with the lighter blonde highlights in her hair very much. It’s the platinum blonde I don’t care for at all.
it should have been Candace. She may be getting somewhat better, but she made mistakes through and through this competition, and is still not in the league with any of those who represented the three in jeopardy last night. Just glad Maks and Meryl were safe, and their performance last night was superb.
Amy is wonderful and deserves praise, but I wonder how much of her popularity is due at least as much for Derek as it is for Amy. Not that she isn’t terrific, because she is. I just think those “blade” prostheses give her an unfair advantage sometimes.
I really also like Peta. She’s a marvelous choreographer and her partner is fabulous. I think there was a rumor they are more than teacher and student. They sure do look hot together and obviously enjoy being together.
Julie has been grating on my nerves ever since she decided to take Jessica’s place as Nick’s mother, another looney tune in that family, so the apple didn’t fall far from the tree where Nick was concerned.
I was so wanting Rafe to pick Julie up by her armpit and tell her, “no, YOU get back or I will arrest you here an now for interfering with a police investigation”. Julie was in the square, too. Will she be investigated, Hope?
Hope is another one …. she absolutely should be nowhere near this case. I hope Roman tells her ass to take a seat and he’ll handle it. He is the ‘commish’ after all. Hope needs to worry about Ciera turning into Nick one day, because that little darling is certainly on that train ride already. LOL!
I so agree about Kate. She cracked me up, too. Her wise-cracking Lucas with her obvious “hope he’s dead …. oh, I seem to have chipped a nail” attitude just had me rolling on the floor. At least Sami acted scared but concerned (of course it was for herself — LOL); but my guess will be it either wasn’t E.J.’s hit man, or possibly he shot him in the back and took off because perhaps he saw someone else enter the scene, but when Nick turned around — that’s when he saw and recognized who shot him in the chest. If it was Gabi, she deserves an Emmy for her performance in front of everyone regarding her “loss.” Have to wonder why she was so protective of that diaper bag when Jordan asked for a clean cloth. If Ariana Grace was with Marlena, why did she need it? Did she take Sonny’s gun and have time to return it before Will and Sonny got back to the apartment? Guess only time will tell, but I’m still placing my chips on Gabi, and what we saw was pure guilt, nothing more.
