I hated Brady when he first came on and I even hated Kyle Lowder and thought he was a terrible actor. Then, all of a sudden, for whatever reason, they turned him around and…surprise!…Kyle became a very good actor and I loved Brady. That taught me a very valuable lesson to not judge a new character until I get to know them.
Maybe I should try that on my Frostie. She’s getting a little pudgy and I just can’t seem to get her slimmed down. She always acts like she’s starving to death. I kid you not, she eats her food in 20 seconds, and then tries to eat Pepper’s.

I don’t know who most of those people are. I love Castle but can’t watch it because there are two other shows on at the same that I like and I can only record two at a time. Hopefully I can catch him in re-runs during the summer, that’s when I usually catch up on my Castle shows.

I lived in CA for 33 years. And I’ll trade you CA taxes for FL’s anytime. With the exception that we don’t pay state income tax, they are horrendous here. My property taxes are FOUR times here that what they were in CA and my house and lot were bigger there.
Other than state income tax, how would being married help you? The biggest impact there would be federal taxes. Have you considered a "financial beneficial" marriage? You just marry just for the financial benefits and that’s it. However, once you’re on social security, it usually becomes more beneficial to be single. You can’t win. Okay, you can marry one doggie but one only.

I find it a little strange that Brady’s devotion to his mother is so strong when he never even knew her. And why didn’t she say anything to him about his drinking. Yes, I know his addiction was to drugs but when you’re a substance abuser you can’t use ANY substance…at all!

I have to tell you how that came about. My SIL is from Holland and when she came over here she was really struggling with English. She couldn’t come up with the work ‘vomit’ so used unswallowed instead and it stuck in our family ever since.
Another one she used was for the vacuum cleaner. That became the vroom-vroom.
And again I’ll say that they did not seem to represent the mainstream polygamists which is what made the show so interesting to me. You say that it never ends happily for the women, yet all four of these wives claim that it’s the lifestyle they prefer and would not be happy in a monogamous marriage. They were married 20, 16 and 15 years. How many monogamous marriages don’t last that long?
The first one urged her DH to take on more wives. The third one said she was particularily looking for a man with two wives because she always wanted to be the third and the large family was more important than the husband. That said, however, all four of them came from poly families themselves so that’s probably ingrained in them, although one of the daughters said she didn’t want a poly relationship for herself and her mother was fine with that. They all said they only wanted what would make their kids happy, even if they didn’t practice any religion at all.l

And seeing Jennifer and Derek in the bottom three was also a shock. I’ll bet both of them had a laundery problem in their undies when they heard that! Hmmm, I wonder if others have the same opinion of her as I do. Yes, she’s by far the best dancer but I just don’t like her. To me, she comes off as smug and phony. Even though, voting her off would be a real travisty if you’re considering dancing talent.
I think her holding her stomach was just reliving her regret of not being able to have a baby. (Either that or she’s spending too much time with Chloe!)
I liked her top but not that hairdo. I don’t think it flattered her at all. But she hasn’t really worn anything form-fitting since she came back from maternity leave. I thought at first it was because she didn’t have her tummy back in shape yet but we did see her with her midrift bare in one scene a while back and it looked pretty good to me. I don’t think she’d be pregnant again this soon.
I was kind of disappointed about how she hit Brady with the ‘M’ word yesterday. Geeze, how long have they been together now, three days? And wasn’t it kind of strange talking to Brady about Chloe’s wedding and happiness like that. I mean, he’s still got to be some unhappy feelings, he was married to her after all.
Speaking of three days, anybody know how long Vivy has been in her tomb now? It’s becoming extremely unbelievable now. Of course putting ‘unbelieveable’ in the same sentence with ‘Days’ is perfectly normal.
Those are exactly my thoughts that I was unable to express as well as you did. His treatment of Chad yesterday was the perfect example. The "earlier" EJ would never stoop to such behavior, he was too suave and sophisticated for that. That’s why I said before I think the writers are ruining the character even for people who have, in the past, loved him in spite of his flaws. He has just become too unlikeable.
there’s going to have to be some kind of twist here if they are getting them legally and they selling them. The writers better not screw this up. If they took that guy’s organs they would immediately be sent to someone on the respective organ’s waiting list. How they would get money from that, I don’t know. They would have to be harvesting the organs without anyone knowing it.
