but once again, the writers seem determined to trash once popular characters with their return. I don’t even know why they brought back Carrie and Austin because right now I could care less.
and of course Sami bought right into it, believing EJ on face value. This woman has really gone downhill for me and I don’t find any pluses about her right now.
I was coming on to post that the best relationship on Days is Will/Marlena. Or Warlena? Willena? Ha!
Their chemistry is superb and fun and I believe I’m catching a few ad libs, that’s how comfortable they are with each other as actors.
And so well written too.over those photos of Marlena. But of course we have to pave the way for her and Ian to get together.
of Sami/EJ there was pretty much an even split of fans who wanted them together vs Sami and Rafe. Days is obviously still playing up the Sami and EJ “love/hate” relationship. I frankly was appalled when she said the other day that she and EJ “couldn’t keep their hands off each other.” I don’t see a whole lot of panging for Rafe either and I’m at the point where I cannot figure this girl out. Plus, she doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on with Will.
of the Afghanistan book except maybe Jack’s PTSD will be more fleshed out. But I would much prefer to have him and Jenn investigate the mayor scandal and find their way back to each other thay way.
I get the impression Dan, at least is moving on.they’d be coming home that soon and feared this would be a long, drawn out SL. If that’s the case and it does tie in w/Alice’s secret, I’ll be watching.
And yes, I think it does tie in to the DiMera family, given Stef’s reaction to the letter.with the Jenn arrest, we will see Jack doing some investigating on the election scandal. Maybe we’ll see the J&J working duo again.
Melanie of old, up until just recently I couldn’t stand her. But the way she’s been w/Abby she’s coming around for me. But who knows if she will stay like this, knowing Days’ inconsistencies w/characters.
As for Steph, just did not like the character the last time around.remember this guy came onto the show as a surfer dude who really didn’t have ties or responsibilities. I guess I never expected much other than his being a stellar doctor.
When I stand back and look at most of the current relationships on Days it’s not much more than musical couples.
And I agree, Melanie has developed into a character with a moral backbone.is that she and Sami were childhood buddies so that’s pretty crummy behavior on the part of a “friend.”
Yes, Carrie did go too far. Abby definitely needed reprimanding but she did own up to her lie, didn’t let it go on for months (like Sami normally does and when does Sami ever fess up on her own?), and she IS still so young.
As for Carrie saying Abby ruined her marriage – uh, no.Just caught this past week’s episode (the 18th) and Clay is no shrinking violet. He calls it like it is without being arrogant or mean.
Lou was pretty funny in the spot.
I thought it would be a dull season but hasn’t played out that way.get me to fire up my computer which I was having none of. I think I got him a shade offguard when I bashed him about the time of night.

And I do plan to report this. I was thinking Consumer Protection Agency.for me this week. The country girl was awful – she’s beginning to sound the same, so she better change it up. I loved Erika’s hair in every way. So ridiculous she went before that Hee guy. He’s really trying to be a comedian but this is the wrong show. I thought he started out strong but is failing the last couple weeks.
Elise was the best performance she’s done so far.
Jessica a great voice, but not real distinctive that I would recognize it.
I have not liked Holly from day one – big voice but needs work.
For the first time I appreciated Phil.
